• Cristian (7/5): - Los chavales super genial siemrpe atentos porque ya los conosco de haber reservado anteriormente y siempre atentos por si necesito algo La chica de las reservas la tal Ruth una incompetente la verdad esa señora habla mal la verdad que no me gusta su forma de ser debería de tener paciencia y habla con rabia a varias personas que esta aqui conmigo en el hostel por un fallo que tuvo en la reserva no entiendo esta señora porque no la cambian🤔

• Lou (1/5): - El alojamiento era muy sucio sobre todo las partes comunes como el baño. Nadie contesta a los menajes et nadie está en el sitio para ayudar a la llegadas. Llegué por la noche y había gente del hostel que no me dejaba entrar. Bueno si eres un guiri que toma drogas es el sitio ideal !

• Mark (1/5): Poor! - Nothing! The whole place was dirty and run down - in need of a lot of TLC in terms of routine maintenance. Check-in process was horrendously long winded and frustrating. Communications with the host were very poor with numerous messages going unanswered.

• Donatas (10/5): Special place to relax and have fun. - Great location .its a home from home. We all loved the cleaning lady and Arley maintenance guy. He made our stay very pleasant absolute legend of a guy.
• Arielle (6/5): Fine for a night, could use a bit of an interior refresh - It is a basic accommodation, quiet, and affordable. It is an unstaffed hostel, so you need to text and wait for a reply. The locker codes are never changed and the beds are extremely loud.

• Adski (10/5): - Location is Perfect, the owner and staff respond quickly to any of your needs, beautiful villa with good kitchen and dining area plenty of space and a swimming pool which i was in most days, real friendly welcoming people met some real good people and made new friends. Will be staying here again for sure.

• Gizella (10/5): :-) - Friendly people, great atmosphere, plenty of laughter It’s not a 5 * but you can still get things done (cooking, shower, sleep - I stayed in the top floor bedrooms not in the basement room!) and if we all put a little bit of TLC (tender loving care) to the place and respect each other it’s a actually a lovely place with a relaxing environment, right next to the sand dunes.

Vous faites voler dans vos portefeuille en pleine nuit, y a des gens qui rentrent voler le manger. Le code est le même de la porte d’entrée. Depuis des années des personnes viennent dormir sur le toit dans la nuit, c’est une horreur

Les lits font un fort bruit de couinement, ainsi que les portes de placards. La douche de l'étage est minuscule...

• Genevieve (1/5): Avoid like your life depends on it. - The only good thing about this place was meeting some lovely travellers also staying there on my second and last nights. When I arrived late at night, there was a strange man in my allocated bed and using my locker. As this is an unmanned property, I contacted them on WhatsApp immediately. It took over an hour for someone to arrive. Most of the time this weird guy was still wandering around the property, looking for other beds to stay in without paying. Because the sheets on my bed had been used, I stripped another bed’s sheets to replace mine as it was late. I asked the staff to replace the other bed’s sheets, which they eventually did, but communication was very difficult. I also asked for the gate code to be changed to stop this weird guy coming back in the night, and it took them a full 24 hours to change the code. I wasn’t able to sleep the first night I was so afraid that random strangers were able to come in as they liked while we were sleeping. Sure enough, In the morning, a load of food had been stolen. What was even worse, was the property manager sent me a very rude message on WhatsApp about the situation due to the difficult communicating with a staff member who spoke only Spanish. Instead of apologising for not securing the property and endangering guests, I was blamed for “making a mess of the situation” despite the fact it was late at night, I had just arrived, I was doing my best with Google translate, and I was extremely tired. The room, once empty of weird men, was like a prison cell. Bare concrete floor - not even a rug or some carpet, and bare white walls. The lockers were not secure - even when “locked” they could easily be forced open by someone so you had nowhere secure to store your passport or valuables - I ended up bringing mine with me everywhere which was not a relaxing experience. At night it was very hot because of the lack of ventilation, and the bathroom was also very small and poorly laid out - no clothes or towel hooks to hang your clothes, for example.
• Konstantinos (1/5): - Lage war gut Ein fremder mann hat in dem bett von einer bewohnerin geschlafen. Sie hatte fadt eine panikattacke deswegen. Dann am nävhdten morgen hat der housekeeper gesagt dass der fremde mann nochmal gekommen ist nachts und das ganze essen geklaut hat. Wahrscheinlich hat er noch den code gehabt und ist dann immer reingekommen. Hab mich sehr unwohl und unsicher gefühlt. Der housekeeper auch bisschen merkwürdig. War sehr schmutzig alles. Hab kaum geschlafen. Bin dann ins auto gegangen um zu schlafen. Dem mietwagen geb ich bessere bewertung als denen.

