Jimmy was always quick to answer my endless questions. Perfect location... An electric plug in space heater would be an excellent addition..don't need to get anything expensive but if they got a basic little space heater that would he wonderful The shower was not hot or even warm and since Pappallacta is so high in elevation it is a bit cool and I would have loved to have a warm shower. Perhaps they could install a good on demand hot water shower machine...
• Best (9/5): Nice place to visit Papallacta, close to restaurants and hot springs. - The view of waterfalls, the fireplace, the spring water.
• Henrietta (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, simple but very comfortable. Good value for the money. The small room has no window but it was not a big deal.
• Slavomir (5/5): It had not met our expectations for the price we paid for it - This place is located directly in the village so it's easily accessible if you arrive by bus. The kitchen was nice a clean. The bathroom has a large bathtub but we didn't use it since it was very cold in there. The living room was very spacious. When we entered this property there was a strong musty smell, which was likely caused by a lack of ventilation. Property instructions say to close all windows upon check out so if it remains unoccupied for some time the musty smell will take over the entire place. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom or anywhere on the property and since we checked in late in the evening we couldn't buy it in the village as all shops were already closed. The fireplace is nice but you need to open a window so the fire gets air draft. Otherwise, all smoke from the fire will go into your living room instead of the chimney. It was 4'C outside so while got some warmth from the fireplace we lost it via the open window. We have found the mattress in the master bedroom very uncomfortable due to sagging. The mattresses in the second bedroom bunk bed are in much better shape. The access path and road in front of the main entry is covered with some algae and is extremely slippery. Be careful when trying to get in when it's wet.
