• Gabriel (1/5): PÉSIMA - La zona que era cerca del sitio que tenía que ir El alojamiento estaba sucio, era más chiquito de lo que se veía en las fotos, el apartamento estaba en un sótano en un tratero, no tenía casi ventilación, los aires eran portátiles y derramaban agua, el horario de la piscina en verano muy corto, no aproveché casi las instalaciones
• Francesco (7/5): Good - I really liked the location, as it was very close to both the nightlife and the beach, making everything within walking distance. The apartment was new and well-equipped, with everything you could need, including a washing machine/dryer, two smart TVs, and a brand-new fridge. Both the interior of the apartment and its location were amazing. The communication from the host definitely needs improvement. Check-in was from 4 pm, so in the morning, we asked if there was any chance the apartment could be available earlier. The host informed us that it wouldn’t be possible due to another guest checking out. So I asked if we would meet at the apartment at 4 pm, but I received no response,that was 10 am. We arrived at 4 pm as planned, still without any updates. At 4:05, I texted for an update and received no reply. At 4:10, I called the host, and after several attempts, he picked up, saying he would send the check-in information right away. However, 15 minutes passed with no instructions, and when we tried calling again, the phone was switched off. We then called the emergency phone number, but it was also off. We eventually contacted customer service, and at 4:45 pm, we finally received the check-in details. The host apologized, explaining his phone battery had died. While I understand this can happen, it would have been better if he had prepared in advance or sent the instructions earlier. We still would have arrived at 4 pm. Additionally, the host later told us that the apartment had been ready in the morning, but he forgot to inform us. At that point, this felt irrelevant. There was also no guidance on what to do with the rubbish. Since we stayed for a week, we needed to dispose of it, but we had to figure this out on our own. The pool access wasn’t explained either, and we had to figure that out ourselves as well. I understand we could have asked, but I would expect these details to be provided upfront, along with the Wi-Fi password. Lastly, the listing is misleading. The pictures suggest the apartment is located in a block shown in the photos, but it’s actually in a kind of 'garage' in front of those apartments. Although you still have access to the pool, the apartment isn’t in that tower, which is important to clarify.

• Mould (9/5): Awesome apartment excellent facilities shame about the mould - Loved the air con and the big smart tvs and the whole interior of the apartment The location was a bit strange being outside the complex and inbetween storage rooms for the restaurant. Also one wall had a lot of white mould growing on it and I’d wipe it off every day and it had grown back by morning so I hope that gets fixed as must be a leaking pipe or something
