• Наливайко (1/5): - The service at this hotel is incredibly poor. We were traveling from another city by bus and were very tired. Half an hour before check-in, we received a message asking us to cancel our reservation, citing an accident. They didn't provide an alternative. When we called back and had a heated conversation, they sent us an option on the opposite side of London, which was a two-hour bus ride away. We had to cancel.
• Donna (8/5): Great spot for a few days with lots of local amenities - If you’re looking for a place in Clapham Junction this is an excellent location - close to the station with loads of shops, cafes, pubs and supermarkets close by. An easy walk to Wandsworth or Clapham Common Checking in via a link in whatsapp from an unrecognised address made the process more complicated than a usual booking.com property

Molto molto disponibili. - VARIE Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità del phon per i capelli (eravamo 9 ragazze, è stato importante), dotato di diffusore. Doccia bella calda, cucina molto attrezzata (che non abbiamo utilizzato perché abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori) - POSIZIONE Ottima. Avevamo scelto questo appartamento sia per il numero di ospiti, sia per la posizione, leggendo le altre recensioni. È vero si, la stazione dei treni (non è una metro) è molto vicina a piedi. Da lì ovviamente bisogna sempre considerare di arrivare in una stazione e fare il cambio con la metro per raggiungere la vostra destinazione. Ad arrivare a buckingham palace, ad esempio, ci vogliono circa 30 minuti. - POSIZIONE È organizzata benissimo, però bisogna tenere conto della distanza e dei cambi da fare per raggiungere qualsiasi meta. detto questo fortunatamente ha la stazione del treno vicino. - CAMERE I letti erano un po’ piccoli per due persone.. come dimensione era una piazza e un po’, non una piazza e mezzo. è chiaro che ci si dorme comunque, erano comodi e morbidi, però si sta un po’ stretti in due.. una di noi ha dormito sul “divano letto”, ma è stata di difficile comprensione capire come aprire il divano e renderlo un divano letto, senza romperlo. la prima notte ci abbiamo dormito senza aprilo, fortunatamente Angelique ci ha spiegato per messaggio come aprirlo. piuttosto duro, però si apre! - LAVANDINO Il lavandino del bagno ha trattenuto un po’ di acqua, non scendeva e rimaneva nel lavello. lo abbiamo subito segnalato all’host, ma non abbiamo saputo trovare la levetta per far scorrere meglio l’acqua.

• Heather Jane (1/5): Disgusting! NOT ‘luxury’ - The decor looked nice on the photos The place was filthy , vomit on the towels on arrival, pubic hair in the bathroom , dirty bed sheets. Disgraceful and certainly not luxury. After arrival owner was contacted and all they offered was a cleaner to arrive later, which was not acceptable once all our belongings were in the property along with us and our children - absolutely not appropriate nor was it a ‘solution’

• Abeda (7/5): Leuke appartementje- van alle gemak voorzien maar niet bedoeld voor rust - Het appartement is mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien en leuk ingericht. De locatie is erg leuk, met veel winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Klantenservice is wel goed beschikbaar. Een nadeel is wel dat het ’s nachts behoorlijk gehorig kan zijn, vooral in de weekenden. Ook in de ochtend is er geluidsoverlast door het laden en lossen van winkels en door straatvegers, waardoor doorslapen lastig is. Daarnaast was het erg koud in het appartement, ondanks dat de verwarming aanstond, voelde je de koude wind doordat de ramen niet goed geïsoleerd waren. Verder vond ik het jammer dat de klantenservice niets deed met mijn klacht over de hygiëne. In de slaapkamer lagen grote stofresten. Na het melden hiervan bleef het bij excuses, zonder verdere actie. Dat vond ik teleurstellend.

• Laura (3/5): Scam, lest euch die schlechten Bewertungen durch, sie lügen nicht!! - Sehr gute Lage, nah am Zentrum. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, als das was auf Booking gezeigt wurde. Alle Handtücher die wir bekommen haben waren dreckig. Es war definitiv nicht gereinigt worden davor. Im Bad roch es extrem nach Schimmel (eventuell durch die Lüftung). Selbst im Waschbecken der Küche hat man Schimmel gesehen. Auf nachfrage ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können war angeblich keins frei.

