• Yuly Andrea (8/5): Enamorados de Roma - Fue muy buen servicio y excelente ubicación, agregaría algo salado al desayuno como huevos, jamon, queso cosas así ya que el desayuno solo fue cornetto, cereal y pan y cafe; lo demás excelente enamorada de roma y recomendaríamos el hotel. ahhh bueno y no encontramos como la cafetera dentro de la habitacion no tenia solo tiene nevera Me gusto pero agregaría algo salado al desayuno como huevos, jamon, queso cosas así ya que el desayuno solo fue cornetto, cereal y pan y cafe.

• Evette (8/5): Great for a short stay. - Great location for getting around, great staff were friendly and always willing to help. Accommodation was great for our whole group, very clean and modern decor. Our two bedroom accommodation only had one door so one room was like being in the corridor. Breakfast was nice but very limited choice. These are only minor issues that didn't affect our enjoyment though. Great hotel and I would book again for sure.

Communication was fast and accurate, and the receptionist of Regina hotel was very cooperative and helpful. A wonderful stay at Nives Home Rome that will recommend to all. There's no such thing.

• KarenK (8/5): - I liked that they kept my bag until check in and keep keys whenever I leave. I also love the shower with several sprayers. Too noisy. I think my room was over the cafe and as well along the street. It was super hard to sleep. Plus the breakfast was all bread and pastry. There was juice, but there should be some fresh fruit and protein and options for gluten free. Additional there should have been more than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper provided.

• Joanna (10/5): The location was excellent and good customer service. - The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent — just a 3-minute walk from the train station (with easy connections to the airport), plenty of local restaurants nearby, and only about 10 minutes’ walk to the Colosseum. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they thoughtfully followed all of our requests prior to arrival. They even prepared a lovely surprise for my daughter’s birthday, with a card, balloon, and a delicious piece of cake — a wonderful touch! Regarding breakfast, although it was included in the price, I would rate it lower as it only offered sweet options. If we wanted a cooked breakfast, there was an additional charge. However, I understand this is typical of an Italian-style breakfast. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a perfect location. Limited breakfast options and the additional charge for city taxes

• Tatiana (5/5): - The room was spacious for Rome Strange hotel. It's a separate wing of the building in the other 2 star hotels. Rather spacious room for Room but very uncomfortable beds and mattress. Everything is rather new but very basic and simple. No kettle, tea or coffee facilities in the room, no safe. No iron at the reception.

• Martina (9/5): - Ottima posizione, strategica per chi deve partire in treno, buon rapporto qualità- prezzo, camera spaziosa e pulita dotata di condizionatore. Buona colazione inclusa. Poca insonorizzazione, si sentivano un pochino troppo i rumori in strada, anche a finestre chiuse. L'insegna dell'hotel molto piccola, appena da una parte in basso, non si nota quasi.

• Fernanda (9/5): Hotel confortável com localização excelente! - Quarto de hotel confortável e espaçoso, dividido em dois ambientes, o que nos proporcionou privacidade. Ficamos apenas 1 noite, na véspera do retorno pra casa, e foi tudo muito bem. Chuveiro excelente! O hotel é muito próximo da estação Termini, o que seria ótimo para uma estadia mais longa. Saímos antes do horário do até da manhã, mas o porteiro (esqueci de perguntar o nome!) foi muito gentil e providenciou tudo para tomarmos um café mais cedo, mesmo sem ter solicitado antes. Gostamos de tudo.

The AC was nice and cold and plenty of room for our family of 5. The staff was friendly especially the ladies at the cafe next door. The breaky was delicious and the cappuccino was perfect ever morning. Nothing.

Sono venuti incontro ai nostri bisogni specialmente per i bagagli ( siamo arrivati molto prima del orario di check-in e abbiamo potuto visitare Roma senza nessun peso fino al nostro rientro ) perché hanno una camera pr bagagli che possiamo usufruire gratis, così uguale anche nel giorno di check-out. Appartamento pulitissimo, tanti asciugamani, 3 minuti distanza dalla stazione.

Location was perfect especially for tourist, close to the Termini main station, St Mary Maggiore church (where Pope Francis was buried), and a lot of restaurant options & souvenir shops. You can go anywhere easily, including to Vatican city, Colosseo, Pantheon etc from this neighborhood. You can put your luggages before/after check in/out at the Hotel Giorgina lobby (next to Nives House) & the 24/7 receptionists were really nice!! Staffs at the Marylou cafe for the breakfast were also super nice :) If the property comes with kitchen it would be perfect :) We didn't get water kettle, I texted & got told that it was by request, maybe I missed that info but I knew that water kettle was written on the facility list. I wished the bookingcom text staff can be more responsive / replied more quickly.

• Daniela (8/5): Bueno para una estadía corta en Roma - La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia. Buena ubicación si tenes que usar los trenes de larga distancia que pasan por Termini. Buen desayuno que se brinda en el local de al lado, aunque le faltaría alguna fruta para ser más completo. Las habitaciones a la calle pueden ser ruidosas de noche, a pesar de tener doble vidrio dan a una calle por la cual transita mucha gente. No tenía pava eléctrica.

• Susana (8/5): Descubre Roma centro a pie desde el hotel - Ubicación muy cómoda, con la estación y el mercado central a una calle .tienes muchos de los monumentos a 30 min a pie .aunque nosotros usamos mucho las motos eléctricas de la aplicación Cooltra . El desayuno aunque está incluido se debe tener en cuenta que incluye café(muy bueno la verdad), tetra bricks de zumo y panecillos y bollería del día anterior.Te nutre pero no sería desayuno como tal.
