Peter (10/5): Cordoba is beautiful and Damien’s place was perfectly placed for exploring in the heart of the old town - Very comfortable, bed super comfy and great linen,was a quiet little street but perfect location Damien great communicator , and provided somewhere to leave our backpacks before moving on also booking us a taxi to take us to the train station.

Corinne (6/5): Close to Cordoba’s best - This is a clean property in a great location with comfortable beds, good shower and a kind host. Close to patios and many tourist sights. Good restaurants nearby. A number of the apartments (including ours — No. 1) are below street level so inevitably a bit dark etc. They have done their best to fix this with a bright, white renovation, but you still have to come through a damp stairwell with icy aircon blasting to remove moisture. Once inside it is more pleasant but upper apartments would definitely be nicer. We also had an issue with a loose bedside light fitting, which the host has said they will fix for future guests. Oh and it is in the old town so taxis have to drop you about 200m away (did not bother us but might be an issue for some).

Unkomplizierte Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank ist eine nette Geste. Kein Kritikpunkt von uns, aber einem sollte bewusst sein, dass man die Straße hört (Kopfsteinpflaster). Eine Spülmaschine und etwas hochwertigere Pflegeprodukte würde das Ganze schön abrunden.

It is close to all the action, but in a quiet location. Walkable to the train station and everything else we wanted to see. Very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Vasileios (10/5): Comfortable and clean apartment very close to a public parking. - A 7 min walk from the public parking spot was the reason we chose this establishment ( super important as in the old city parking can be a nightmare!) Even if you have big luggage it doesn’t seem like a problem to walk to the apt. Super central, location was super. We booked the one with the small balcony. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It’s on the first floor so no need for an elevator. After ten days in the south of Spain we changed 4 apts but that was the ONLY one who had a few coffee pods and a big bottle of water waiting for us. It’s not about the money it’s the gesture that counts. Highly recommended. Nothing. Everything was as expected.

Peter (10/5): - Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in perfekter Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der kleine Balkon war ein Highlight. Der Check-in lief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Nichts – alles war hervorragend 👍
Dylan (5/5): Overpriced and noisy - The area was close to squares and the market and the bed was comfortable enough. There is no sign out the front with the name, the kitchen was very basic, it was very noisy all night, it felt impersonal, it was expensive and the layout of the lounge and bedroom seemed a bit unusual with small bathroom and kitchen off the hallway.

Nancy (7/5): It was a pleasant stay in a lovely neighborhood. - The location was excellent and close to everything in Cordoba. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. We were offered an efficiency apartment in the basement that was dark, damp, cold and depressing. It was not as described in the booking. It was not suitable for a 3 night stay. Fortunately, the manager let us stay in apartment 2, which was good.

Perez (9/5): Super genial 💕 - Me encantó prácticamente todo, la bañera de hidromasaje es una maravilla, super amplia. Una tele genial para ver películas, la ubicación que está increíble. Es bastante más grande de lo que parece en fotos. Las almohadas muy duras para mí gusto, dormí los 3 días con los cojines del sofá jajajajaja y me hubiese faltado en este apartamento en concreto una mesa de altura normal con sillas en vez de alta con taburetes, entiendo que está hecho así por el espacio pero para comer yo que soy bajita no me encanta, lo demás una maravilla ❤️

El propietario muy amable. Estuvimos en el puente de diciembre y sin duda volveremos a repetir. Nada. Nos gustó todo

Gabrielagarp (10/5): Excelente estancia! - Alquilamos el estudio con bañera de hidromasaje y fue todo sobre ruedas. El estudio amplio, con todo lo necesario y hasta una mini cocina y sofá. Lo mejor fue la bañera, todo un lujo para relajarse al final del día. Lo único es que esta habitación en concreto se encontraba en la planta -1, por lo que apenas había luz natural. Sin embargo esto no es un impedimento a la hora de alquilar, y la iluminación artificial era adecuada y acogedora.

Kitchen has basic equipments for cooking but only coffee and sugar were provided (no tea, salt, pepper).
Kesia (9/5): Would recommend - The accommodation was very clean when we arrived and had a convenient location within walking distance of the main attractions in Cordoba. We were also happy with how the heating system kept the place warm during the colder nights. The coffee machine was a little complicated for us to figure out. It would be nice to have some basic supplies such as sugar, salt, oil.
