• Florian (5/5): - Locatie een paar minuten van het metrostation, redelijk ruim appartement. De keuken hebben we niet gebruikt. Wij waren met zijn vieren. Onze kinderen sliepen op de slaapbank, die een stuk minder comfortabel was dan de bank op de foto's. Er zaten bloedvlekken op het matras en de zonwering werkte niet waardoor de kinderen veel te vroeg wakker werden. De twee volgende nachten hebben we de matrassen op de slaapkamer erbij gelegd. Douche was erg heet en kon niet aangepast worden en algehele hygiëne kon beter.

Oh, and did I mention it was DIRTY. - very little. the only saving grace for this property was that the bed was reasonably comfortable This place was filthy, smelly, boiling hot (even when outside temperature was quite cool), noisy and mostly stuff was broken or not working. The window locks don't work - a security issue. The shower is mouldy and dirty, the sink has no plug (and was filthy). The shower dripped continuously and had no cold water feed - you needed to control temperature from the boiler, which was always on and was noisy (positioned next to the bed). The washing machine and drier didn't work. The carpets were dirty and the dining room table was so disgusting that we needed to give it a deep clean before we were willing to eat off it. Similar with plates, cutlery and pans. Overall the impression was of a dirty and uncared for property. Will not be staying in the future.
• b.carre (9/5): - L'appartement est agréable et confortable, tout équipé, idéalement situé a proximité du métro, le centre ville est accessible facilement et plutôt rapidement. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, tout était simple. Un très bon choix de logement ! L'eau de la douche était très chaude et il n'était pas possible de régler la température, le mitigeur semble être défectueux. Il faut passer par la chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain et aux toilettes, ce qui peut être gênant s'il y a d'autres occupants que ceux de la chambre.

• Busson (7/5): Très bien pour un cours séjour mais prévoir pas mal de temps en transport pour rejoindre le centre - L’appartement était bien équipé, tout était propre et ne manquait de rien. Le bruit, les velux sont très mal insonorisés, le matin trop de lumière pas de stores dans le salon et pas en très bon état dans la chambre. L’eau de la douche était brûlante, pas possible d’avoir de l’eau à la température souhaitée. Le canapé lit du salon n’était pas confortable pour dormir. Il n’est pas possible de fermer à clés l’appartement, il faut juste claquer la porte, ce qui n’est pas très appréciable au vu de la fréquentation du quartier.

• I. (9/5): Great stay - It was a perfect appartement for us. 3 friends. The location is great and very good to visit London centre. Everything was clear at arrival with the codes. • Adam (10/5): Great, comfortable, well equiped place! - Close to buses and the Leyton underground station. A 24/7 store a few meters away and the big asda store also close. Just as described it's well equiped for cooking, has a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a fridge, a TV good heating and a warm shower.

• teotop99 (9/5): Ottima posizione e appartamento moderno con tutti i comfort - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, che consente di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Londra in circa 30 minuti. Inoltre, a soli 5 minuti di autobus si trova il grande centro commerciale Westfield, dove si può trovare davvero di tutto, dai negozi ai ristoranti. Davanti a casa, letteralmente, c’è anche un mini market ben fornito — comodissimo per acquistare qualsiasi cosa serva all’ultimo momento. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso, con grandi vetrate e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina, moderna e completamente attrezzata (macchina del caffè Nespresso, forno, microonde e tutto il necessario), è inserita in un ampio open space con un grande tavolo e un comodo divano letto. La smart TV, collegata a un Wi-Fi veloce e stabile, permette di guardare facilmente YouTube, Netflix e molto altro. Nel complesso, una sistemazione perfetta per godersi Londra con tutte le comodità di casa All’interno l’appartamento è molto moderno, ma la struttura esterna non è nuovissima. L’insonorizzazione non è perfetta e, anche chiudendo le finestre, di notte si percepiscono leggermente le vibrazioni della metro e il rumore delle auto sulla strada — nulla di invasivo, io ho comunque dormito benissimo. Inoltre, non essendoci l’ascensore, ci sono delle scale un po’ ripide per accedere all’appartamento, un po’ scomode con le valigie ma niente di esagerato. Nel complesso, un alloggio con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

• shelly (8/5): The apartment was perfect for my purpose, which was to see two plays in East London - The apartment was filled with light, very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. Leyton tube station was a mere 5 minute walk and is on the Central line, making access to the city very easy. I very much appreciated that the owner was easy to contact, answered my questions quickly, and was extremely helpful. Leyton Highroad is very busy and the direct neighbourhood is rather unattractive but I never felt unsafe, even in the evening.

