Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Jennifer (9/5): Great property, location and price. Will definitely stay again. - Location was perfect with all amenities nearby. Property was spacious and accommodated adults and kids well. Games room and spa were both a highlight! There were cobwebs and spiders (daddy long legs) present everywhere. This didn’t concern us but it will others.
Sandrah Scott (9/5): Relaxing and lots of fun. - Spacious, well laid out, great backyard, enjoyed the spa and games room. House was clean and tidy. Teriffic location. Kitchen tap very wobbly and needs to be replaced.
Zoe (5/5): average - 2 of the ‘’bedrooms’’ in the main house are just one big room with no door or window this was something I had overlooked in the one image that had shown this . look closely on the floor plan image before making your decision to stay here
