• Yolande (9/5): Great comfortable and well equipped apartment, great host, good location to escape from the crowds - A beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. An excellent restaurant 5 minutes walk down the street, so good we ate there twice during our 4-night stay! We were greeted in person by Marco and shown to the apartment where he showed us where things were and how they work. A welcome bottle of Chianti left for us was much appreciated. Approx 14 minute walk to the station but you can choose to walk part way and take a tram for the rest if you prefer. A very pleasant park approx 5 minutes walk from the apartment, you can walk down by the river Arno and it's very pleasant and peaceful. Marco was a great host and contacted us during the stay to make sure that everything was OK. We would definitely recommend staying here, it's lovely.

• lynda (9/5): Feel more like a native, but still close to the city - Very roomy clean modern apartment the beds were comfy. There are two bathrooms. Both worked well and a nice patio to look out on. There is no café immediately in the vicinity. We walked several blocks every morning to get the conveniently located tram or bus to get into the city otherwise it’s 20 or more euro each way and it’s only 1.2 mile walk

• Susanne (10/5): Wunderbare Wohnung und sehr netter Gastgeber - Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt, eine mehr als ausführliche Anleitung per Video und Fotos über Whatsapp. Bei Problemen war der Gastgeber immer erreichbar und konnte aushelfen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich richtig toll. Überall Klimaanlagen und zwei schöne Bäder. Zu Fuß und mit dem Bus ist die Altstadt gut zu erreichen. Kleiner Tipp für´s Busfahren: Im Bus die App zum Ticketkauf herunterladen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat alles gefallen!

• Marcellino (8/5): Redelijk goed verblijf - Er waren 2 aparte badkamers, de airco was helemaal top. grote luxe woonkamer De ligging aan een grote drukke weg waardoor er veel verkeer was en door de ligging was het op het balkon eigenlijk de hele dag heet
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Marco communicated well before we visited. He accommodated us arriving early which was really helpful. The air con worked brilliantly which was great as it was very hot. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of four which includes two teenage boys. The beds were comfortable. The area was nice and quiet, but had some good restaurants nearby.
• Anonymous (9/5): This spacious, well-equipped apartment was perfect for our family’s stay in Florence. - The perfect home away from home for our family of four. Our kids each had their own bed, the patio/deck was lovely, there was ample space for us, and having two bathrooms was wonderful. The hosts thought of, and provided, everything needed for an enjoyable stay—fully equipped kitchen (including moka pot w/ espresso and sugar), washing materials for both the washing machine and dish washer, a clothes rack for drying, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of toilet paper, and more. The air conditioning was very strong and made for a welcome reprieve from our hot, hot days of sightseeing. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, which was still easily walkable to the city center and train station. For us, the location was perfect because it was also just a few blocks from family that we were visiting! The host was very responsive and helped us check in late, and the binder of references provided was helpful. The only “hiccup” during our stay was that the hot water stopped functioning one day. But the host was very responsive, and was able to get someone to come fix it the next afternoon—on a city holiday—so we were not inconvenienced much at all.

• Louise (10/5): Perfect for our family city break - This is a lovely, welcoming and spacious property, located about 30 minutes walk from central Florence and around the corner from an amazing restaurant (Santa Lucia - Firenze) that we visited on our first night. Marco was very attentive in assisting us throughout our stay and meeting us at the property to hand over the keys and walk us through the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!
