• Jessica (8/5): Incredible views of LA! - Incredible location and views over LA! Amazing pool and jacuzzi area I had the whole floor to myself. Parking is easy and great. Very close to sunset strip and Hollywood but still high enough in the hills that you have a great view It wasn’t as clean as I’d hope. There was a spider in the bathroom, dust in corners etc. As the host lives upstairs it is very noisy in the mornings with musical instruments playing. The pool has tiles missing and generally needs updating.

• Jan (9/5): Great views and comfort - The stunning views, both from the room and the shared terrace, are a highlight. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. I would have liked the large windows in the room to be cleaner. The shared kitchen felt a bit cluttered, and a kettle for hot water would be useful.
• Marcus (1/5): Rude owner, amazing house and location, pool is closed to guests unless you pay $100. - The House is beautiful and in a great location with incredible view and high quality linens and bathroom The owner or operator of this house is rude and insulted my intelligence after I highlighted that the pool is closed despite it being clearly pictured and listed as an amenity. They dont tell you until after you book that the pool and jacuzzi is closed unless you pay 100$ a night obviously ridiculous sum and cheeky. 99% of guests wouldnt care if you charged 15$ extra each. The lies and way the owner reacted was rude.

• Eleni (7/5): Amazing views, but not as private as expected - The location was excellent, with beautiful views, and the room itself was very pretty. The bathroom also seemed newly renovated, which was a nice touch I had to walk through the owner’s living space to access my room, as there was no private entrance. The room also didn’t have its own independent AC, just a fan, which made it less comfortable at times, since I was there in August. The pool is shared with other guests on the property, and during my stay there were five other people, so I never had the pool to myself

• Petros (9/5): Superb - Great view, nice quiet neighborhood, convenient street parking, great price Terrible wifi, both access points were constantly disconnecting. It takes 3-5 minutes of wasting water down the drain until you get hot water in the shower. The room is not air conditioned, there is a central thermostat for the entire house, the room was hot in the afternoon. The only private areas in the pictures are the bedroom and the bathroom, the living room etc are common areas.
• Samin (6/5): Nice Location, But Needs Better Cleaning - The location was great with a beautiful view. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We also appreciated being given an extra hour for late checkout. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The curtains were stained with visible water damage, the headboard had multiple marks, and the furniture showed signs of dirt and wear. It didn’t feel well-maintained, which affected the overall experience.

• Iryna (10/5): Stunning place in LA! - Amazing views, stylish suite, very spacious and comfortable. There was no hot water in the shower but no big deal because I take cold showers. The hot water was in the bathtub so I took a bath after the swim.
• Valerio (6/5): Room in a villa on the Hills - Nice room in a villa on top of the hills. (The landlord lives at the floor on top of it). The pool, if you want to use it in cold season, you have to pay extra 100$ for make it warm and that was a bit pity considering how much we paid for 4 nights. The room has a nice view but the curtains don’t shade well so you basically have full bright sun in the room at 6 am. The tv did have some problems with the remote control but manageable. Bed comfortable. Beautiful for short stay and make some nice pictures with LA city view. Extra charge for use the pool

Close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, museums, and anything you’d want to do. The Host, Felix, is as nice of a person as you’ll ever meet. He’s courteous, attentive, and very prompt with fulfilling your requests and answering your questions in a matter of minutes. Nothing
• Richard (7/5): Fantastic views - The location, the view and the property were superb. The cleanliness was not good, my partner had to clean the shower before we used it. There was no hot water for the bath and the water in the sink had to be run for about 10 minutes before it got warm.

• Alexander (7/5): very nice view for one night - - Very nice view of LA. - The host always answered questions very quickly. - Free parking. - The accommodation is shared by about 4 couples. - It should be cleaner. - No grill or kitchen - The pool is not heated, if you want it heated you have to pay an additional $100. Unfortunately the heating didn't work, but we got a bottle of wine as compensation.

• Roland (9/5): Amazing guest house with great view - It’s a fully independent room of a great and beautiful villa . The view from the guest room is awesome . You can stay here throughout the day admiring the view ( sunset and hollywood bds , downtown towers , .. ) and the city lights. The bathroom is very well equipped with beautiful bathtub and shower. Felix was very reactive and helpful . For those who would like to test the Hollywood experience !
