Всё уже очень потрёпаное, окна не закрываются, в душе пахнет канализацией, мебель вся разваливается. Чек аут в 12 дня, с 10 утра каждую минуту включается сигнал о том, что пора собираться. Жутко бесило, отключили электричество. Переночевать одну ночь для особо не прихотливых людей сойдёт в целом.

• Nikolay Papenkov (4/5): Unpleasant, even for 1 night - Straight access to airport (Daxing airport express), big bed, they accept Visa cards, there are european electricity socket (type C/F). I suppose pictures were taken 10 years ago or so - they don't correspond to reality at all. It was unpleasant to stay there. Also there is no window, curtains hide the wall... the walls are paper thin - you will hear every word and movement outside of your room. There is no water curtain in the shower, if you decide to take a shower you will flood the whole toilet room.

• Jana (2/5): Be cautious - serious cleanliness issues - The front desk staff were very friendly and did their best to assist us, using gestures and lots of effort to communicate. However, for international guests, we recommend having a translation app handy, as English is not spoken. Their willingness to help made up for the language barrier. Unfortunately, the room looked nothing like the pictures shown online. The walls were black, the bathroom was full of mold, and there were hairs left from the previous guests. The smell in the room was — without exaggeration — unbearable. The drain had a very strong and unpleasant odor. While these things can happen and are sometimes forgivable, the room had no window, so ventilation was impossible (we understand this was due to the room category). What really frustrated us, however, was that even after raising the issue again, nothing was done about it — and we were forced to spend a second night in the same room. Completely unacceptable. Be cautious when booking.

Las habitaciones estan super sucias (las paredes, los suelos...). Lo que enseñan no es para nada lo que te venden. Además de que NO SON CAMAS DOBLES porque no entran 2 personas ni de coña, no tienen cosas de más. Pedimos una almohada adicional (después de que uno de nosotros durmiese en una cama plegable debido al tamaño de las camas) y nos ofrecieron unas toallas con una funda de almohada. Pésima experiencia.

Очень грязно, в номере нас встретили тараканы, пришлось отказаться от заселения, были просто в шоке, сотрудники на тараканов вообще никак не отреагировали, видимо в порядке вещей. Это был кошмар. Приехали поздно, поэтому срочно пришлось искать жилье ночью Грязь, тараканы, обман - фото номеров не соответствуют аккаунту. И их как выяснилось два на букинге.

Можно оставить багаж (очень удобно если поздний вылет). Отель старый, холодильника нет, лифта нет, хотя там всего два этажа, но лестницы высокие и если багаж тяжёлый, то это проблема.

• ANTON (3/5): Очень не комфортно! Но расположение хорошее. - Понравилось расположение, очень удобно добираться с аэропорта Daxing. Рядом с метро. Очень сложно найти отель, название отеля на китайском языке и нет не единого слова похожего на название указанное на Букинге. Номера грязные. Кондиционер постоянно капал. Телевизор не работал и очень воняло в общем коридоре от ковролина.
• Valerie (6/5): My home away from home - The staff was extremely friendly; excellent customer service. They were very helpful especially with the language barriers. Also, I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is located directly across the street from the subway and there is a grocery store adjacent to the subway entrance. They sold the best fruit! Next door to the hotel are three great restaurants! I tried all three of them. There is also a snack store in between all those restaurants. And if you'd care to take up martial arts, there was a martial arts school there. I didn't check that out but you could if you wanted to! There's an excellent hair salon to the left of the hotel across the street. It's written by men and they do an excellent job on your hair. . I always got my hair washed and blow dried there. Also down the street from the beauty shop was a place where you get a really good foot massage and a back massage. That was really great! Then on the right hand side of the hotel, across the street is a laundry service. I took my laundry there to be done at a very good price. There were other spas that one could get beauty treatments also on that same street.. There are parks down the street where you can exercise. It was a great place. I really liked it. It was centralized. I would have stayed there longer but it cost a little bit too much money for me at the time. I didn't like the fact that one had to pay extra for a window and a wardrobe. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I'm used to when you rent a hotel room that you automatically have a window and a closet and if not a closet, a wardrobe at no extra charge. Also there's no elevator so if you have bags ask for the ground floor.

Also location was great, there were lots of markets and restaurants and it was quiet over there Room was smoked over a bit, but that wasn’t a problem. It was gone by the end of the day

From the hotel, direct Metro line from/to Daxing Airport, 45-50 min. Excellent for what we needed. You can pay with Visa at the reception, BUT all the shops nearby don't accept it (only WeChat and Alipay).

We then got offered rooms at cosy home hotel their sister hotel where we were charged double the amount where we had no choice as it was so late. We got ripped off. We then decided all we needed was sleep and stayed at the alternative hotel which was an equal disaster....nothing like photos. All of it...terrible experience.

The staff is helpful and nice, however nobody speaks English without local google-translator. I'd like to have breakfast, but the hotel doesn't provide it at all, even for extra price.
• Gwen (6/5): Pleasant - + Close to the subway + very comfortable bed + kind staff + 2 bottles of water (daily) - No window - Linen were washed, but had some small stains because they are old and often used. - Staff did not speak English (and I doubt any other language that’s noted on booking)

• Mariz (10/5): Good value for your money. Hotel name is not searchable, you should use Caoqiao Hotel instead. - Room price is affordable and the staff are all nice and friendly. There is no elevator.
