- Natalie (7/5): Die Kinder hatten unglaublich viel Spaß und wir werden wahrscheinlich auch wieder gehen. Aber man muss mit ein paar Abst - Das Programm für die Kinder und das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben viele Aktivitäten genutzt. Der SPA Bereich ist richtig toll und die Massage für Mama und Kind war wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis Es haben Kleinigkeiten leider gefehlt, die aber für uns wichtig gewesen wären. Wie zum Beispiel Seife auf der Toilette und ein Handtuch für das Geschirr zum abtrocknen. Wir haben jeden Abend selber gekocht, weil das Essen im Park wirklich schlecht ist. Das Personal hätte wir gern einigen Stellen freundlicher sein können.

- Monia (5/5): Pauvres grenouilles :( - Le cadre en pleine nature L’espace aquatique Les propositions d’activités pour les enfants par tous les temps Le lave vaisselle n’était pas vidé à notre arrivée Nous avons dû repasser l’aspirateur également en arrivant car le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement Nous étions dans la zone grenouille. Il y avait un nombre pas possible de grenouilles écrasées sur la route chaque matin. C’était affreux. L’hôtel devrait faire quelque chose pour empêcher ce massacre. Ça fait vraiment mal au cœur et lorsqu’on passe à côté avec nos enfants et qu’on voit des grenouilles écrabouillées avec leurs entrailles par terre, c’est terrible. Le prix des activités est un peu élevé Pas de machine à capsules dans les logements !?!? Notre chaise bébé n’était pas fonctionnelle car la ceinture de sécurité ne se fermait pas Un minimum de produits de nécessité devraient être à disposition (savon, shampoings, gel douche, linge un peu plus grands..) la c’est quand même spécial de devoir tout acheter.

- Sandra (10/5): Perfektes Osterwochenende - Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, alles gute Qualität und in gutem Zustand, super tolles Personal die angesichts all der Nörgler immer noch cool blieben!!!Leider haben wir nur 5 Nächre gebucht, nächstes Mal kommen wir länger! Die Häuser sind super schön und ruhig und die Sauna und die Whirlpoolwanne sind genial! Das Aqua Mundo ist sehr sauber und mit dem vielen Naturstein richtig luxuriös. Ich fand den Preis fürs Osterwochenende und das gesamte Angebot mehr als korrekt. Restaurant sind gut, das Oachkazl hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Die ganze Anlage ist schön im Wald mit lustigen Spielplätzen, der Bauernhof hat den Kindern besonders gefallen! Alles ist strikte durchorganisiert und somit funktioniert auch fast alles reibungslos. An sich nichts, Kaffeebecher die andere Gäste eingach rumliegen lassen. Es sind halt schon viele Gäste konzentriert vor Ort. Entweder das Konzept Center Parcs sagt einem zu oder nicht.

- Roswitha (9/5): - In der kalten Jahreszeit immer wieder eine Reise wert, Neben dem Badebereich gibt es für Kinder jede Menge Abwechslung. Unser Aufenthalt gestaltete sich sehr kurzweilig.
- Björn (7/5): Top organisiert, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein - Durchweg gut und einfach organisierte An- und Abreise, jederzeit freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Schlüssiges Konzept mit vielen Angeboten für Jedermann. Durchdacht ausgestattete Häuser. Die Sauberkeit des Exclusive Haus war bei der Anreise nur mäßig (schlierige Fenster, Spüler war noch an, staubige Oberflächen), zudem gibt es deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Der Park ist verkehrsberuhigt, Autos sollen auf den zentralen Parkplatz. Davon ist wenig zu merken, die Fahrzeuge der Nachbarhäuser partken permanent am Haus, zudem reger Verkehr mit Golfcarts und Versorgungsfahrzeugen. Gerade beim Parken sollte der Park konsequenter vorgehen.

- Glamm (10/5): - Es ist ein super Haus wir waren zum 2 ten Mal dort. Wir hatten das Haus mit Sauna und großer Wanne uns hat’s super gefallen. Es ist alles sauber und super organisiert von allen her. Mega Schwimmhalle und außen Bereich so wie die Anlage an sich :) es fehl an nichts ! Booking sagte wir können ab 15 Uhr einchecken das war ne Lüge es geht wirklich erst ab 16 Uhr !
- Riecke (10/5): - Einchecken und Auschecken, Angebot an Aktivitäten. Liegen und Stühle durch Handtücher belegt obwohl keiner vor Ort ist. Auch in den Restaurants im Bad werden die Sitzgelegenheiten durch Handtücher geblockt, obwohl die Herrschaften baden sind.

