• Pilar (9/5): Appartement où on a envie d'y rester - L'appartement est super, il est grand, les lits confortables et la douche divine. C'est calme et il y a tout ce qu'il faut si on veut faire la cuisine. Nous on a opté pour le restaurant juste en bas de l'immeuble, bon et pas cher ou celui en peu plus bas en face, plus cher mais super bon. La personne avec qui on a communiqué, Agelos, a été très aimable et a répondu à nos demandes. L'appartement est propre. Juste il faudrait, peut être, rénover certaines serviettes de toilette, un peu noircies et nettoyer un peu les matelas ou mettre une doublure de protection. Mais les draps étaient très propres.

• Leonie (1/5): Active bedbug infestation – AVOID. - The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. The area is walking distance from lots of great places. We discovered an active bedbug infestation on the 5th day in the apartment. Had to leave early. Host agreed to cover costs incurred and refund the unused night. Didn't cooperate with Booking.com and hasn't issued any refund.

• Antanina (10/5): - Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie. Osobne sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko.
• Jmolaf (8/5): Mitten im Leben - Umfassende Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar ein Bügeleisen war da, obwohl es nicht in der Inventarliste stand. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, ebenso die beiden Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber. Überraschenderweise war es insgesamt sehr ruhig. Metro Omonia ist in 6 - 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zur Akropolis sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe (3 Min zu Fuß) und hatte auch am Sonntag geöffnet. Die Lage ist speziell aber mittendrin - es gibt viele Kneipen auch zum Frühstück - Favoriten waren Greener Cafe Brunch und das etwas günstigere HBBH Cafe. Die Lage ist speziell aber mittendrin. Das Viertel wirkt insgesamt etwas schmuddelig und angegammelt. Leider existiert der kleine Park nicht mehr - U-Bahn-Baustelle.

• Mehmet Fatih (10/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Konumu mükemmeldi, metroya ve Syntagma meydanına yürüme mesafesinde. Çok rahat bir ev, karşısında ücretli otopark mevcut. Günlüğü 10 Euro. Tavsiye ederim. Herşey harikaydı.

• Susanne (10/5): - Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Klimatisierung. Sehr netter Kontakt. Ist sehr gut gelegen . Um die Ecke ist gleich eine Bushaltestelle für Hop on Hop offen Buße und Gute Restaurants gibt es auch. Das Viertel an sich wirkt wie Berlin Kreuzberg aber davon sollte man sich nicht irritieren lassen. Beim Erstanblick die Umgebung.

• Angela (5/5): Underwhelmed stay due to lack of cleanliness than shown in the listing. - Great location The apartment is not as cleaned as depicted in photos. Lack of attention to cleanliness details, which one would expect to be top tiered being managed by a property management firm. We were initially provided with blood stained bed linens, unwashed new towels with lint all over them; when asked to have bed linens changed we were only provided blanket covers requested without bringing us cleaned blankets to place in the blanket cover, and this took at least 12 hours to even be provided. Either the cleaning company needs to be changed or the property management company needs to follow up on the work of the cleaning crew. The property management team was not as personal as described in the booking. Besides the beautiful pictures in the booking, this stunning apartment could have been way more up to par than experienced.

• Scott (10/5): Perfect! - Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with everything we needed including aircon in every room and a decent sized washing machine. Lift in the premises made it easy with luggage and the shutters on the windows made it very dark and quiet at nighttime (it's a pretty quiet area anyway) Nothing really not to like. Don't be fooled by the graffiti in the neighborhood when you arrive. We always felt welcome by the locals and there are beautiful restaurants and cafe's right at the front door and close by.
• Randall (8/5): Comfortable and modern apartment. - This is a really modern and stylish apartment, especially considering the neighbourhood. We only stayed one night, so we have limited experience. Many of the neighbouring building look a little tired, and there is a lot of graffiti about. This apartment exceeded expectations (or biases). There is a very nice shopping/tavern district within walking distance for most. No complaints. We didn't have a car to park, but there is a public lot across the street (quite busy though).
• Keren (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is modern and beautiful, just like in the pictures. It is located in one of the trendiest areas of the city and close to the center, just a 6-minute walk from the Omonia metro station. There are many pedestrian streets full of bars, nightlife and restaurants next to the apartment, including a Michelin-recommended restaurant right in the next building - the prestigious Pharaoh restaurant. The apartment was very clean with 2 bathrooms and toilets, one of which is inside the bedroom - master badroom. The internet worked great, as did Netflix on the TVs. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, plenty of pillows. It is noticeable that every detail in the apartment is in place to make it as comfortable as possible. We had hot water all the time thanks to a solar heating system, and the apartment is quiet and very comfortable. Excellent and available host. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back. Everything was great!

• Padrino (10/5): Exellent - highly recommend! - The apartment is large, over 80 m2, completely renovated and modern. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a kitchen with a stove with an oven and a washing machine, fully equipped with dishes in abundance, two bathrooms and a large terrace. Every detail is in its place. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and bedding, modern and functional furniture, each room air-conditioned with a large LCD TV, large modern bathrooms with quality towels, new carpentry with electric blinds. Fast WIFI. Everything is cool. The location is great, lots of restaurants and bars and pedestrian areas around. Parking garage at 200 m (15 euros per day). About 500 m to Omonia metro station and about 1 km to Simtagma Square and Ermou Street. The price is correct for accommodation of 6 people. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Excellent and fast communication with the owner. Highly recommended!
