• Carolina (8/5): Detalles que hacen que no sea excelente. - La ubicación es excelente, y el apartamento está muy nuevo, con un diseño muy cuidado. Hay detalles que hacen que el nivel del alojamiento baje. Por ejemplo, uno de los días la wifi dejó de funcionar, falta algo de equipamiento en la cocina ( no hay olla, trapos o mantel) y el edredón es de cama de 90 para una cama de 1,50. Esto último ya lo había comentado otro inquilino en la reseña y los propietarios no lo han corregido.
• Pavel (9/5): Skvělé moderní ubytování v dobré lokalitě, ideálně ke krátkodobému pronájmu - Lokalita. Designový nábytek. Čistota koupelny. Relativně ticho. Dostatek úložného prostoru. Televize. Fén na vlasy. Pračka a sušička. Bohužel velmi skromné vybavení jinak velmi funkční kuchyně (málo příborů, málo talířů a hrnečků, chybí hluboká např. salátová mísa, 1x malá poškrabaná pánvička, ještě menší hrnec, nedostatečné pro dlouhodobý pronájem, pro krátkodobý pronájem ok). Nebezpečné židle.

• Valeriia (10/5): Шикарна квартира, мені все сподобалось - Все є. І шампунь і навіть ватні палички. Повна кухня з усім посудом. Величезний телевізор з Нетфлікс підпискою. Зручно виставляти температуру. В коридорі і ванній автоматичне світло. Розташування в 10 хвилин пішки до центру. Шумоізоляція ідеальна, я не чула ні сусідів ні вулиці. Не відразу зрозуміла як відкрити двері, в чаті відповіли відразу (і англійською мовою). Якщо у вас теж будуть проблеми - повертати ключ треба ліворуч, і тягнути на себе ручну одночасно. Вайфай дуже швидкий. Дуже зручний матрас. Стільці погані, не зручні. Не було (або я не знайшла) віника щоб підмести підлогу. Тропічний душ занадто сильно обливає всю ванну кімнату. Заселення аж з 16.00
• Ivo (9/5): - Klidné místo blízko centra. Zastávka MHD 200 metrů, apartmán je čistý a moderně zařízený. Vše O.K. Bylo by dobré více konkrétněji upřesnit místo, kde se nachází schránka s klíči, jelikož číslo domu uváděné v instrukcích je na všech mapách umístěno trochu jinde a na jiné budově, než kde se klíče opravdu nachází. Pro někoho to může být problém.

• Kamil (1/5): Next time, I will definitely choose something else. - The only positive remarks I can make are that, despite being worn down, the apartment looks modern and is located very close to the historic part of Brno. There was no contact with the owner at all. We wanted to check in earlier than the standard hours, but we received no response. Because of this, we had to reorganize our trip. The key pickup was the worst I have ever seen in my life. The box containing the keys was completely covered in pigeon droppings. After entering the apartment, it turned out that the chair at the table was completely broken. An unsuspecting person could seriously hurt themselves. The bathroom lock is completely destroyed, making it impossible to lock the door. There is a TV with Netflix, but first you have to buy batteries for the remote, as there is no other way to turn it on. Overall, this was the worst New Year’s Eve trip I have ever experienced. I expected that by booking at a higher price, close to the city center, there would be no unpleasant surprises. The price-to-quality ratio is very poor.
• Jirka (10/5): - Dekujeme. Byl to krasny byt s krasnym vybavenim. Akorat vyzvedavani klicu se nam nelibilo. Schranka na klic byla skoro cela posrana od holubu a bylo to nechutne.

• Martin (10/5): - Krásný nový byt s pěkným vybavením. Pohodlná postel, dostatek prostoru pro oblečení, koupelna i s pračkou. Ideální na delší pobyt.

• Antal (9/5): - The apartment is nice, renovated, clean. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to the city centre.
• Lenka (8/5): - Lokalita ubytování byla fajn - docházková vzdálenost od tramvaje. Celkem klidná ulice, takže i spaní bylo nerušené. V době mého pobytu byla ulice a ulice poblíž rozkopaná, takže taxi se přímo k domu nedostal, cestování a přístup do budovy s kufrem bylo tudíž obtížnější. Nejhorší dojem jsem měla z vybavení apartmánu. Člověk, který hledá delší pobyt a vyžaduje pračku a kuchyň, aby se mohl stravovat domácí stravou, si tento apartmán vybere právě proto, že kuchyň i pračka jsou k dispozici. Nakonec ale zjistí, že kuchyň je velmi nedostatečně vybavená nádobím a hrnci na vaření. Apartmán má sice myčku, což je určitě plus, ale pokud chce člověk opravdu vařit, stejně musí nádobí mýt ručně – k dispozici jsou totiž pouze 3 kusy příboru, 3 skleničky a jeden vyhovující hrnec, případně jedna pánvička, takže tímhle ani celou myčku nenaplní. Dále bych očekávala, že když je součástí vybavení pračka, budou k dispozici i základní potřeby na praní.

• Dalibor (8/5): Lovely, simple, clean, parking was not possible. - I liked the cleanliness and simple procedure.simpke coffee, simple kitchen, nice, simple, easy to use. Instructions only in English, accomodation is in czech, so am i. No shower gel or soap for showering. No AC or at least i didnt figure out how to use it, it was quite hot during the night. Also it was very loud outside in the night. People kept shouting outside.

• Kamila (1/5): One of the worst experiences I’ve had in years of traveling and booking places around the world. - Avoid this apartment at all costs, above all mostly because of the hosts' unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Yes, the apartment has been beautifully renovated, but very impractical for a short-term stay. Even worse, the cleanliness was very poor: dirt on the floor, hair or fur on the bed, greasy, smudged glasses, and a hallway shelf that clearly hadn’t been wiped in weeks. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, as they insist you message them first. When I finally got someone on the line, I was met with arrogance and zero willingness to help. I offered to leave immediately without using the apartment and simply requested a refund—they refused. Instead, they sent a cleaner who did almost nothing. She told me everything had already been cleaned and what I was pointing out were “just details.” She mentioned there had been a party before I arrived (not my concern), didn’t wash the dirty glasses but just wiped them with a cloth, and rushed off to deal with problems in other apartments. During my second call with the property, I was accused of trying to get a one-night refund just to shorten my stay without paying a cancellation fee—which was completely not true! I was simply offering a fair compromise: to refund at least one night, even though I had no intention of staying there at all. In the third call, they refused to let me speak, ignored everything I tried to say, and ended the conversation by telling me I had wasted two hours of their family’s time. Seriously—who says that to a paying guest just trying to resolve an issue? Their behavior was completely unprofessional, immature, and deeply disrespectful. I left the apartment after just three hours, informed them I’d be writing a review—and in response, they tried to mark my booking as a “no-show,” which was absolutely false and a clear violation of platform rules, moreover because of this I was not allowed to review the property. I had to contact Booking.com multiple times just to get my right to leave a review back.
• Alena (5/5): Passable - The location is good. Quiet environment. Good looking interior. Tiny blanket (180x120 cm). No ventilation in bedroom, so it’s stuffy to sleep. Not properly cleaned furniture and hairy rug. No hair shampoo & conditioner. Only one towel per person.
