- Phil (10/5): - Everything advised is offered. Great view of The pyramids and this was the key reason for booking. The room was comfortable and a decent size considering we had two adults and two children. Breakfast and pool was not a highlight of this stay. GPS directions listed on this site had our driver drop us off at the wrong hotel around the corner.

- Fabien (1/5): Ne recommande oas - Rien Expérience très décevante. À notre arrivée vers 20 h, l’hôtel était vide, personne ne nous attendait et aucun membre du personnel ne parlait anglais ni français. On m’a demandé de payer en liquide et tenté de me faire payer le double du prix, sous prétexte qu’il fallait deux chambres pour quatre personnes alors que j’avais réservé une chambre quadruple. Les photos et la description sur Booking sont trompeuses : Pas de piscine, alors qu’elle était annoncée. Petit-déjeuner inclus mais jamais servi : le matin, personne n’était en cuisine, nous avons dû réveiller le personnel qui nous a juste dit de nous plaindre au patron. Nous avons dû partir sans manger car nous avions une excursion prévue. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Mauvaise organisation, absence totale de professionnalisme et publicité mensongère.
- Johan (7/5): - - La gentillesse du personnel - La piscine - Le rooftop - Trouver l'hôtel : le nom indiqué sur Booking n'est pas le nom qu'on trouve dans la rue - cherchez "Jewel", c'est ici ! - Le quartier : en réalité, on n'est près de rien. Comme précisé dans d'autres commentaires, il n'y a aucun restaurant aux alentours accessible à pied, ce qui nous rend dépendants : on se retrouve vite à devoir commander à l'hôtel, qui se fait livrer par un restaurant (c'est donc assez cher comparativement aux prix pratiqués dans le pays). Une épicerie de dépannage existe dans la rue, pour l'eau notamment, mais c'est tout. Enfin, il est indiqué qu'il est proche du GEM : c'est vrai... à vol d'oiseau ! Mais il faut savoir qu'il est séparé de celui-ci par une 4 voies, dangereuse à traverser.

- Tamás (9/5): We came to see the Piramyds and play Kemet at the same time, it was a good experience. - The hotel was very clean. Our room had a nice balcony viewing the Piramyds. The top floor terrace was very nice. We spent most of our time in the hotel there playing boardgames. Staff was very helpful, they even had washing and ironing service we fund very useful. Unfortunately the pool was empty. We would love if it worked.

Breakfast on the roof terrace looking over to the pyramids was a wonderful experience. I am a light sleeper, and there quite a bit of noise through the night, but it wouldn't stop me from coming back.

Perfect cleanliness, perfect comfort, beautiful views and most importantly, the staff is very warm and attentive.As a single girl, I felt like a member of the family. They took care to create maximum comfort for me, and also offered me a driver and a guide. Driver's car perfectly clean and tidy and professional driver. Punctuality is definitely worth noting, in which they are also perfect. Each employee always has a smiling face and a friendly atmosphere. I was very sad when I left. This is one big warm, caring family. I will definitely visit in the future. I think the funds are perfect. affordable for everyone! as a student, I was able to use all the offers and activities. They kept me safe even when I used the elevator to move between floors. Many thanks to each employee of the team!! This hotel is perfect for both solo travelers and families.

- Daniel (10/5): WONDERFUL - I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. I liked very much. The rooms are great. Hot shower works very well, bed is comfortable, air conditioning works very well too. The view of the pyramids is sensational, both from the room and from the rooftop. And my highlight goes to the team. Everyone is very attentive. Youssef was the one I had the most contact with and he is very kind and helpful.

- Ibrahim (10/5): Fabulous hotel , deserves 7 stars - The room is really nice and cosy and it was found as described on the website. The staff are highly friendly and everything is on-spot. The view from the room is really fascinating and stunning. It is so quiet place,clean organised and everything is in the room working efficiently. The shower room is super amazing , so having a shower is enjoyable. I strongly recommend such a wonderful place which is nearby the pyramids with a great sleep and sit and enjoying the sightseeing over there. all good.