L'eloignement de la ville, les chambres pour 4 si petites, sales, les lits superposés qui font tant de bruit dès que l'on s'installe et se tourne , toilettes très sales et pas de papier toilette, aucun contact avec personne ( tout se fait par codes!). Bref minable.

• B.A.R.T. 69 (7/5): - Nemohu moc posoudit kvalitu ubytování, protože jsem na ubytování vůbec netrávil čas. Přišel jsem se vždy jen vyspat. Vše ale vypadalo, že je v pořádku. Dřevěné palandy hodně vrzali. Často spím na hostelu, ale nikdy jsem nezažil tak hlasité vrzání.

Rooms quality/price is good. Bed I reserved was occupied by someone at afternoon. When I contacted with hostel Staff, after 2 hours they replied the bed will be ready for me. I came back again to hostel and bed was occupied by another second person at evening. Finally I had no place to stay. There is no physical reception, so hostel doesn't control if someone takes your bed. - Problems with reservation and contact after check in.

• Anna (10/5): Nice hostel - My room for 4 was really big, lockers were big too and there was a huge nice wardrobe. Everything was quite new and fresh, it wasn't cold. I didn't understand, maybe, cause I was staying just for 1 night, but does locker has already assigned code? Mine was already there when I came so someone who saw it before could easily access my locker. Just didn't feel safe. Or was I supposed to change the code? Shower cabin was tiny and uncomfortable. But everything else was fine.
• Kathrin (7/5): - Mir hat gefallen, dass alles sehr unkompliziert ablief...mir wurde schnell geholfen, als ich meinen Schrank nicht mehr öffnen konnte. Das Surf House war angenehm ausgestattet...es gab eine Terasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe kein Handtuch gefunden, es sollte eigentlich auf dem Bett liegen

Sin luz en la habitación, suciedad debajo de las camas y en las paredes ...sin luz para cargar móviles, sin ventilación, todo mal un desastre, un descontrol con los huéspedes que hacen ruido hasta largas horas de la noche ! No hay respeto por los que duermen . Se roban las cosas que hay en la nevera ...

• Maria Cristina (8/5): La tranquilidad de la zona - La casa está bien, las habitaciones son peques pero tienen su taquilla,.ventana grande (al menos la mía) que la hacía luminosa. La cocina tiene horno y casi todo lo necesario para cocinar. Me gustaron las cestas y bandejas con el número de cama para evitar problemas. Piscina y hamacas. No hay ruidos por la zona y los huéspedes con los que coincidí fueron bastante respetuosos con el tema horario, ruidos. La parada del bus a Puerto del Rosario está a menos de 5, al El Cotillo a unos 7 y a la zona céntrica de Corralejo unos 15 min andando. Se echa en falta que haya un persona que controle un poco la limpieza durante el día. Vi una chica (muy agradable por cierto) en la mañana, que creo que va tres más o menos. La ducha del baño de la segunda planta es pequeña, casi no te puedes mover para ducharte, con lo cual si eres grande casi te tienes que bañar con eso abierto. No hay microondas, tampoco tienen para reciclar . Un solo cubo en la cocina para toda la casa, ya que en las habitaciones, ni en las zonas comunes hay más cubos de basura. Faltaría una limpieza a las neveras que al abrir huele un poco mal .

No había luz en la habitación, mucho desorden con la gente ,fuman dentro de la sala comedor ,no hay control de nada con esta gente ,hacen como quieren y tomando alcohol y fumando porros ... Mucho ruido después de las 12 de la noche ,nadie le puede decir nada ? No podría aconsejar a nadie de mis amistades ,menos mi familia !