- Jutta (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, bei den Preisen verbesserungsbedürftig - Schönes Haus mit hohen Decken. Sauna & Whirlpool-Badewanne waren prima. Keine Gewürze in der Küche. Auf den Bildern sieht man vorhandenes Brennholz für den gemütlichen Holzofen und tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Attrappe, die aus aufgeklebtem Holz besteht.
- Petra (7/5): Insgesamt ein schöner Ort für Aktivferien, bei dem jedoch vor allem bei Sauberkeit, Komfort und Ausstattung noch deutlic - Tolle Ferien mit viel Abwechslung und Spass für Gross und Klein. Das Angebot ist vielseitig und familienfreundlich, weshalb wir immer wieder gerne zurückkommen. Leider gibt es bei jedem Aufenthalt auch negative Punkte: Bei der Ankunft war das Haus nicht sauber, die Betten im 3 Zimmer Haus sind sehr unbequem (harte Matratzen) und die Kücheneinrichtung ist nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Zudem ist keine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, was heutzutage eigentlich Standard wäre. (Wussten wir aber im Voraus)
- Lorena (7/5): Wir haben es uns schön gemacht selbst geputzt - Die Unterkunft exklusive Corttage ist an sich sehr hochwertig und schön sehr schöner Whirlpool und super schöne Sauna , Aqua Mundo top Schwimmbad Sauberkeit wird dort klein geschrieben .. in beiden Betten bluttflecken , selbst die neue Bettwäsche die man brachte mit blutflecken.. überall im Haus waren Silberfische , wenn man nachts ankommt ist man definitiv aufgeschmissen wir haben über eine Stunde gebraucht bis wir das Haus gefunden haben .. mit 2 Kindern eine Katastrophe.. in der Sauna waren überall Spinnenweben am Boden .

In der Dusche war leider wirklich schwarzer Schimmel,wahrscheinlich eben auch deshalb weil das Badezimmer kein Fenster besitzt und viele Gäste mit Sicherheit dann die Türe nach benutzen verschließen und die kleine Entlüftungsanlage das Problem nicht beheben kann und es so immer wieder kommen wird egal wie oft oder stark geputzt wird,aber man erschrickt trotzdem und ekelt sich,klar.

Preis nicht wert - War alles dreckig, Bettwanzen hatten wir , kein Besen kein Wischmop, Silberfischchen War alles dreckig, Geschirr Besteck Gläser der Boden, bad nicht sauber. Wir hatten Bettwanzen, Silberfische, Mäuse sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben schlimmer wie bei einer Jugendherberge. Da wir eine 8 Köpfige Famile waren, haben wir nicht nebenan Wohnungen bekommen.leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht zu meinem Nachteil.

- Matthias (9/5): - Perfekte Ferienanlage als Familie. Wir waren 3 Familien in einem Haus. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Zimmer und coole Lage. Auch die zusätzlichen Angebote (z.B. Bowling, Supermarkt, Minigolf u.v.m.) lassen kaum Wünsche übrig. Die zusätzlichen Kosten summieren sich jedoch auf. Für die Kinder unbedingt Kickboard o.ä. mitnehmen. Das Haus haben wir zwar grundsätzlich sauber aber nicht perfekt gereinigt vorgefunden. Ecken und schwerer erreichbare Orte waren noch staubig oder Krümmel wurden übersehen. Abfallsäcke, Gewürze (Kochsalz) muss selbst mitgebracht werden.
- Nicolas (5/5): Magnifique maison bien équipée. Service déplorable - Le logement Check in ! La chambre n’était pas nettoyée et les lits pas prêt à notre arrivée ! Nous avons dû attendre 1h30 à l’extérieur du logement, au froid. Avant cela, personne ne répondait au téléphone, un long déplacement vers la réception a été nécessaire. Programme d’activité sympa mais mal organisé. Une activité a eu 50 minutes de retard. Le personnel pas réactif du tout. Sinon, parc bondé avec beaucoup, beaucoup trop de monde. Très bruyant. Du vrai tourisme de masse où tout est bon pour vous faire payer des suppléments.

