• Charles (10/5): Heavenly! - It was pure luxury. I liked the bathroom, bidet, bathtub, beds. View. The room was huge. You could hear the church bells and it was close to everything. The room had an extra sunroom with a little couch that looked over the roof tops and hills in the distance. Was very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. I liked having the convenience of the breakfast, though it was a little over priced for a cold breakfast. It also was left unattended so one of the types of bread had run out. I'm sure they would've brought more had I asked. But I tried the fruit and nut bread instead, so it didn't matter. I asked for a coffee from the barista and he brought fresh orange juice, too. The items they had were delicious and high quality. There's no pressure to get the breakfast. There's a cafe right outside. But it's nice to stay in when it's foggy and drizzly outside.
• Julie (6/5): - The property was well located near the cathedral and great shops. Staff at check-in were extremely helpful and could not have been nicer. Disappointed with this property. We ended up getting a room at the very top of the building with the tiny window, it was nothing like the big beautiful windows that were depicted in the property pictures when I book the room. And unfortunately on a warm day the air conditioning was not working even though it advertised it had AC. Spent a miserable night. Extremely hot and did not sleep well.

Particular shout out to Nuria at the front desk who was so charming and helpful. Really went out of her way to help me and arrange a taxi service. Great communication. Would stay here again for sure. Nothing, all was great.

The staff here make this property exceptional. We had an amazing view of the Cathedral from the window in our bathroom. Everything was perfect

The entire staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful and attentive to all our questions and needs. My room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the inner courtyard; which was also a great place to share some wine and toast to our accomplishment. The location couldn't be better; a short walk to the Cathedral, shopping, and restaurants, yet remakably quiet and peaceful. I would recomend this stay to any pilgrim!

Fantastic, quiet location but only a 5 minute walk to Praza do Obradoiro A little bit more attention to detail on tea/coffee tray (no caffienated coffee provided on either day), a leaking shower screen, bathroom bin location not practical given low shelf. Otherwise a great stay.

El hecho de que tuviera bañera fue un plus ya que veniamos de hacer El Camino. La habitacion era muy tranquila pero el hotel esta a 5 min de todo, definitivamente me volveria a quedar ya que te aseguras descansar sin el bullicio de las calles mas centricas.

• Tanja (10/5): Wundervolles Hotel in Toplage, tollem Service und super Frühstück - absolute Empfehlung - Das Hotel liegt super zentral, ich konnte von dort alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich hatte einen wirklich netten Empfang beim Check-in und auch einen ebenso freundlichen und gut gelaunten Service beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück hat noch mal 15 EUR extra gekostet, ist wirklich sehr gut und lässt für meine Begriffe keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit tollem Ausblick auf die Stadt. In 5 Minuten ist die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen zu Fuß erreichbar - Buslinie 6A für 1 EUR (Info kam vom Hotel) - besser geht's nicht. Ich empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter und würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung :-)

El personal, cordial, desde la recepcion donde pude obtener excelente orientacion de la ciudad y de los tours disponibles. La limpieza de todo el establecimiento, la delicadeza de las toallas y la ropa de cama. Tenia caja fuerte y frigobar, especialmente util cuando viajas con medicamentos que requieren refrigeracion. Guarderia de equipajes. Me gustó todo. Sin duda volveria. Vale cada euro pagado por la habitacion.

The room was very comfortable - I slept like a log - and the breakfast included fresh orange juice. A big shout-out to the lovely receptionist too! This place deserves another star!

• Joanna (10/5): Great hotel with amazing view and exceptionally nice staff - Prime location with a view of historical buildings (and we had a lovely gallery in the room), just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Wonderful staff who were very nice and super helpful. The whole hotel was well designed and super clean. Highly recommended! I wouldn't recommend having the 15 euro breakfast in the hotel if you are someone who likes a hot dish, such as scrambled eggs or sausage, because the buffet doesn't include them. The breakfast was, however, very nice.
• Vanda (10/5): - Falls ich noch mal nach Santiago de Compostela komme, wähle ich wieder dieses Hotel und am liebsten das gleiche Zimmer :) Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet, das Zimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich, der Ausblick auf die Kirchen ist wunderschön (besonders beim Sonnenuntergang). Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker.
