El encargado del check in llego 1 hora tarde, ademas de no contestar los mensajes o hacerlo con mucha demora (que de por si, ya era a las 15hrs y ni siquiera respondieron mi consulta para entrar antes/dejar las valijas). A la hora del check out, también dieron mal las indicaciones y no respondieron a tiempo. El dpto es para 1 persona y no mas de 1/2 noches. El baño lo inundas al ducharte, por lo menos podrian dejar una mopa para sacar algo de agua. Por el precio, pagas la ubicacion nomas porque el departamento no lo vale.

• Flurina (10/5): - Sehr zentral und mega gemütlich Klimaanlage auch top Zu Fuß nur 15 min zum Dom und mann muß nur über die Straße und man ist direkt inmitten von vielen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. In 2 min ist man bei einem kleinen Supermarkt wo mann alles kaufen kann und dann im Apartment selber zu kochen. Grosser Tisch und 2 Stühle wo man sich schön ausbreiten kann. Badezimmer ist mega klein und im Sommer übelst heiss. Mehr Handtücher währen nützlich. Spühlbecken ist sehr klein und mühsam zum Sachen Abwaschen. Kissen sind viel zu flach.
• Xuechen (5/5): Passable - The check-in experience was fine. But after returning, I have been constantly asking for the invoice. It has been over ten days now, and I have sent three reminder emails, but I haven't received any response. I cannot understand why it takes so long to issue an invoice; I have never encountered such a situation before. This experience has been really poor.

• Gryta (6/5): Pleasant - Peefect and safe location. It was very cold and not comfortable. The price does not correspond to the quality.

Obtaining an invoice for the entire amount is a pain. - The person who took me to the premises was very helpful and clearly explained how to get the keys. I have no objections on this matter. I do not recommend it for business travelers. Obtaining an invoice for the entire amount spent is a real pain, even though you provided your invoice details during registration. In fact, the property is managed by cleanbnb and should not be listed on Booking, but on AirBnB. This is not a hotel.

• Alexander (7/5): A cozy attic apartment in the center of Milan. - Loved the coziness of the property and how much it felt like someone’s apartment you’re staying at for a couple days. There is also an elevator for most of the journey upstairs, which was helpful with luggage. Great, central location. It’s definitely very tight, so two days felt plenty. The AC was okay but on the weaker side. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no extra so I ran out and had to buy more myself. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom, which was not ideal but okay.

• Gudzinska-adamczyk (8/5): Great localization and a perfectly clean place - Great localization, very close to Pinacoteca Brera. Really clean place, designed in a very smart way to make a relatively small space as comfortable as can be-and equipped like a full size apartment. I also loved the AC :) A bit delayed communication about a problem with the door lock-I finally figured out myself that to take the key out after closing the door you need to push the door backwards after you’ve turned the key. But I understand that flat owners have a life too, other things happen and it wasn’t a major issue. So I’m only writing about it to help potential future guests with the key :)
• Seana (4/5): Might not be suitable for everyone. - The sheets and towels were clean. Very centrally located. Good communication by the owner. Very small, made even smaller by the slanted ceiling. It could have been cleaner. Some stairs with luggage was inconvenient. No bed, mattress was on the floor.
• Jiarong (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. I didn’t realise how close this is to many restaurants and some shopping area. The vibe of the studio is nice and cosy, though you can tell it’s a bit dated. The property manager is friendly and instructions to access is clear. The attic celling above the bed is really low - not huge problem but in case you are annoyed. Bathroom is tiny and I didn’t like how you need to access toilet via the shower space. Also no bin in the bathroom/in general. The elevator is the narrowest I’ve seen from my Europe trip, about the width of a medium suitcase. It’s definitely usable though.
• Elisa (9/5): Excellent stay, once I figured out how to navigate the space. - The location was perfect. The only issue is that a quarter of the room is not really accessible because of the sloped roof. It is bright and comfy for sleeping, but to small to. hang out in. it forces you to go out and see Milan.