- Dustin (4/5): Die Unterkunft war bei Anreise schmutzig, mit fleckiger Bettwäsche, schmieriger Badewanne, fehlendem Babybett und frühem - Gemütliches Häuschen in ruhiger familienfreundlicher Atmosphäre. Viele tolle Familienangebote Zur Anreise war alles staubig, die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und die Bettwäsche hatte einen Fleck. Die Badewanne war sehr schmierig und konnte auch erst nach dem Saubermachen benutzt werden. Obwohl der Checkout um 11 war wurden wir bereits um 10 gebeten die Unterkunft zu verlassen. Zur Anreise hat auch das Babybett gefehlt was angefordert wurde. Nach Kontakt mit der Rezeption wurde lediglich angeboten die Unterkunft nochmal zu reinigen, aber wir sind ja nicht gekommen um das Haus direkt wieder zu verlassen…
- annina (4/5): Nie wieder !!!!! - Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge Es war unfassbar dreckig ! Auch nach erneutem reinigen lassen war es inakzeptabel. Geschirr dreckig, spinnenweben überall, im Bad jede Fuge voller Schimmel, alles massiv verkalkt, Bettwäsche fleckig, Risse in den Wänden, überall Hundehaare auf dem Sofa, Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig aber das war die absolute Frechheit !!!

- Mark (7/5): A nice stay with good accomodation but very expensive & overall poor value for money with poor customer service expe - Lovely modern building. The jacuzzi & sauna were excellent. The downstairs room was nice & cool but the upstairs room was very warm despite it not being very warm outside. Mostly very clean but could be improved. The towels were tiny! The quality of the crockery & glasses was very high but not a very well equipped kitchen.

- Priya (7/5): Great resort, uncomfortable accommodation - The facilities at the resort are wonderful for kids. The aqua park is so fun and the water temperature was perfect. The resort was clean and really well maintained. Overall of a great standard. While it is an awesome resort, the accommodation left a lot to be desired: 1. On arrival we noticed alot of what looked like pet hair on our bed linen. Not a good start! 2. Definitely carry your own pillows, unless you enjoy sleeping on ones that deflate to pancakes and provide no support whatsoever. 3. The couches are very uncomfortable. They're actually garden furniture 4. No air-conditioning, which is incredibly uncomfortable in the height of summmer,, especially at night. So carry fans if you can. 5. It's as if the cottages are designed to chase you outdoors.....where you pay for EVERYTHING...even mini golf. 6. The food at the restaurants was average at best.

- Ulrike (9/5): Ein toller neuer Park und ideal für Familien - Das exclusive Cottage war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben aufgrund des Dauerregens leider nur den Aquamundo nutzen können, der uns aber gut gefallen hat.

- Alex (9/5): Wir genossen den Aufenthalt im Center Park trotz schlechtem Wetter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Wunderschöne ruhige Lage in einem riesigen Park. Die ganze Umgebung war autofrei. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkeln nur 4 Tage im Center Park. Dabei regnete es die ganze Zeit. Dadurch konzentrierten sich alle Aktivitäten auf den riesigen, tropischen Innenbereich. Entsprechend gross war das Gedränge bei allen Aktivitäten.

- Klaus (7/5): Fun to be there, not so much to pay for it all - The parks and recreational opportunities offered are great. There is a lot to do and the aquatic center is amazing. Well worth the visit for this alone. But, it is all very pricy. The cost for what you get is just too high. Most things cost extra, there is very little that is actually included other than the aquatic center some playgrounds. Given the extremely high price you pay, this seems rather unfair.
- Pieter (6/5): Nature camp holiday - Plenty of cycling- and walking routes to explore. Chargers for e-Cars, although many were broken at the time we went. Onsite grocery shop to buy almost everything you need. Good water slide that keeps all kids under 10 busy. Very much overpriced and not much activities catered for teenagers during holidays. Everything costs extra inside the park (e.g. mini golf, jumping mats, ten pin bowling, pool tables). Very expensive restaurants and quality food not good. In middle of summer the park can at least invest in fans for units. No insect nets in front of windows even though you are in nature with plenty insects around.

- Oliver (8/5): maybe nicer to book in summer, we'll see - unit was close to the main entertainment building. kitchen has enough tools and utensils. private jaccuzzi and infra sauna was great. fast internet. market was stocked with enough items to cook with 😊 floors were dusty when we came in. main door has no locks from the inside, little kids or todlers can open and wander out. smart tv would be nice since the internet was fast. food price and quality was terrible at the main center, good thing there's a market to get cooking supplies. cooler if there were slopes to sled on in winter, you're pretty much stuck with indoor playground and pool 🤷♂️
- Rishanne (8/5): Overall we would go back. It was a great place with amazing amenities. Kids were always happy. - The property was great and had lots of space for our family! The details in the cottage for children were awesome, baby gate at the top of the stairs and toilet seats for little kids. We had a little mouse that was in kitchen of our place and was running around the couch. Luckily the kids didn’t see it but it was not ideal to have a little mouse staying with us.

Rockets Burger ;-) The only critic I can relate to from other reviews on google is that the property is not very well cleaned before arrival. Surfaces still had marks/leftover from previous guests, dust in many corners, dirty carpet and floors, dishes not entirely clean.
