• Solís/Questiaux (10/5): Ideal por su ubicación, comodidad y limpieza. - Todo ha sido perfecto: el código de entrada te da total libertad para llegar y marchar, la limpieza, los servicios y la comodidad de un primer piso con una mascota. Ideal. Nada.

Pero me ha gustado mucho ya que estaba muy limpio y muy bien ubicado con la Renfe al lado y varias lineas de autobuses y ademas varios supermecados y cafeterias. El unico dato negativo es el del aparcamiento, que esta complicado y ademas es zona azul y tienes que pagar por aparcar.

• Jenifer (9/5): España con familia - Un departamento con todo lo necesario, relativamente nuevo y buena ubicación. En zona tranquila. Muy funcional cuando vas con niños como lo fue mi caso. Muy amable los dueños, buena comunicación con ellos y te responden enseguida. También la chica que ayuda con la limpieza muy amable. La verdad todo estuvo bien, el único pero que tengo es que no tenía lavavajillas así que toca lavar a mano. También agregaría almohadas muy blandas pero eso es mi gusto personal.
• Jazz Johnson (9/5): - Muy buena comunicación con el propietario, responde muy rápido a los mensajes. Tuvimos un pequeño problema para acceder a la llegada y lo solucionó de inmediato. El piso es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la calefacción funciona muy bien y está cerca de todo. Nos pusieron la cuna y la trona para tenerlo todo listo a la llegada. Además, está cerca de un parque grande muy bonito que le gustó mucho a nuestro peque.

• MICHELLE (9/5): Encantador apartamento - Pozuelo es un pueblito muy pintoresco. En las afueras de Madrid. Necesitábamos esa ubicación debido a que por trabajo nos estábamos moviendo hacia un lugar fuera de Madrid. Fue una gran sorpresa un lugar tan bonito, un apartamento muy limpio y bien ubicado. Se ve remodelado y con el mobiliario muy nuevo. Hay pocas maneras de acceder, nosotras nos estuvimos moviendo en Uber o taxi. El apartamento está en un tercer nivel, por lo que es necesario subir bastantes gradas

En el anuncio NO CONSTA QUE EL EDIFICIO NO TIENE ASCENSOR. Debería corregirse e indicar esta circunstancia tan importante.

• Carolina (9/5): Agradable - Fácil acceso al apartamento. Muy bien ubicado, al lado de la estación de cercanías y de un súper grande. Eché de menos un toallero o unos ganchos para colgar las toallas, pero vaya, que es un pequeño detalle sin importancia.

• Dina (9/5): Estadia confortável e em zona tranquila - Gostei da zona onde está o apartamento e do conforto do mesmo. Estacionamos o carro super perto e sem problemas. As camas e as almofadas eram muito confortáveis. As almofadas eram baixas. As toalhas de banho cheiravam bem e tinham um bom tamanho. A casa cheirava bem e estava limpa. Há um supermercado a 2 min a pé e o comboio também fica a 2 min. O banho é com termo acumulador e para 4 e pessoas no inverno não dá. Havia sempre alguém que apanhava a água gelada e tínhamos de esperar.

• Kateřina (9/5): - Apartmán byl prostorný, moderně vybavený, čistý. Komunikace s majiteli byla perfektní, vše šlo hladce, check in/out byl bezkontaktní a dobře vysvětlen do zprávy. Zastávka příměstských vlaků je max. 3 minuty pěšky, což bylo také super. Lokalita je klidná, příjemná :) Asi bychom vytkli jen teplotu vody ve sprše. Přišla nám málo teplá a nešlo už nastavit vyšší teplotu. Přitom v umyvadle v koupelně i kuchyni tekla vyloženě horká voda…

• Dmytro (9/5): Nice place, was worth to stay there for short period of time. - Nice bright place. Comfortable location near train station so you can get to Madrid in 10-15 minutes. There were some issues during check in, but they were solved very quickly. There were many signs of use in this apartment, but this did not bother us.