• Josue (1/5): Recepción fatal y homeless viviendo allí - La ubicación La recepción súper mala, para comenzar no existe, llagamos tarde y cansados y un chico súper raro durmiendo en la que se suponía que era la mía, después la otra cama estaba sucia. Lo más raro es que después este chico es como un homeless que vive allí, en la mañana voy a la terraza a tomar un café y estaba el ahi dormido. La gente del hotel sabe que el esta ahi y no hacen nada al respecto. Y preguntando se ve que ya más de una semana estaba ahi metiéndose en camas vacías y como no hay recepción nadie dice nada. EN FIN NO REGRESO NI LO RECOMIENDO
• Miguel (1/5): Avoid this place - The only positive thing about this house is the location near the beach and the dunes. Because the inconvenience of changing hostel continuously, I decided to stay here all my holidays almost two weeks. Disgusting, dirty, unsafe, toxic, full of thieves. This shared house is basically full of people who live there permanently (mostly Italians) who works in restaurants and hotels near by. They steal the groceries that you buy from the supermarket. They are very dirty who don't want to do even the washing up after cooking so the kitchen is a mess. All the housekeepers are supporting them because they live there long term. It's an extremely toxic vibe there. The girl who manage the bookings, Ruth (I would call her Rude instead) doesn't care about anything and the owner Frank, I guess this is a kind of passive income for him. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

• Sanja (1/5): terrible! - Owners cancelled me a booked night! No return money yet for tonight no notification or cancellation of the place ? Owners +stuff, very rude, unfriendly!!! I slept accidentally in another free bed and they did not aloud me to check in today, but it’s paid ????
• Paulina (2/5): - I was very disappointed with my stay at this hostel. The room had no trash bin and there was an unpleasant smell from the moment I arrived. Guests in the room did not respect quiet hours, which made it very difficult to rest. The bathroom was also extremely inconvenient — it had the smallest shower I have ever seen, there were no hangers, and no shelves for toiletries. The shower tray was full of other people’s bottles. Staines on duvets. The bed assigned to me was broken and made loud noises with every small movement, which led to complaints from other guests, even though the problem wasn’t my fault. On top of that, someone from the room took my towel and used it as a curtain. Other guests’ wet towels were also hung on my bed. There were no curtains on the beds and no small shelf or space to store personal items. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hostel
• barnaba (2/5): Peggio non si trova - L'unica cosa positiva di questo ostello è la simpatica signora delle pulizie che viene ogni 2/3 gg a dare una sistemata al volo a tutto l'ostello. Certo che non può fare miracoli visto come è gestito. Hostel da Zero aspettative. Ne ho girati tantissimi nella mia vita, oltre ai costi superiori alla media nonostante la posizione si esterna rispetto a tutti gli altri, la totale mancanza di empatia dell' "Host" che alla minima difficoltà con un Check in online, risponde con toni saccenti e scocciati proprio mi ha colpito. Ma adesso facciamo un bell'elenco putato in modo tale che ben si sappia cosa si prenota. -Sporcizia: Pavimenti schifosi, cibo e briciole in are cuicina e salone, vengono frettolosamente scopati senza essere lavati, sotto i letti ci sono due dita di polvere ed al mio arrivo (oltre all'orario previsto per il check in), c'erano in lato al mio letto fatto, ancora carte di cosmetici. Bagni non lavati e pieni di peli e capelli. Cucina con pentole bucate che perdono, sporcizia e mancanza di pezze o altro per poter pulire un minimo anche i propri danni, quindi non si può manco dare la colpa agli ospiti. -letti scomodi e scricchiolanti, cimici dei letti presenti anche se ancora in piccola quanità. coperte e lenzuola di plastica praticamente. -spazi comuni come frigoriferi e mensole minuscoli e sporchi.Divani con strane macchie su tutta la loro area, a volte provono a coprire con dei piccoli lenzuoli. -Area piscina sporchissima, con cuscinoni esterni non lavati da un era geologica. -Ospiti terribili, forse tutti i russatori del nord europa li ho incontrati qui. Alle richieste di spostamento di camera l'host mi ha detto che sono fatti miei e che sono room condivise e quindi non ci poterva fare niente. In realtà poteva spostare in altre camere ma il fatto è che non gli interessava farlo. Allora ho chiesto il rimborso per una notte in modo tale che potessi dormire almeno lì, ma non mi ha ancora risposto ad oggi dopo 3 giorni che gli ho scritto. Ho perso in soldi, salute e tempo dietro una struttura rivcettiva totalmente disinteressata del cliente insoddisfatto.