Only 6 mins walk from Leyton tube station & regular buses just outside property. Only 20 mins walk from the Copper Box Arena & Hackney Wick boho area. Very close to the V&A East Storeroom. Directly opposite an amazing takeaway coffee shop & near a mini-mart. 5 mins walk to Draper's Field kids playground. Spacious, clean & well equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle & coffee machine. Amazing comms from the owner & he did everything he said he would & by the times he gave us. Looking forward to coming back soon. Many thanks Sarah Nothing!
• helen (4/5): Not for the faint hearted! - Close by family. Clean sheets, clean towels. Responsive messages. Had washing machine and dryer. Nice coffee machine. Close to shop. Close to tube station! So good location to get to central London! Front door had hole where letterbox should be. Made me feel less safe. No hand rail leading up alot of steep stairs. Would be tricky if mobility was an issue. Bathroom floor not clean. Bed like a rock. Carpet could do with updating. Shower room could do with a spruce up!

• ssAnndrA (4/5): De eerste indruk is beter dan daarna. - Het is een licht appartement, de grootte van de kamers is prima. De ligging is prima, zo'n klein 10 minuutjes lopen van de metro. Loft is gelegen naast een ontwenningshuis. Drugsverslaafden gebruiken daar in de tuin met veel lawaai 's nachts van hoesten tot rochelen. Er is veel te weinig gerief aanwezig en wat aanwezig is is echt vies. Glazen, borden, potten,... bovendien zag mijn echtgenoot de laatste avond toen de rest van het gezin weg was en dus rustig was, verschillende muizen lopen in het appartement! Echt gedegouteerd! Badkamer is verouderd. 's Nachts is er veel straatlawaai van buren, nachtwinkel over de deur en auto's die door de straat racen.

• Slavka (9/5): We recommend stay - spacious & clean rooms, good access to public transport and supermarket - The apartment is really nice - as per the pictures. The rooms are spacious and it is very well equipped. Just across the door is a supermarket opened until 3am and a very short walk is a bus stop. Tube station is 5 min walk - really handy. The apartment is clean, light with lots of windows. We stayed with 2 children and really enjoyed the place. The washing machine and drying machine were very handy when you travel only with a few items. The outside of the house could be better however it is east London 😊 anyone who knows east London knows that this is the way it is 😊 All was ok.

Kurze Wege zur Ubahn Leyton. Supermarkt und toller Pub Leyton Star direkt gegenüber. Park und grosses Shopping Center fussläufig.

Clean and well equipped flat, always appreciate a good coffee machine. Flat was warm when we arrived with plenty of hot water. Not really a negative but if travelling in two and not sharing the bedroom, the bathroom is an ensuite.

Great if you're unfamiliar with London. - the property was well-heated (we stayed in the winter) - check-in instructions were clear. - price point - the tumble dryer was faulty, and didn't actually heat up, so failed to dry clothes - the outside is not well kept and is uninviting for guests - the small utility room had used wipes left in the sink with some questionable stains on them - one of the roller blinds in the living room is broken, affecting sleep if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed - noisy neighbours, lots of door slamming late at night - downstairs tenant's cooking set off smoke alarm in our rental at 10pm

• Claire (8/5): Clean and spacious, good value for money - The apartment was clean and spacious with plenty of cooking equipment and crockery etc. Suited my two children and myself for the two night stay, my son loved the bed settee, which was made up on arrival with the tv right next to it! Very easy to get the keys which are just outside the property in a safe box. Ideally situated for the tube which was just a short walk away. There are plenty of shops and takeaways across the street for what we needed and all open till late. As a mum with two children we all felt safe in the area and had no problem walking back from the tube at night. Situated on quite a busy street with vehicle noise throughout the night and the other residents of the building could be loud at times. Didn't bother my children but I'm a light sleeper so did get woken several times. There are no hand rails on the two sets of stairs we had to use which would of been useful. On the last day as we were leaving I discovered the bathroom window doesn't stay closed and can't be locked.

• Hannah (8/5): Great stay and host - The property was clean and spacious. They left snacks as a good will gesture ( next time please leave unopened snacks instead as it’s more inviting to consume). Loved the attention to details and the host was great and kept us updated and informed throughout our stay - would most definitely stay again! There’s nothing to dislike about the property but I would suggest that more care is given to the hallway as it comes across as unkept and not a reflection of how lovely the loft is.

I was worried that the neighbours would be very audible but actual double glazing and quiet neighbours made for a very peaceful sleep

• Nick (9/5): Great location for Stratford/football/Abba! - For attending an event at the London Stadium, or to see the Abba show, this is a good location, only 20 mins walk from the stadium, or a short ride on the Central line from Leyton. Everything that you would need for an overnight stay. The approach to the flat up (communal) stairs could be cleaner, but that's down to everyone living/owning there.

Good for one night stay Stayed there with 3 persons and it's one sofa-bed, which obviously is more discomfort than normal bed. Price was high but was matchday of West-ham on saturday night so makes sense.
