• ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΣ (10/5): - Πολύ ωραίος ο εσωτερικός χώρος του σπιτιού και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι πραγματικά μαγευτική. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού αρκετά ικανοποιητική δεδομένου του ότι υπάρχει το πάρκο Σταύρος Νιαρχος απέναντι από το κατάλυμα καθώς επίσης και για το ότι είναι πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικούς δρόμους.

• DIMITRIOS (1/5): Πολύ κακή εμπειρία. Κατώτερο των προσδοκιών. - - Η καθαριότητα Δυστυχώς η παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη. Εκτός από την πλημμελή καθαριότητα, το βουλωμένο σιφωνι της ντουζιέρας, τα μη τακτοποιημένα κλινοσκεπασματα υπάρχει και ένα τραπέζι σαλονιού με συρτάρια, τα οποία δεν έχουν μπει στη διαδικασία να ανοίξουν. Ευτυχώς δεν το έκαναν τα παιδιά μου. Ποιος ξέρει αν μας έχουν εκθέσει σε υγειονομικό κίνδυνο, καθώς είχε ανοιγμένα προφυλακτικά μέσα στα συρτάρια...

• Faye (2/5): - Near to transport links into Athens and walking distance to conference centre. Nice views from balcony. 1. Putrid smell from bathroom: on the 2nd day a plumber attended which took the smell from a 10/10 awful to a 5. This then got progressively worse again as the week went on. For two days the bathroom was completely unusable. 2. The apartment is surface level clean but there is dust everywhere, the floors were grainy and there was visible stains on almost everything (see pictures). Everything needs taking out and deep cleaning. 3. The apartment is incredibly worn. The floor is pulling up, the seals on the doors don't work, there are holes in the bug mesh and none in the bathroom, the door handle came off the bathroom door, the wallpaper is peeling and the plaster puckering. 4. The shower has no holder, curtain and improper drainage (see picture). 5. Despite not using the kitchen to do anything but fil water bottles, there were ants on the counters on the second day of our stay. 6. The apartment is incredibly noisy as it is next to a main road. Even with the doors and windows closed there is noise late into the night. I don't think ive ever left a bad review on here before, but I do not recommend booking here.
• EVANGELOS (10/5): - Ήσυχο και καθαρό κατάλυμα, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και υπέροχη θέα.
• Vasiliki (7/5): Great view!! Could be cleane - The view was spectacular and the space was comfortable. The room wasn't clean, most if not all kitchen cupboards weren't clean and the handles were sticky. I was refused earlier check in times for cleaning purposes yet the standards promised weren't met. The WiFi wasn't working well either.
• Oliver (9/5): - Nadherný výhľad, útulné ubytovanie, mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali, personál nam poskytol všetky informácie a komunikoval veľmi príjemne. V pomere ceny a kvality to bolo adekvátne. Wifi nešla skoro vôbec, riady boli špinavé.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt :) - Apartament ma piękny duży taras z widokiem na miasto i morze. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i wykwaterowanie. Spokojna okolica, blisko sklep i przystanek komunikacji miejskiej. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Wi fi w pokoju bardzo słabo działało, brak niektórych sprzętów kuchennych (noże, kubki, patelnia). Należałoby zwrócić większą uwagę na dokładne doczyszczenie niektórych powierzchni.

• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - Super-kind and helpful host. We had lunch on the balcony several times, the view is breathtaking. Panoramic windows make you feel that you are on the top of the city. The bed is comfortable for two average height persons. For us it was just perfect. Bed sheets are fresh and clean. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Here you can make all kinds of coffee: geyser, french-press, capsule, greek-turkish :) The apartments are in the nice local building in a good location. We had breakfast in the Canal cafe (10 minute walk). Main streets and public transport are in 5-10 minutes. I would add an electric kettle to the kitchen facilities.
• Sabine (8/5): Very good - The balcony and the view are great and the bed is very comfortable. You live in a central location in Athens and are very well connected to public transport. The interior is getting on in years. It was very loud both at night and in the morning. The shower niche is not for tall people.

• Berrak (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect for organizations in Stavros Niarchos Foundation or Eugenides Foundation. Transportation from airport is easy with bus (x96). Check in was very easy. Close to Athens Riviera, and the scene from the balcony is very good. The furniture is a bit old but this is not a problem.

• Rostand (8/5): We enjoy our stay in this 9th floor appartment with a great potential. The location is excellent. - The location is excellent. The Manager is very kind and available. Some accessories wherent well fixed in the badroom. The panoramic glasses where not well cleaned.

• Theodore (9/5): Superb - Pros: As one can easily see from the photos, the location and the view from the terrace are exceptional! The room also provides all the basics wrt facilities or cleanliness, but not much more than that. I would definitely recommend it for a couple, but also a family can have a pleasant stay as well. Neutral: We received a text message by a polite gentleman who explained where we can find the keys, and another text at the end of the stay when we plan to leave. Although we stayed for 5 days with small children during a serious heat wave, there was no contact if we needed anything. I feel I need to point out the contrast with the host of our next stay the following week, who made all efforts to assist our family during such extraordinary weather conditions. Cons: The bathroom seemed a bit neglected. It was clean alright, but the toilet seat was broken and some stuff from the cleaning service were stored randomly inside.
• Evajda (10/5): Super flat with breathtaking views - Beautiful flat, with breathtaking view and nice interior. Very kind and helpful host,who left some chocolate and water at the table -which proved lifesaving regarded my extremely busy schedule.😁 Few minutes walks from the conference center. Would return anytime! I was alone,so the double bed was very comfortable,but for two tall persons might be a bit narrow.(There were 2 couches as well in the room)