Bien décoré dommage qu’il soit salle voir très salle (vaisselle canapé ) et le dernier jour en enlevant les draps du lit les sous drap était taché d’escrement puis pas d’eau chaud pour se laver voisinage ultra bruillant très mal insonorisé on avait l’impression de dormir en immersion totale avec les voisins de pallier !!!!
• Shawn (4/5): Luxury is not a word that applies to this apartment - Location When you open the door you are greeted by a very steep staircase where the carpet is marked and dusty with no sign of it being vacuumed for some time. There is no handrail, there was a handrail although this has been removed. At the top of the stairs the landing is very small and a health and safety risk to anyone using this apartment. The apartment was not clean with noticeable areas in the kitchen being the tiles behind the hob and the cutlery drawers, very dirty. The sofa is very uncomfortable and the kitchen utensils very limited such as no chopping board, not sharp kitchen knives, no dishcloth, one tea-towel and very average pots ands pans. The shower has poor water pressure and is over the bath, not walk in.
• Yester (1/5): Extreme bad experience - Very unhappy with the stay- I was with a young toddler. The bedsheet has stained, the cleaning stuff was left unattended and the worst of it is the shower drain was blocked and had yellow water coming out. We had to leave the apartment at 10pm. And I subsequently asked for a refund, and there was NO RESPONSE, it is outrageous and I will take further legal if there is still no further response from their management. Actions
• Anam (10/5): A lot of good memories made in London and would recommend the apartment as location was very good. Easy to get in and ou - Property was in a good location right next to the high street. I enjoyed a nice morning stroll at the local blank street and M&S The Sofa bed could have had an extra bedsheet to help cover it. The on street parking could be clearer that it would be paid at certain times. However, no fault of the luxury apartments.

El sofá tienes buen aspecto físico pero un agujero en el recostabrazo . El servicio de atención está 24 hrs por vis telefónica pero estás toda una mañana gestionando algo q no deberías de gestionar . Está retirado del centro de la ciudad . Yo en lo personal no lo recomiendo !
• Amy (8/5): Amazing location, beautiful - The (2 bedroom) apartment suited our needs perfectly as a family of 6. The beds were comfortable, the decor was very trendy, we had everything we needed including dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, oven, microwave etc. The location was perfect, easy public transport (with generally 30min bus rides into central London), great coffee shops and restaurants all right outside our door. Very happy with our stay. We had large suitcases and lots of luggage (travelling for a while overseas) so the space was a little small for this, but that was to be expected.

The apartment also had enough utensils and kitchen appliances for afew days stay. There was a smell in the Kitchen every morning.. seemed to come from the sink or washing machine. and the condition of the furniture is not a s good as what is in the pictures

• Fadi (8/5): Very good apartment in a great location - The apartment is in a very good location well connected with all the public transportation. The apartment was clean and there was a dishwasher. We had a last minute (same day) reservation in the evening. The check-in process was painful. It took around 5 hours to get the check-in instructions to get into the apartment at 12:30 am.

• Camille (6/5): Nice look, poor execution - Clear instructions to get in (self check-in), clean flat, great location The green-and-gold décor feels cheap, the £300 surprise deposit requested the day before was unwelcome, and some basics were overlooked: the kitchen tap is installed the wrong way around, there’s no bedside lamp or nearby light switch, and the soundproofing is so bad in Flat 6 that earplugs are essential. It’s functional but clearly designed more for profit & looks than for guests. They also push for 5-star reviews with the promise of an Amazon voucher, which says a lot.

