• Guest (6/5): Insgesamt gut, der Gastgeber war bemüht. Aber der Balkon ist schmutzig und nicht einladend. - Wir konnten früher einchecken, die Lage ist toll und das Bett war bequem. Sauberkeit des Balkons ließ zu wünschen übrig, Arbeitsplatte in der Küche kaputt.

Продуктові магазини поруч та безліч смачних фруктів та овочів ,які продавалися прямо на вулиці. Поруч парк з гарним видом на озеро. В туалеті був зломаний бачок унітазу для змивання води. Це було незручно .

• Karen (5/5): Could be great with a few upgrades - Friendly and helpful host, convenient to airport and lake area, good AC. Needs updated master bedroom mattress. We couldn't sleep on it, it was so painful. Slept on the sofa one night (not much better) and joined the kids room the next night (not as used). Also, we could not take a proper shower as the water only stays on one minute then goes to a trickle. There is no silverware at all, and various other items need repair or completion.

Mirjan was hands down the best host I ever had the pleasure to deal with. - Mirjan was kind enough to send a video instruction to find the place and the keybox which was very helpful in the neighborhood. As a bonus, he also made a list of many places to visit, restaurants to eat and even taxi service with discount! We followed some of his recommandations for a full afternoon and weren't disappointed. The 16th mosque was a sight to see indeed. Appartement was beyond expectation, big enough to feel blessed and very close to beautiful parks and lakes. Beautiful places.

• Andrei (10/5): Nice place in a quiet area - The apartment was big and cosy, ideal for chilling out with friends. The location was quiet, with a great view and very close to the lake and the nearby park. The host Mirjan was especially polite and helpful. Also there are a lot of places nearby where you can eat and chill.

• WCKD (10/5): Amazing stay in Tirana - The apartment was situated in a clean, quiet area, away from the rumble of the busy streets of Tirana. Mirjan was a great host providing us with every information we needed, he also sent us some of the top attractions and restaurants in Tirana. The apartment itself is huge, as a group of friends we really enjoyed the comfortable sofa in the living room. There were also a lot of facilities for cooking a quick breakfast which we enjoyed. Overall, a great stay in Tiranë, thanks Mirjan!
• Isand Jupi (10/5): A great place to stay when visiting Tirana. - The owner had made a nice video tutorial on how to get the key and shared it on WhatsApp. All communication took place on WhatsApp, which was convenient and very helpful. The best part was the location, which was not far from the city center, yet right next to a lovely park with a jogging trail around the lake. Everything was effortless, smooth, and pleasant.

• Elodie (7/5): Descriptif erronée et je m attendais à mieux, à revoir, bon emplacement et hôte très réactif - Netflix L’insonorisation Le descriptif est erroné Il n’y avait pas 2 salles de bain mais seulement une salle d’eau avec douche et un 2 ieme wc avec lavabo Contrairement au 2 salles de bain annoncées Le parking inexistant Se garer dans la rue pouvait engendrer des amendes voir le retrait du véhicule Le parking payant le plus proche était à 15 min à pied Pas de cafetière même à filtre Ce qui est dommage La plus part des touristes aiment prendre un café le matin Vue sur le lac est quasi inexistante et très partielle Lors de notre arrivée il n’y avait qu’une seule fourchette et très peu d’autres couverts ni de papier toilette et torchon L’hôte a été nous en acheter directement

• Neelofar (10/5): Wonderful apartment and awesome host - Beautiful, comfortable, modern apartment. Excellent and prompt customer service from Mirjan. He gave us above and beyond service and recommendations for food and things to do and see around Tirana. We are very impressed! Communication was always very easy, prompt and courteous. Check-in and check-out was also very flexible and generous. Will definitely stay at this apartment again when we come back to Tirana. Thank you so much, Mirjan! Wifi didn’t reach the master bedroom area, but it’s ok. It was not a big deal at all.

• Armando (10/5): - Mirjan is an incredible host. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. He helped us with our luggage also, and spoke perfect English. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The view was amazing and was close to The Artificial Lake, with a lot of nature around and clean air. The neighbourhood had a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Internet was super fast also. Inside was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was within walking distance of some tourist attractions, This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Tirana. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here. Nothing, Everything was perfect.
