• Jean (10/5): A very comfortable apartment in a great location for experiencing Athens City. - The apartment was in a very good location with easy access to the main tourist sites. It was spotlessly clean, modern, the beds were comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The balcony was bigger than expected and it was lovely to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was very kind and helped make special arrangements for rooftop drinks to celebrate my son’s 30th Birthday. Thank you.

Wygodne łózka, dobra lokalizacja nieprzyjemny zapach pojawiający się co jakiś czas w łazience z kanalizacji. Przydały by się drugie drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej ponieważ woda zalewa łazienkę.

• Medalin (10/5): Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! - We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, right in the center of Athens and extremely central, with everything just a few steps away—restaurants, cafes, shops, and public transportation. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is very comfortable, brand new, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay, always available and happy to help with anything we needed.

• Daniela (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in optimaler Lage - Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage im lebendigen Viertel Koukaki. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleines Café und ein Supermarkt. Zudem findet man viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants fussläufig. Unsere Favoriten waren Hippy Hippo zum Frühstück und die Onos Taverna zum Abendessen. Mit der Metro und den Trolleybussen kommt man überall sehr gut hin. Die Einrichtung des Apartments hat uns gut gefallen. Wenn man möchte, kann man auch vor Ort selber kochen. Es ist alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Es fehlte ein Geschirr Handtuch und die Duschvorrichtung könnte erneuert werden, da die Regendusche nicht funktioniert hat und sich der Duschkopf nicht feststellen ließ.

Сама квартира хорошая, ну руководство должно быть более клиентоориентированность и не пугать клиентов штрафами за все с порога
• Mel (9/5): Phenomenal location and incredible host - perfect stay when travelling to Athens! - The property was in the perfect location - great little supermarket opposite, endless coffee shops (with the best coffee) and great spots for food and drinks. Instructions to get in were easy to follow which was perfect given we were landing a little late. The living area was very comfortable - sofa was big enough for 2 adults and a child and was insanely comfy! Kitchen was great, the only thing missing was perhaps a toaster but other than that it served its purpose. Bedrooms were lovely and opened out onto a balcony which was bigger than I expected. 2 comfortable seats and a little table for enjoying your morning coffee. Appreciate its personal preference but we could have done with a few extra pillows for the bed but we worked around this. Dressing table in each room was ideal and there was ample storage for unpacking. We noticed on the morning after arriving we only had 1 coffee cup, we messaged the owners to see if there was access to any more and they went above and beyond to have them delivered asap. And not only that, they were incredibly kind in offering us complimentary drinks at a stunning nearby hotel as an apology. Their response times and helpfulness was perfect and would definitely book again with them - 10/10 hosts. As mentioned above, having a toaster would be handy - especially when travelling with children. The bread at the supermarket was delicious so would have been nice to have this toasted in the morning with our coffee (absolute preference and not a criticism at all of the facilities). A few extra pillows on each bed would have been nice but thankfully my partner and his daughter weren’t fussy and I was able to steal her 2nd one. Maybe another suggestion, to have a couple of tea towels instead of one in the kitchen.

• Monica (10/5): This was the perfect apartment for our family of four, and probably the best we ever stayed in by a privat host. - It was stylish, clean, cool, comfortable and in a perfect location. We absolutely loved the little balcony. The neighborhood was exciting with nice restaurants, shops, an amazing bakery just across the street, still within a short walk from Acropolis. The only thing was that the water cistern of the toilet didn’t really fill up so it was a little bit hard to flush.
• Dirk (10/5): - The appartement is in a very good location, within walking distance from the Acropolis (10-15min). Everything needed is very close, bakery, supermarket, restaurants. The interior is very clean, equipped with everything needed and very well suited for a family spending a few days in Athens. The balcony is also nice.The only thing which could be impoved is the communication, which scatters the necessary information over several rather long messages and makes the check-in a little complicated.

• Derek (1/5): Manipulative. Dishonest. Cohesive. Avoid - Nothing. Chic Athens engages in manipulative and dishonest practices that make them unfit for Booking.com. After my full payment, staff refused access until I signed new commercial terms emailed at the last minute. They then deliberately delayed issuing keys, falsely claiming they had not received passport copies, despite my sending them multiple times to their personal email. These coercive tactics created unnecessary stress and were clearly designed to pressure and control guests. This is extortion, not hospitality. Chic Athens is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and should be removed from Booking.com immediately to protect future travelers from similar treatment.

• Saige (9/5): Wonderful experience! - When we arrived there was some trouble with our check in due to keys being missing, the host responded very quickly and put us up in another location very near by. It was very nice, spacious and well styled. The host was SUPER accommodating, and because of the issue with check in, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic, including getting us a rooftop reservation that overlooked the acropolis, it was lovely.

Everything is new, the place was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of space for our clothes and the suitcases. There are two very well functioning air conditioning that were very helpful for the summer hot day. The appartment is close to a lively area with nice places for brunch, coffee and restraurants etc. It is also close to metro and at a walking distace from the Acropolis. It is highly recommeded and we would choose again for our stay in Athens.

• Victor (10/5): Maravilloso apartamento - Apartamento maravilloso en una zona estupenda y segura. Supermercado justo enfrente. Multitud de servicios (panadería, cafeterías…) en la zona. Las dos habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Todo reformado y nuevo. Cocina completa. Camas increíblemente cómodas. Muy limpio. Anfitrión muy amable. A cinco minutos a pie de la acrópolis y del barrio de plaka.

• Harald (10/5): Comfortable and convenient to everything around the shopping and acropolis area. - Very good location about 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes or less from the Acropolis. Beds were excellent! A/C cold. We were comfortable all five. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Very responsive host. Would stay here again. Minor little nothing would be the tiny little 2 person elevator. No big deal.

• Veronique (10/5): Perfect - o.a. ideale locatie - Perfecte ligging: op loopafstand van de Akropolis en andere topattracties. Het metrostation Syngrou Fix is ook vlakbij. Supermarkt is aan de overkant en er is voldoende horeca in de buurt (tip: 180 West heeft een leuk dakterras en prima en betaalbaar eten, waaronder hamburgers). Perfect schoon. Uitstekende communicatie met en service van de host.
