- Nath (6/5): Hot water is in owners in control inspite of being switch in ur room , cleaning is worst .......... - Location and staff Cleaning and management
- Sandy (8/5): Very good - Good service very peaceful atmosphere corporative staff.
- Joanne (1/5): Totally unclean - awful hotel..don't stay! - This hotel was absolutely filthy; the bedsheets were stained and dirty (including blood stains). There were no towels or toilet roll. The shower didn't work, and there was no hot water - we were a group of 4 and had 2 rooms, so this wasn't just one 'isolated' issue. One of the rooms had 'suspicious' brown sludge in the bathroom bin. One room had no way of locking - we were told no key was available. If it had not been late in the evening, when we arrived, we wouldn't have stayed! We have stayed in some cheap and 'interesting' hotels between us, but this really does rate as one of the worst.
- William (10/5): Very reasonable price - The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, offering helpful tips and arranging transportation as needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Olive Tree Hotel to anyone visiting Agra. This hotel truly offers comfort, and exceptional service – it made my trip all the more memorable. No intercom is there in room . I suggest this to owner . There is some issue with towel and bedsheet but it's resolved instantly
- Jaiswal (10/5): Nice net and clean room and overall staff is very coprative nice stay - Everything Everything is perfect
- Hudson (1/5): The worst stay experience I’ve had till date. Travellers, please don’t be scammed by the pictures you see online about t - Nothing, it was the worst experience staying at a place. Everything. The lobby and the stairs leading to the rooms were dirty. The room was dirty. The blankets and pillow cases were dirty. The toilets were dirty. The hot water was not coming properly - plumbing issues. The staff were ignorant.
- Simon (3/5): Poor - Good Wi-fi. Large room. The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom. Low water pressure. No hot water, and the shower didn't work. No towel. No rubbish bin. Rubbish was just thrown and left in the hallway. There were lots of mosquitos in my room. There were very few amenities within walking distance. The pillows were so hard I injured my neck sleeping.
- Rishabh (9/5): Superb -
- Subcan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything!! Good ambience ! Indian hospitality - kudos !! Nothing!
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at the Olive Tree Hotel in Agra, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.
The staff and specially owner went above and beyond to make my stay special, offering helpful tips and arranging transportation as needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Olive Tree Hotel to anyone visiting Agra.
- Nitesh (9/5): Superb -
- Alexandru (2/5): Very poor - We chose this hotel thinking that a higher price and a good grade means better quality..
The only good thing is that the owner is nice and seems to have good intentions.
The room was big enough, and the AC functioned very well, which helped a lot in the warm days.
In the night you can sleep very well, the area is clean and quiet. The pictures on booking probably are from the moment everything was brand new. The rooms need some attention.
The bathroom is dirty and should be cleaned properly.
The shower didn't function.
At some point in the morning, we didn't have water at all to wash.
When the water was running, there was no pressure.
We asked for toilet paper, and the owner said, "It can be solved," but we hadn't received any even if it is mentioned in the room facilities on Booking.
The breakfast was included, but this meant coffee, tea, biscuits, and some... seeds.
All in all, we didn't expect much, but the basics for a room should be cleaness, clean sheets, clean bathroom, basic facilities mentioned before you book the room.
Also, they gathered the trash from the hallway but just left it there. The overall feeling is that there is not much implication to keep the place tidy and respectful.
- Shaikh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vijeesh (1/5): Totally RUBBISH, UNSTAYABLE - Nothing Not cleaned, ac and water heater not working, walls with fungus, dirty carpets, uncomfortable mattress and too hard pillows, +++
- Alessandra (8/5): Pleasant - The owner was very friendly and helpful, this is a newly opened guest house and they are really trying their best. I had a few issues but they got resolved swiftly. The owner helped with booking local tour guides, transports and transfers. Got both AC and fan. It’s very clean for Indian standards, it can be improved for westerner standards but the owner seems keen to make the modifications suggested.
- Rasmi (10/5): Exceptional - Mr Tarun Gupta gave us very good service
Value for money Cheap and best
