Kein Zugang nur Baustelle Hier muss jetzt ein Betrugsverfahren eingeleitet werde, da mein Unkostenbeitrag schon vor meiner Anreise von der Kreditkarte eingezogen wurde
• Kevin (1/5): Das Hotel schickt keine Rückerstattung und antwortet weder auf Anrufe noch auf schriftliche Kontakta - Wir wollten eigentlich ein Wochenende dort verbringen. Als wir vor Ort waren, war keiner da und jetzt, nach 1,5 Wochen, geht immer noch keiner ans Telefon um das Thema Rückerstattung zu klären.

• Annette (1/5): Total Ausfall keine I fo von Booking.com - Das Hotel war geschlossen, da der Besitzer im Krankenhaus war. Ich wurde nicht informiert!!! Und mußte um 22 Uhr eine Unterkunft suchen. Ich erwarte mein Geld zurück und eine Entschuldigung von Ihnen. Ich bin auch weit gefahren völlig vergebens!!!

• Christoph (1/5): Do not book this hotel - it's a scam! - Do not book - they take your money, but it is not operational. No one answers the phone, website is offline, emails return "undelivered", no one is there to open the door. I could not enter the hotel and had to find an alternative accommodation spontaneously - super frustrating. I had a confirmation from the hotel and they charged the credit card - that's the only thing that worked. To me, this is a fraud and a scam.

Pure scam - Absolutely nothing was good to be honest had to leave the hotel and left 1 night earlier to find an other accomodation because the hotel turned out to be disgusting! It has nothing to do with the photos that on the internet. It’s ditry, stinky and in ruins. There is no toilet in the room, it’s one toilet on the floor for all guests, without toilet paper and soap, the shower also one for the whole floor, dirty. In the bed, I found small flies, someone's hair, the walls are stained…Turns out that the water is unsuitable for use, and the flush in the public toilet doesn't work. We can confirm all of that with photos

• Lela (8/5): A comfortable and affordable stay for activities at CHIO Aachen. Would stay here again. - The hotel was very quaint and relatively good location for our activities at CHIO Aachen. We took the bus right outside the door. Easy walk for morning pastry and coffee just up the street. The restaurant was very good for dinner and their outdoor patio was very relaxing and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with questions. None of the issue I experienced can probably be changed as the location of the 500 year old building is next to the train, on a busy street and close to a church the chimes every 15 minutes. If the windows are closed you don't hear any of this, but summer temperatures with no room AC or fan required some open windows and exposure to outside noise. Perhaps an in room fan could help... but there was only 1 electrical outlet so choose your devices for use and charging wisely.
