• John (9/5): It's hard to imagine finding a better all-around value in Milan - The location of this apartment was truly perfect for us. Somehow it feels really quiet while being really close to all of the action. It's a very easy walk to the duomo/shopping area, there's a really good supermarket nearby, and it also feels really safe. We travel a lot and have stayed in a number of apartments. This one was definitely nicer than it looked in the photos (which is probably the first time that's ever been the case), and it felt very modern and clean. It was our first time in Milan, and once we arrived here, we felt like we got lucky with this choice. If we go back, I think we would just book this place again without giving it a second thought. I wouldn't say that about most places we've stayed since we normally like to try out other areas of the city, but this location was so great that it would be an easy choice. Host was great and very helpful when needed. This is a matter of personal preference, but if the bed would have been better, this place would be absolutely perfect. We're fairly accustomed to the firmness of European beds and have come to expect it, but we prefer a memory foam mattress if that's the case. We actually slept fine on this mattress, but we would have preferred something nicer. Not a deal breaker, and it wouldn't prevent us from staying here again - it would just be the icing on the cake.
