• Andrew (5/5): Great cabins but shared areas of the park need TLC - Cabin was fresh beat clean and water pressure in shower was great Bbq was a added bonus along with wifi in cabin made the cabin very pleasant Kangaroos are very friendly In the evening and not off put by people but funny to what them run away when 6 ducks come into land Sadly there was I few down points Only one for the cabin it was lacking extra Blankets for cold nights On to rest of the Park No washing machine/ laundry room this is not ideal with young children Games room was locked and virtually empty very disappointed as would have been great to use this space Driveway off the main road is dirt and full of potholes not idea and not easy to see in the dark

• Gonzalez (9/5): Overview - The cottage had everything we needed, it was clean and we liked how it had a lot of facilities for the kids. All in all it was lovely to stay there even if it was just for one night. The games room needed fixing.

• Abhijit (10/5): Excellent surprise from within - The Cabin number 4 was so clean from inside and beds well made very well. The swimming pool was a plus. The surroundings were so quiet and calm and looked like we stayed in the wild jungle. Amazing place!!! No internet and wifi was down. The location also is on the highway where no shops around except the fuel station shop.

My partner and I ended up splitting up for the night One sleeping in the bunk room and the other in the double bed

• Survivor (10/5): Bateman's Bay North Bush Cottages Pool Handrail.. 😊 - The Wildlife, Friendliness of the Staff & others staying at the Park The Pool doesn't have a Handrail to hold onto for Elderly or Barely Mobile People like myself due to a severe long-term leg injury. It would be good to have a Handrail in the pool as I would have loved to get in the Pool with our kids & for a bit of Therapy for my Leg Recovery, on a stinking hot day but unfortunately couldn't due to no handrail.. Hubby did Suggest it to the Manager & she was happy with the suggestion 🙂
• Mohsen (10/5): A Great Place to Stay - There was tidy and clean. The cottage was well-built. The google maps didn't show the correct route to the entrance. Also, the speed bumps in the area were not standard and danaged our car.

• Reid (2/5): Lack of information and support and understanding of our challenges. - The apartment was clean. There was a sign outside the apartment that said we needed to boil the drinking water. The description said there would be a washer. The area with washers at the park smelled moldy and the washer didn’t work. I lost 3 dollars in coins trying to make it work. The pool view was of a sign that said we couldn’t brush our teeth with the water. The pol was closed and locked for 60 percent of our trip. The WiFi also didn’t work. Over all I don’t feel that the room reflected the 1400 dollars that we spent for 3 nights.
• Petra (7/5): Nice accomodation however low value for money - Very nice cabin, clean, perfect amenities, spacious for 3 people, kangaroos as a bonus ;-) Wi-fi did not work at all, we have not met anybody (not personal), quite expensive given the location
• Saul (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfy, great staff very helpful, easy to find. The bed was super- comfortable, but the sofa wasn't. I enjoyed having no wifi or mobile, great to disconnect for a little while. Aircon was nice and frosty on a hot day. World's least comfortable sofa.
• Jordan (1/5): Was the only option for 1 night, short notice. Won’t be staying again. Spoke to neighbour who also checked in at the sam - Property was tidy. Wasn’t easy to locate, streaming options didn’t work. No phone service through any company (Telstra, Optus and vodafone) even tho it’s advertised as no wifi, inside cabin states that there was starlink available (which was not) Although the large sliding doors are practical, doesn’t offer much privacy. Pool being right across from cabin (as advertised) but guests/renters were still drinking and swimming at 11.30pm which could be heard inside cabin. Boom gate was left open for anyone to come and go which they did.

• Faiqa (4/5): Would not return - The unit was newly renovated and clean. No internet even though it was advertised and noise from midnight till 6:30am in the morning from the cabin next door. Possibly a couple fighting and yelling at each other and banging on the Walls. Boom gate was open and cars kept coming in and going out throughout the night from the cabin next to us.

• Lyndal (10/5): Excellent cabin in a convenient location. - The cabin is very new looking, very clean and the shower is absolutely awesome. Cabin seems spacious compared to our other stays in similar style cabins. We organised for a late check in and were able to gain access quite easily to the cabin and through the boom gate. The wifi access looked promising and our mobile phones picked up the starlink wifi link but then we couldn't actually gain access to wifi as the message said wifi access is unavailable. We tried multiple times to access wifi but it wouldn't link properly. The location didn't seem to have mobile coverage so we were without any internet.

• Bikash (6/5): It was an ok stay. Please read twice on the things that I didn’t like. - I liked the cleanliness of the cottage. The bbq spot was dirty as and the machine was filthy. We had to do extreme deep clean before using it and even though, we felt it was dirty. So we went to woolworths, grabbed aluminium foil and cooked on it. Also, it would be value for money if there was some arrangement for safe bonfire at night.

The only thing that was disappointing was there was no mobile phone service and no wifi available at the property. We weren’t made aware of this upon booking.

• Vanessa (6/5): Pleasant - Inexpensive place to stay for a night. It was difficult to find. Check in after 6:00 is a key in a drop box. We never met the staff. The neighbors (off property) were having a party late into the night.

No phone cell signal at all !! I couldn’t believe here is mainland Australia My phone show SOS whole during stay Btw If you like private and away from socials you might love this place. But for me I need do some online work Overall is excellent except wifi and phone signal No wifi facilities No phone cell signal at all !! Weekend very expensive
