Guest Reviews
- Tina (4/5): Great locale but mold, bad internet, and poor management - We booked this apartment for a month stay in Granada because of the great reviews and the location as well as the claim to have super fast Wi-Fi because we would be checking in with our business throughout the month. The experience was incredibly disappointing.
It turns out that the majority of properties this company owns are in Malaga, not in Granada. So they don’t have maintenance staff in the Granada area. We also didn’t know that these apartments were above a restaurant, which created a lot of smell of fried fish and a great deal of noise.
The difference between the photos and the apartment we were originally given was instantly visible when we arrived. The bathroom was completely different, featuring a shower that was too small for my 6 foot tall husband to even be able to turn around in, and it was full of mold, which smelled terrible. The heating and cooling unit made a terrible screeching noise.
I immediately reported both of these things on WhatsApp to the management and at first they asked for pictures of the listing on Booking.com to prove that the pictures I had seen of the bathroom didn’t match the unit I was in. This occurred to me as highly unprofessional right off the bat. It wasn’t until that I sent an audio recording of the screeching sound that the heating and cooling unit was making that they agreed to have us change units, but we had to spend two nights in the mold filled department. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to shower, I am allergic to mold, and I stayed out of the bathroom as much as possible.
At first, the Wi-Fi seemed OK, but it wasn’t as fast as we had expected. Spain largely has fiber Wi-Fi, which is very inexpensive, but we were only getting upload and download speeds of 20-30 mb when we expected 150-250.
They moved us to the apartment Next-door on the same floor, which was better and had a larger bathroom that we could actually use, but it was also filled with mold.
- Jaime (4/5): Would never stay in this location again. - The location in term of easy access to historic center and other areas of interest was wonderful.
It was comfortable and we made use of the washer! The apartment was located above a tapas bar, the noise was horrible, we were not able to sleep. Could hear the guests in the other apartments talk all night long. We had to move from the first apartment after the first night because of a leak in the shower, we let the host know about this but they ignored us, until the leak got so bad that the owners of the tapas bar said something about it. Then we moved to the third floor, because they shut off the water without telling us, we were finally able to speak to the host and that is when we moved to another apartment.
- Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - great central location, attentive staff, especially Daga who helped us when we didn't get the check in info on time and she also resolved with us the problem with a toilet . good value for money I would say! there was a good communication with staff untill we needed to check in when it got silence, but as I mentioned before it got resolved. also the toilet was constantly flowing the water, but that has been resolved as well. it was clean but the sheets were stained
- Khalil (8/5): Very good -
- Maxmos (9/5): Incredible staff, Paul was helpful in solving some doubts I had. - Cleanliness, big bedroom, AC Small space shower and slow Internet
- Sean (9/5): Superb - Mostly quiet.
Large space.
Comfortable.
Cheap.
Very good Cheap kitchen equipment.
Check in website isn't ideal, but you can get it to work with perseverance.
- Celina-ireen (7/5): It was alright. :-) - Great location, mostly clean, rooftop terrace had a nice view, parking spot included. Staff was friendly and replied fast The whole procedure about the check-in was a bit annoying as the website didn’t work properly. On the second day a employee visited and we needed to fill out even more.
Teatowels were missing for the kitchen.
When arriving by car to the parking garage, it’s only accessible via very narrow streets and when leaving you need to drive opposite in a one way road. - hoping now we don’t get a fine, as there were cameras lol.