Got scammed on booking.com at a different property and they suggested this as an alternative property to book, I was very desperate to book somewhere asap as it was wet dark and cold and my phone was almost dead & I was travelling with a young child but they did not mention the additional £300 deposit fee you must pay before you can check in (this is also done through a seperate link and not through booking.com. I begged the owner to just allow me to refund this booking as it was only booked for about 5 minutes and they refused to help me resolve this and sent me snotty replies that they will stick to their policy which I do understand however after reading reviews regarding how long it takes to get the deposit back (if at all) I would have rather lost the cancellation fee of £218 (booking was £348) than pay £600+ to stay here for one night!
• Hunt (10/5): Pleasantly surprised. - The apartment was spacious and very clean. We moved there from a hotel so we could cook, and everything was perfect. I have stayed in many Airbnb places, but this one was the best by far. Quiet, modern, clean and beautiful. On our next trip to London we are staying there again.

• Britt (8/5): - Location was nice! Lots of cafes and groceries close by. And the trainstation. We didnt cook during our stay, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you need. Coffee maker and even couple of coffeepads. The livingroom/diningroom area was small but lovely. The bedrooms were small but most of the beds cozy and nice. Wifi signal was rather poor. And there are steep stairs to the apartment, so that can be uncomfortable if travelling with lots of luggage. But the biggest downside for us was the cleanness - it was apparent that the carpet, which covered most of the apartment wasnt properly cleaned. There was rubbish in the drawer and behind the nightstand. And i found pills on the floor. I addressed it right away and the customer service got back to me the same night, so that was nice. • Celine Et Fabien (1/5): Un week-end horrible - L'appartement est plutôt agréable, mais manque de propreté Idéal pour faire les courses, tout est dans la rue. . Le souci c'est l'emplacement de l'appartement , il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Car zone commerçante, et la nuit vous avez les livraisons des fournisseurs. A savoir, c'est un simple vitrage, du coup, tu as toujours l'impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Le moindre bruit est bien présent. L'hôte répond assez vite aux messages, mais dans notre cas, des excuses mais aucune action pour régler notre souci de wc et de douche inutilisable. Les lits ne sont pas agréables, il n'y avait une seule protection dans un lit sur les 2. Finalement c'est compliqué d'avoir apprécié le logement avec tous ce qu'on vécue. J'en suis navré. Nous avons regretté notre sejour, pour le coup vous n'êtes pas en hyper centre de londres, beaucoup de transport a prendre pour arriver au centre de londres. Au prix des transports, c'est une chose a penser. Concernant le logement nous avons eu un souci de panne de la pompe d'évacuation des eaux usées toilettes et douche. Nous sommes arrivés dimanche soir, et la panne a eu lieu mardi matin à notre réveil. L'équipe n'a pas pu trouver de plombier, et nous a mis des serviettes propres pour le dédommagement. Pas de wc et de douche accessible de mardi matin jusqu'à mercredi mardi matin pour notre départ. Imaginez la colère que nous avons ressentie et surtout le désarroi de ne pas avoir été écouter. Et le retour de message a 20h de nous inviter a trouver un autre logement. On a cru devenir fou. Odeur d'urine a cause d'evacuation stagnante dans la douche, certainement du au wc des autres logements. Attention la première nuit mon fils de 12 ans en se levant, se retrouve avec toutes sortes de piqûres, constat ce matin du médecin avec notre retour en France, piqûres de puce de lit, d'araignée et de moustiques, il est sous traitement a la cortisone ce matin. Depuis mardi matin booking, n'a pas toujours pris en compte notre demande.

De Check in ging niet goed en toen hadden we ook nog een te klein appartement waarin een van de kinderen op een slaapbank moest liggen. Ik had het idee dat dit doelbewust zo gedaan was. Werd ook niet opgelost.

La fianza era muy alta, 300£, te los quitan antes de entrar a la propiedad, y no los devuelven hasta pasados 10 días laborables, un poco excesivo. el wifi casi no funcionaba y en muchas zonas del piso no llegaba.

