• Heli (9/5): Soovitan. - Asukoht oli hea. Korter oli puhas ja korras. Köögis ja vannitoas vajalikud vahendid olemas. Võtmete asukoha kohta peaks olema selgem kirjeldus või pilt. Pidi otsima. Antud võti ei teinud lahti välisust. Välisuksel oli hoopis koodlukk, mille kohta oleks soovinud eelnevalt infot.

• Matyushina (9/5): - Kõik oli väga mugav ja hästi läbi mõeldud külaliste jaoks. Korteris oli olemas kõik vajalik ning viibimine oli väga komfortne. Tunda oli, et külaliste heaolu peale on tõesti mõeldud!!! Väike miinus on see, et tee asub üsna lähedal, mistõttu võib aeg-ajalt olla veidi müra. Samas on hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe suurepärane.

• Sirui (10/5): Book this place you won't regret. - The owner Olivia is very nice and easy to communicate. I had a bit issue opening the door and she provided instruction help me open it immediately, also when I mentioned it is cold inside the apartment she arranged additional heater in an hour. Cannot thank her more. Tartu is definitely cold in this season. Place is nice clean and well maintained. Though not quite the city centre but with easy access to bus. A new/smooth lock will make the place 11/10.

We were there during the cold season, and the floor felt a bit cold, but there are carpets, and overall it was good.

• Brita (9/5): - The apartment was very well equipped and it was easy to find. The host was very friendly and answered questions fast. Quite a lot of noise from traffic.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - A well-equipped and spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy and hassle-free, and the location was perfect – just a short walk to the city center. especially appreciated the possibility to stay with our dog – that made a big difference for us. Highly recommend!
• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - Good apartment in a good place. It is cosy and quite comfortable. There are 2 supermarkets close to the building. It takes only 10-15 minutes walk to the center. There was missing an air conditioner. Probably there is no heat in Tartu, but considering a very busy road outside there were no ways to open the windows in the nights.
• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - Olivia furnished the apartment with care and love. Everything is there down to the smallest details. The bed is extra comfy, the sofa is great and can be made into a comfy bed as well. Despite the apartment proximity to the street, it is super quiet as well and I am an extra light sleeper. There is even a french press for coffee. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Probably one of the best apartment I stayed at. The communication with Olivia is easy as is the check-in. Nothing.

• Samija (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. Very close to the old town. The flat was very clean and well taken care of. The flat is located on an intersection of two major roads, which was regrettably quite noisy. Since it is quite hot, sleeping with the windows closed was quite uncomfortable. I suggest staying there for a maximum of 2 people, because the sofa is small and uncomfortable. The kitchen can also accommodate 2 people only.
• Mykyta (10/5): The most lovely stay one could imagine - The flat is big, light, and super clean. The host is very attentive to every detail. It was shocking how much attention was paid to this flat by the host. One particular thing that caught our attention is the availability of different household accessories such as washing machine bags, lots of washing machine capsules, a dozen toilette papers, and even women's hygiene products (!). Decorations are another pleasant thing: there were many different electric candles, aroma sticks, etc. If I were to rent a flat for 2-4 people in Tartu again, this would undoubtedly be my choice. Everything was perfect about the flat. Perhaps one could say that the road near it is too loud, but it's not that critical.

• Reti (10/5): A very cozy stay for a couple or a single person! - A very nice and cozy place! I highly suggest it. The location is close to the city (10 minute walk at most). The owner was very polite and helped out whenever there was a problem. The answers came fast and there was no issue during my stay.
