• Marco (8/5): Week end in ottima posizione a Venezia - L’host è molto disponibile e ci ha lasciato diversi consigli su alcuni ristoranti da provare a Venezia. L’appartamento è a 2 passi da Piazza San Marco quindi ha un’ottima posizione. Lasciare più forniture di “comfort” per gli ospiti, ad esempio un bollitore e delle tisane. Riparare la TV.

• Bayley (10/5): It was a great place to stay and Angelica the owner of the property was endlessly helpful, highly recommend - The place was in a quiet location but still super close to all the popular places which made it very convenient to get to during the day but nice and quiet towards the evening The only issue was the property being a little tricky to find but it didn’t take too long

• Yaiza_ (8/5): Recomendable, zona tranquila - La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda y con lo necesario. La tv no funcionaba aunque no nos avisaron con antelación. La comunicación fue de 10, muy amable y rápida. La ubicación está bastante bien, un poco apartado, pero en un barrio tranquilo y andando se pueden visitar muchos sitios de interés. Instalaciones correctas y bastante cuidadas. Hay mejores ubicaciones, pero no está mal, un poco lejos de la estación de autobuses, etc. No tenía unas vistas muy bonitas, era un patio. Por lo demás todo bien.

• Madalena (1/5): Terrivel! / Terrible! Mudámos antes do final da estadia / We moved out - Careful!! This room is terrible and the host doesn´t care, doesn´t help and is not polite. Long story short: strange step in the middle of the room with loose baseboards, a lot of steps to the apartment, dark entryway, bugs and dead plants, dirty washroom, an air conditioner that works full power all night long (in night mode), is loud and does not control the room temperature (we turned it to 23ºC and could not out it higher, but it kept cooling the room even further). The host never showed up and in spite of having told Booking that she would move us to another room, she then denied it and refused to move us. As fotografias do alojamento não revelam que o quarto tem um enorme degrau com um ângulo estranho no meio da divisão; não mostram que a entrada é extremamente escura, que há 36 degraus num corredor bastante estreito até ao quarto, que a entrada para o edifício se faz por um beco sem saída — e não pela rua indicada na morada — e que esse beco é ladeado por prédios degradados, o que, para quem chega à noite, transmite uma sensação de insegurança. Também não mostra que as escadas têm insetos, que as plantas que adornam as janelas estão mortas e cobertas de lixo, e que há insetos nas paredes do corredor. Devido ao ângulo estranho do degrau no meio do quarto, não é possível permanecer do lado esquerdo da cama com os pés direitos, pois não existe espaço suficiente entre a cama e o degrau para um pé. Como tal, o meu marido, ao deitar-se, bateu com o pé na esquina do degrau e duas tábuas do rodapé soltaram-se. Naturalmente, magoou-se, mas a única resposta da anfitriã foi: “Vá à farmácia buscar uns pensos rápidos”. Não demonstrou qualquer preocupação com o estado do meu marido. Não é percetível que o aparelho de ar condicionado só funciona na potência máxima e está diretamente virado para a cama. Tornou-se, por isso, extremamente desconfortável tentar dormir com um fluxo de ar gelado. Tentámos subi-la, mas o sistema parava nos 23 °C, que, ainda assim, resultavam numa sensação de frio intenso), aliado ao ruído constante e elevado durante toda a noite. Os colchões da cama estavam marcados pelo uso e eram bastante desconfortáveis. Chocou-nos o estado da casa de banho, que não se encontrava devidamente limpa. O chuveiro tinha manchas e o tapete do duche estava sujo, com nódoas e cabelos e a base de duche estava cheia de mofo e ferrugem. O anúncio indica que o quarto tem vista sobre a cidade, o que é manifestamente falso. A anfitriã nunca apareceu e embora tenha prometido à Booking que nos trocava o quarto, mas depois recusou-se a faze-lo.

• Genevieve (10/5): Quaint Venice - The area was quiet and peaceful. Just a short walk to everywhere. We loved the water fountains in that area. We never met Angie, but she was definitely on hand if we needed anything which we didn't. Nice quiet and clean room with air-conditioning. A treat at siesta time.
• Dragomir (7/5): The apartment provided adequate accommodation in a nice quiet are and was probably value for money. - The location was good and the facilities were reasonable. The apartment was on the first floor and there was two flights of steep stairs that would be challenging for elderly people to carry up their luggage. The apartment did not have any glasses, cutlery or other basic utensils, so that even though a kettle was available, it was not possible to make a coffee. There apartment had a TV but it was not available for use.

• Cassidi (7/5): It was a nice visit I would recommended for a few nights - Very good location And the shower was nice They have AC Amazing communications The double bed is not a real double bed it’s 2 singles so they always slide apart when you sleep

• Ashley (4/5): Disappointing - Good location ; lovely host. Very basic; the photos definitely made the room look better than it was . No soaps or anything so bring ur own , Toilet seat was broken ; my husband nearly went flying off of it ; the lady was able to fix it right away but she said she knew it had been broken. Bed was not comfortable they were two singles put together that were not quite even so it felt like camping ahha ; we got bitten by some sort of bugs in the room I was covered in itchy welts. The stairs were insane to walk up with our bags there’s a very narrow , low ceiling flight ( 2 sets) if you have difficulties with stairs avoid.
• Christian (1/5): Absolutely shocking, do not book this place - The location was great, however the place was absolutely poor. No TV, no glasses provided, had to climb a very steep stairs to get to the room, this place is suited for back packers only.
• Emma (8/5): Very good - Simple but clean, comfortable, and rather spacious room with updated bathroom. Great location and host was very commucarive about check in procedures, etc. Perfect as a place to crash while exploring the city. Not a particular problem for me but there are about 30 steep and narrow stairs to the room, so not ideal for those with more limited mobility.