• Carlos (9/5): Estadia maravilhosa com ótima localização! - Localização excelente, apto confortável e muito bem conservado, utensilios disponíveis, pessoal disponível e pronto para responder todas as dúvidas. Adoramos! Banheiro com banheira, escorregava às vezes. Muitas escadas para chegar ao apto, o que não era um problema. Dificuldade para entrar no prédio, a porta "cinza" estava emperrada e não abria com facilidade, embora ficasse destrancada. Mas foi esclarecido pelo pessoal prontamente!

• Kamila (1/5): please stay away - only the location Everything, this rent is a scam. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! this flat can only accommodate max 3 people, despite of advertising it for 4 to 6. At the booking they give an option for 4 to 6 visitors with price adjusted accordingly , then at the check out they claimed that this is booking for only 2 people while you already selected option with 6. They did not infirm us of such a proceedings neither we should, booking payment process should be straight forward. Also, they sent us photos with condoms and bloody sheet claiming that they have to know replace it in whole. There were completely fabricated & stated photos. This was a family holiday. The 1-bedroom flat had two double beds in one tiny room, so I'm nor sure how would that work with my father sleeping next to us. Additionally, due to the limited space we didn't invite two other people. Lastly ads on booking.com is very misleading. They advertise 5-6 flats at the same time , not being clear which one is which one. The apartment had no bidet, internet was poor and no netflix. It was very hot with half of the windows being permanently closed. On top noisy street added to the sleepless nights. After realizing that the landlord retained the deposit, we have commence endless & pointless text exchanges. Soon after, we have decided to raise a complain to the booking.com. We have recovered the deposit in full, however the sticky smell of disappointment remains to this day.
• Rebecca (7/5): - Property was very central and in a great location to get around London. We were a group of 3 and it was just right for us. Property is small but suited us. Overall a really pleasant stay and I would stay here again. The weather was quite warm so the rooms were very hot all day/night. There was a fan provided but we needed all the windows open.

Apartment is lack of ventilations. Unclosed windows are blocked by: 1)bedroom 1 bed head boards 2)living hall sofas Windows can't open at all at bedroom 2. Luckily we managed to open window at the bathroom. Windows blinds kept falling down. We requested for 1 additional stand fan to help on the ventilations but was sadly rejected. Dissatisfied. • Giorgio (6/5): In generale positivo con alcune pecche già evidenziate. - La posizione favorevole agli spostamenti, la stazione dei treni era molto vicina al l’appartamento L’appartamento non era molto pulito, c’era molta polvere sulle testa del letto, mancavano le posate e gli utensili per cucinare erano molto sporchi. C’è stato un inconveniente all’arrivo, le chiavi non erano nella cassettina indicata nella mail e non riuscivamo a contattare i proprietari. Siamo state fortunate a trovare un ragazzo delle pulizie che era ancora in struttura e ha risolto lui la situazione altrimenti non so a che ora saremmo riuscite ad accedere all’appartamento.
• Richard (8/5): - L'emplacement, même lointain du centre de Londres est agréable, clapham Junction ressemble à une petite ville tranquille La saleté des escaliers extérieur et intérieur qui n'ont jamais été nettoyés pendant notre séjour et qui font qu'il est difficile de dire que l'appartement était luxurious...Le shower drain était plein de cheveux et à du être nettoyé par nos soins. Enfin la déco était faite de faux luxe un peu ridicule...

• jimmy (7/5): Knus verblijf - Locatie was goed, langs een levendige straat met winkeltjes en een station dichtbij. Locatie was top. Bedden en badkamer waren goed schoon wat ook heel fijn is. Helaas was er geen airco vooral met een hittegolf was dat niet prettig. Stond ook aan gegeven. Wel een ventilator erbij gekregen. In de vroege ochtend hoor je wel veel geluid van de straat, maar dat is op te lossen door je raam dicht te doen.

The listing states parking is available, but there is no private parking—only public parking, which cost us £50 after driving 5 miles at night to find a space. The property was very hot, with just one old, barely working table fan for two rooms, which was difficult for small children. At night, we even spotted rats in the kitchen, which was concerning. Overall, the experience was not as expected.
