• Gabby (2/5): Asked to check in early on App was confirmed as yes arrived and then told no - Location was close to train station Couldve had some milk for coffee, coffee international roast :( Noisy Bedroom light, blinds broken Bed and Pillows uncomfortable Cupboards dirty

• Lisa (8/5): Good value in good transport location. Pleasantly surprised. - Very happy with property. Location good being 15mins walk to train in one direction, and plenty of eateries and Aldi 15mins the other direction. Pleased with cleanliness. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, kitchen and laundry perfect for us. Convenience store / coffee opening next week on corner will be great. Hot water and showers good. Well appointed kitchen. Best value for our requirements, in location I wanted, so would be more than happy to book again. Smoke alarms activated a couple of times for no reason. Turned A/C off when going out but was back on upon return. Could not sort out if it was a timer issue. No tea towel. Basic furniture but suited us fine. No starter tea, coffee, sugar but not an issue. No reception to collect key, only communication was to collect from locked letterbox.

• Kim (7/5): Overall a good stay, just minor upgrades on cleanliness and tech would make us come back for sure - It was spacious. Kitchen was nice. Aircon in living area and 1 bedroom. Water pressure and temp were good. Cockroaches in the apartment…. Sofa bed needs a deep clean along with their pillows. Bedroom decor looks old and again not clean. TV is in desperate need of an upgrade.

• Sarah (8/5): Spacious Apartment ideal for Couples with Children - Spacious property with everything at your finger tips. It is well kept with sleek appeal. The two big bathrooms making it easier with kids. Convenient locations with a small shopping complex and bars within walking distance of property. The main room was a little noisy making it hard to get a good night sleep. Although given the location it is understandable. There could be more additional pillows and we were lacking a towel.
• Wu (7/5): not bad but there is plenty of room for improvement. - close to the train station, private parking The overall cleanliness is acceptable, but the dryer is very dirty. The bathroom light works intermittently. The pillows are old and uncomfortable. The dining chairs are wobbly..The accommodation is located next to a busy road, so it’s too noisy to open the windows.

• Ashlee (7/5): Good - I loved the place and best beds I’ve slept on I had the best sleep and great water pressure shower and good size place for 3 people clean floors great wifi also amazing aircon The second day I stayed there their was cockroach’s on the kitchen bench and the lounge me and family kept being uncomfortable on the lounge due to the cushions are thin and it slides off

• Kyla (10/5): Exceptional - everything was organized when we got there and the host was very accommodating and very responsive to our inquiries. it’s a little far from the station around 15mins walk. so if you’re a tourist, the walk might be a little tiring after a long day. still, it was a nice and comfortable stay.
