• Lusanda Gemma (3/5): I want a refund. - The location. There was no electricity and the property owner advised to do a fee waiver cancellation however on the app and online I kept getting an error saying request cannot be processed try again later.

• sanele (6/5): - I like that receptionist was very nice and it was easy to find the room There's no Tv only wifi so i should use my cellphone another thing the fridge was not working and please change the sofa cushions or rather wash them and the curtains also dirty and i think a new curtain rail will do much better.

They lied about everything. Is the worst place I have ever lodged. The fridge is not working and everything I bought got spoiled, no toilet papers, no sponge for dishes. The bedding is smelling. The chairs are like 100 years old. No heating system. Very cold place and noisy. Everywhere music was blaring day and night. It seems they have clubs everywhere around it. You call for anything and they will never take your call. Wrote a message until check out no response. It’s the security who will give you key and there you will drop it as well. Even the security was so cranky. You must go out and in through one place and if the security isn’t available, you must wait until he comes. Parking isn’t free, 50 rand per day and if you go out too many times, the security man will be mad at you for stressing him because he is the only one who can open the entrance/exit door for you. • Thokozani (10/5): Perfect 2 days stay - I had a special request from the host! He responded with no hesitation. It was 2 good days at his place. Nice place! Noise levels at Maboneng were drastically reduced. So it was great stay

• Ann-kathrin (1/5): Never again - Nice area with lots of restaurants an bars The room was dirty and dark, only one used towel for us 2, the toilet cistern was broken, no toilet paper or soap. All in all not welcoming we left directly. The room was defnitly not cleaned before.
• Larissa (7/5): Apartment super, Very noisy at night - The apartment was really nice, big and clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen. At the entrance was a security guard. In the building were different apartments and businesses aswell, so it was very loud during the night. One neighbour wanted to produce music at 22 pm in the night. And at 3 in the night other neighbours screamed for a long time.
