• Dorina (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Königstein - Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausgangslage um die sächsische Schweiz zu erkunden. -

• Anne (9/5): Zwei Tage in der einzigartigen Sächsischen Schweiz waren zu schnell vorbei. - Die Lage war spitze - nah am Bahnhof und Fähre, auch nah am Stadtkern mit Restaurants und Cafes. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Schöner Balkon, super Ausstattung, alles funktioniert. Das einzige was mir hierzu einfällt sind die Zimmerpflanzen aus Plastik. Also nur Meckern auf hohem Niveau!
• Yvonne 92 (10/5): Komfortable, gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage - Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Zudem standen neben einem Parkplatz auch fußläufig der Bahnhof und ein Edeka zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren bequem. Zudem wurde man sehr gut und ausführlich am Anreisetag via Whatsapp über den Zugang zur Wohnung informiert - so konnte nichts schief gehen! Uns haben einzig und allein ein Salzstreuer, Eierbecher und Schnapsgläschen gefehlt. Das ist allerdings nicht der Rede wert :)

• Michaela (9/5): Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub 🌞 - Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr gut 👍🏻 direkt geantwortet, das Apartment war schön eingerichtet, sauber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Direkt vor der Haustür einen Parkplatz fürs Auto ist perfekt und wer das Auto nicht benutzten möchte ist eine Bushaltestelle da. Um die Ecke gibt es verschiedene Cafés oder Restaurants und in ein paar Schritten wäre auch der Edeka zum einkaufen. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub 😊 Habe nichts zu bemängeln

• Anita (8/5): Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung, nur einen Steinwurf von der Festung Königstein entfernt, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt - Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Bett (KEINE durchgelegene Schlafcouch, wie in vielen Wohnungen) im Wohnzimmer/Küche/Esszimmer gelegen, hat uns aber für die zwei Tage, die wir dort waren, nicht gestört, sollte man aber wissen. Küchenaustattung super, großes modernes Badezimmer, großzügiger Balkon. Aber in allen… eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Einen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

We gave the apartment the chance to fix our problems but our message stayed unans - Great location, clean The ad for the apartment is very misleading. It states that it’s a two-bedroom apartment, and the photos also make it look like there are two separate bedrooms. However, when you arrive, you realize that the so-called second bedroom is actually just a bed placed in the middle of the living room/kitchen area. That was very disappointing. Another issue was that the thermostat in the main living room/kitchen/bedroom area was broken, and the entire apartment was extremely hot — it must have been around 25°C. I contacted the apartment administrator, and after I complained about both the misleading listing and the broken thermostat, he replied saying he was grateful for my feedback because it gives them an opportunity to improve. He then sent me instructions on how to change the temperature, but I told him that the thermostat was actually broken and could not be adjusted. I even sent him a photo and a video, and after that, I received no response at all. The first night we barely slept because it was insanely hot. The second night was only better because we realized it was electric heating, so we simply turned off the electricity for the heating overnight. These two issues were a major inconvenience, and I would not return to this apartment. This is not what we expected for 200 Euro per night in a small German town.

• Swantje (9/5): Schöne Zeit die durch die kurzen Wege optimal genutzt werden konnte- in der Wohnung auch viel Platz - Sehr zentral direkt vor dem Bus, dicht am Bahn Hof. EDeka u Bäcker. Und auch quasi am Malerweg. Das Auto blieb die ganze Zeit stehen. Da man oft Licht machen musste war man sehr einsehbar sogar vom Zug aus…. Und bei offenem Fenster etwas laut dadurch…
