• Jesus (10/5): Fantastic flat, perfect for families! - We stayed here for 10 nights with our family (2 adults + 2 kids, ages 12 and 2) and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything you need — kitchen, washing machine, cot for the baby, and fast WiFi. The location near Vauxhall Station is excellent, just one stop from Westminster on the Victoria line, making it super easy to get everywhere in London. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always checking in to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting London! Honestly, we can't think of anything negative. It was a great stay for our family.

• Miss Monica (3/5): Disappointed that the apartment and views didn’t match the Booking.com listing, but the staff were v - The location listed on Booking.com was incorrect. I arrived at the provided address, but they gave me a completely different one. The photos on Booking.com did not match the apartment I actually received. The listing promised a city view and a garden view, but I only had a view of the building next door. They did not provide the same apartment as shown on Booking.com. However, the staff were very helpful — via WhatsApp, providing the keys, and answering questions on Booking.com. I canceled my booking after just half an hour and received an instant refund.

Klein und süß, was für eine Städtereise absolut perfekt ist. Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt!! :) Es gibt sicherlich noch ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber man sieht dass daran gearbeitet wird. Es gibt also nichts was nicht gefallen hat.

Completely ruined our trip to London and cause stress to find somewhere else suitable - Nothing absolutely horrendous for the money Not kids suitable, very noisy, rough neighbourhood, trash everywhere around outside, didn’t have the spare bedding on arrival, didn’t have the cot bed on arrival, weird check-in, TV wasn’t functioning. Had to check out after 1 day instead of staying the 2 days we booked cause it wasn’t suitable for the family. Says 4 beds, but it’s 2 beds, one sofa bed and 1 couch. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Would not recommend to anyone. Completely too expensive for what it is

• Jolanta (8/5): - The property was very nice, location superb, however lack of glasses of any kind or burned frying pan is very disappointing . Broken-up plastic disposable wine glasses are not a replacement for a glass. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

We had no difficulty finding the apartment. The directions provided were explicit and adequate. The apartment is large, bright and clean. Unfortunately the kitchen was not properly cleaned (dirty oven, dirty microwave, dirty dishes in the cupboards). There are insufficient kitchen utensils (cutlery, glasses, containers, etc.) and many of them are of different designs. I assume that some kitchenware has been breaking and has not been replaced. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available. There are no coffee cups. The furniture is quite old, with signs of much use but adequate in terms of quantity and function. Clean bed linen but showing signs of lots of wear. The sofa bed cover is torn and shows signs of lots of wear. The owner maintained frequent contact and was available to resolve any problem. It's not cheap but there is no such thing as cheap accommodation in central London. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The location of the apartment is excellent. The owner was very nice to us and gave us all the instructions needed. The apartment lacks cleaning. The apartment needs renovation. Small beds and very dirty towels and bed sheets. Bathrooms dirty and in one bedroom it gets windy under the window. Big windows but very noisy.

• Anna (6/5): Posizione ottima ma pulizia scarsa - La posizione : la metropolitana è proprio sotto l’appartamento La pulizia scarsa : i letti sembravano usati( almeno spero che non lo fossero ) forse perché lenzuola e federe non vengono stirate ( mai successo in nessun posto estero …..) , asciugamani piccoli per la doccia e insufficienti , in quanto per ogni camera da letto c’era solo 1 asciugamano per il viso e 2 asciugamani un po’ più grandi che non riuscivi nemmeno a coprirti le spalle ( per 3 notti !) La quinta persona non ha trovato ne’ asciugamani e ne’ il divano pronto e abbiamo dovuto richiedere tutto l’occorrente: ovviamente tutto stropicciato e abbiamo provveduto noi a prepararlo. Ma cosa più fastidiosa è di aver dovuto fare la doccia fredda : non c’era acqua calda perché avevano dimenticato di accendere la caldaia !!! Fortunatamente hanno provveduto velocemente a risolvere il problema Consiglio al gestore di visionare l’appartamento personalmente dopo che vengono fatte le pulizie perché ci sono ragnatele nel soggiorno, il tavolo è unto , in cucina il lavello era sporco e la lavastoviglie era piena di stoviglie sporche ( noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina perché abbiamo mangiato sempre fuori )Abbiamo utilizzato solo una tazza che prima di usare abbiamo dovuto lavarla con una goccia di detersivo per i piatti , perché era proprio terminato I cuscini sui letti e divani erano tutti sporchi per non parlare della coperta di scorta : macchie gialle Polvere dappertutto: sui termosifoni , sulla moquette e pareti umide nella camera da letto Poi ti dicono di togliere le scarpe sul tappeto …

