• Felipe Eduardo (10/5): Estancia acogedora, limpia y cercana - Nos recibió con fruta, bebidas y café para nuestra estancia, y el apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado, el personal que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos encontrábamos a 3 minutos de la parada de bus que nos llevaba a cualquier lugar.
• Giuseppina (5/5): - Posizione ottima vicino a molti locali dove poter mangiare a poco prezzo Zona ben servita da mezzi pubblici Appartamento vicino alla stazione L'appartamento era proprio sulla strada Si faceva fatica a dormire per tutti i rumori esterni. Dentro casa c'era un odore di chiuso e probabilmente della polvere e muffabperché mia figlia all'interno aveva allergia con starnuti e naso chiuso..solo li dentro. Era quasi impossibile aprire le finestre per il caos e senza zanzariere. Bagno cieco.

La disponibilità della signora che gestisce la struttura. Gradevole il welcome kit con frutta e bibite Posizione abbastanza comoda a 10 Min a piedi dalla stazione Termini Essendo al piano terra bisogna curare di più l'insonorizzazione perché di notte, vari schiamazzi notturni interrompono il sonno perché sembra che siano " dentro casa". Sarebbe necessario installare degli infissi più isolanti. La pulizia dovrebbe essere più accurata.La signora che segue l'host è stata corretta e gentile nell' effettuare un' ulteriore pulizia. Il bagno cieco ha un sistema di areazione insufficiente e si forma della condensa nonostante uno tenga la porta aperta. Sarebbe pratico avere in dotazione una scopa e paletta oltre all' aspirapolvere per pulire. I Materassi sono forse un po' troppo morbidi ,per i miei gusti personali, e non sorreggono molto il corpo.

• Fátima (7/5): Bajo turístico para dormir con tapones - Es un mini-apartamento muy completo. Tiene cocina, aire acondicionado, cama grande etc. En la zona hay tiendas, restaurantes y paradas de bus cercanas. Es un bajo en un barrio “universitario”. Cuando llegamos vimos que habían tapones para los oídos y por la noche entendí el por qué. En las calles contiguas hay muchos bares de estudiantes o gente joven y de madrugada hay bastante escándalo. Un día hubo una pelea en la calle que daba a la habitación y se oída todo, incluso con los tapones. La limpieza general estaba bien, en el baño las juntas de la ducha no estaban tan limpias como me hubiera gustado y había moho. Relación calidad-precio: €€

• Jossiah (10/5): Great spot for a weekend in Rome - Everything was great, they messaged asking for a time and had someone there waiting with the keys for when we arrived. Great service and was really easy. At the end of the road there was a couple of bakeries and not too far to walk to the train station.

• Nikolaos (8/5): Brand new and clean apartment in the ground floor - Everything was sound . The apartment was new , clean and equipped. Very good communication with the owner as well. The only negative was the fact that the apartment is in the ground floor and was very noising overnight as people were sitting around the windows and chatting loud so disturbing our sleep quite few times. Distance from Termini 20min walking.