• INES (9/5): Great place to be, easy to reach Madrid with the train in max half an hour. Good value for money. - Great value for money, location is great as it is really close from the train station and in 10 minutes you arrive to Madrid. The area is very safe, peaceful and clean; a great place to be to rest after visiting Madrid. Everything suited me.

• CAMPOS (10/5): COMODIDAD - La ubicación al lado de la estacion de trenes, parking en las calles aledañas y lo limpio que estaba. Destacar que la finca no cuenta con ascensor. PAra mi no es ningun problema... pero quiza para otros usuarios esto es un handicap...Lo tendrian q dejar bien claro....

Camas bastante cómodas Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, lo cual es importante porque no hay persianas en las ventanas. No hay ascensor para acceder al apartamento. El baño es un poco pequeño para 4 personas

• Frieder (4/5): Way overpriced, misleading imagery in the ad - Check in with the numbers worked fine. The area of Pozuelo is calm, no noise at night The apartment is absolutely not suitable for 4 people, maybe for 2. The amenities are rather cheap and there is no dishwasher which is fine per se but wasn’t clear to us. We understood at some point that the pictures were taken from different apartments of the building, they are not accurate to the flat we were assigned to. The ad it further said that there are en-suite bathrooms: not true, there was one for all and it was tiny, only one person could be at the sink. The owners were not responsive trying to mitigate our concerns. Quite a rip-off sadly, can’t recommend.

• Kari (9/5): Quick stay while passing through Madrid - Room located in neighborhood with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Train station around the corner. It was very clean. Good for a short commute to airport or to the sites. The room that had 2 twins was too small for more than one twin. Couldn't move around in there. If you come during busy season, parking will be a struggle. We found a spot and found out after the fact that it was a spot that must have been solely for residents. It was not one of the blue pay spots. Didn't bother us, but there is no lift.

• Catriel (10/5): Very pleased. - Very well located. Pristine clean and new. Highly recommend it. If you don’t want to deal with caos in Madrid, this place is perfect. Walking distance to train station (less than a block) to Pozuelo’s train station and Madrid a short ride from there. The apartment is spotless and very well maintained. You have lots of shops nearby. Restaurants and supermarkets are steps from it. Neighborhood is quiet and alive at the same time. I missed having a tv in the bedroom. With regular channels available. The only tv is in the kitchen and for streaming only. I like having a tv in the bedroom since it helps me sleep. And if I don’t wanna watch it, I just don’t turn it on. But would be great to have the option.

• Dana (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved the location. It was so close to breakfast and a few restaurants. It was great to be so close to grocery and cercania too. It was spacious, safe and had everything we needed!
• Maria (5/5): Overpriced - Not worth it - The apartment is super close to the train station and tons of cafes and restaurants. It has a sunny balcony that's great for chilling. The place looks new and modern, with really comfy beds, pillows, a sofa, and an armchair. The second room is way too tiny for two single beds; it felt cramped sleeping there. The toilet is modern but ridiculously small, with barely any room to move. It's also pretty dark since there are no windows and the tiles are all dark black. The living room doesn't have enough space for four people to comfortably have breakfast or dinner, and it's a bummer that there's no TV in the apartment. Plus, the fridge is small and doesn't even have a freezer, which was kind of inconvenient. Just a heads up, there's no elevator in the apartment, so if you're bringing big luggage, be prepared for that.

The kitchen/living area is comfortable and well equipped; such a bonus with a small child so we could prepare food, eat at times that worked for us, and save money on eating out. The location was fantastic -- 3 minute walk from two grocery stores, two cafes, and the train station into downtown Madrid, a 10-minute train trip. Very quiet. Air conditioning, coffee maker, washer, iron, hair dryer -- really terrific amenities. Clean and modern. We were four adults and the second room is small with a trundle bed. It was fine for us, and we slept well, but access to the closet was difficult with the second bed out. The flat is two floors up from street level, no elevator -- not a problem for us, but just to be aware of.