• Ru Hann (8/5): Super location, reasonable price, good service. - Location is definitely a major plus point. Very near Vauxhall train station and bus station. There's a Pret a Manger and Tesco nearby too which made life so much easier. The apartment was clean enough and spacious. Especially liked that it had 2 full bathrooms. Water pressure from showers was good. Also liked that it had a balcony although the door to the balcony was quite challenging to open. Service was excellent. Both AJ and Seb were very responsive to my queries. When we asked for extra toilet rolls and detergent for clothes, they were provided very promptly. Lastly, I feel that price was reasonable. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Would be better if host provides info on where to board and get off from taxis/ uber rides. In this case, the landmark should be Pret a Manger and not the name of the apartment as taxis are not allowed to stop too near traffic lights. There were a few times we had to walk a distance to board a taxi or taxi dropped us off a distance from the apartment. This was a problem for me as I was travelling with 2 elderly people, 1 of which required wheelchair assistance. Beds weren't super comfy and sheets looked old but overall cleanliness and hygiene levels are acceptable.

Manque un peu de vaisselle et les poêles sont assez usés (à rénover) mais on peut faire avec pendant un court séjour. Bonne communication et instructions de Aj et Seb. Poêles usés et peu de vaisselle.

• Julie (9/5): Great flat for 6 people - Lots of space in the flat, sofa beds comfy to sleep on, easy access to building, great having two bathrooms, lovely to have things like tea/coffee/fairy/hand soap etc already there. We were very grateful for the fans in each room. Facilities were good for our needs and it was clean and tidy. AJ was very helpful and communicated really well. Nothing major wrong, just a few things that would make it perfect. We did think there would be a TV but there was only a stand, and the balcony door was very hard to open. The previous occupants had broken the blinds and we were told there was not time to fix before our arrival, so they were a bit of a pain as they kept falling off. Both loo seats were a bit wonky so could do with a tighten up. Towels were provided but there were 5 big and one small, so my husband made do with the hand towel! Maybe use a bit of bleach in the bathrooms on the tiles as there was some staining.

• Saba (6/5): comfortable and nice place but some inconvenients - Close to the center by walk, to bus station and underground, spacious appartment, globally clean. The owner left us some breakfast but could be also very useful to have some cooking oil and dish washer liquid on the arrival. the owner was very helpful for our late check in and check out. Overall, dispite some unlucky inconveniants was a nice and comfortable place. The night we arrived, we noticed that there were no hot water , the day after I warned the owner and he told me that he'll reset the boiler, but the second night we noticed again that the water was still cold, warned again the owner who told us that there must be a reparation but the day after was sunday so we had to wait one more day to have hot water, so 3 days of our hollyday we spent without having hot water to take a shower. On monday the serviceman arrived and there has been a heavy reparation in our appartment, they changed the boiler for all the morning and they cut off water so we had to quit the appartment without even washing our face. It was not a pleasant experience. So now you can be sure that you will have hot water. Some other negative points are that the kitchen is equipped without a toaster but a toast machine,which is very slow to toast bread for the whole family and kitchen ustensils are quiet old I was hot happy to use damaged teflon pans. The appartment does not have a river view but offices but it was a shiny appartment after all. Double beds are not king size and matress is not very comfortable and towels are clean but because of their color does not give any clean impression and the appartment is quiet humide and after shower, towels hardly get dry, fortunatly there is towel dryer but not easy tu use. And another issue yet an important issue is that they dont provide an invoice and asked me to ask it to booking.com but they also told me that the owner has to provide the invoice, booking just send us a receipt and we don't need a receipt but an official invoice.

Sainsbury extra nearby and various food outlets and restaurants. Host easily contactable and helpful. Neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Our group brought a few suggestions for home improvement to the host who expressed interest for addressing promptly.

Spacious It smelled a bit odd, especially the main bedroom, unpleasant odour but attempt made to mask with air fresheners. Although clean it was a bit tatty , could do with some fresh paint, the sofas and beds weren’t very comfortable.

Preferable to come without a car and not staying for long as it’s very expensive comparing to 4 stars hotels in London.

Extra bedding requested came damp and was too damp to use. No toaster. Wobbly toilet seat. No instructions on how to use the tv so not possible to use as was too complicated.
