• Christoph (7/5): Perfecte locatie maar niet voor privacy en gezinnen - De ligging van dit huis is perfect. Ook het leuke terras vooraan het huis is heel gezellig. Het hoofdgebouw heeft een leuke gezellige living en mooie badkamer. Qua ligging super! Wel heel content van de verhuurfirma die steeds correct antwoorden Het feit dat we een huis gehuurd hebben met 3 slaapkamers en privacy wilden maar het terras was niet privatief. De eigenaar moest met haar hond en vrienden langs ons terras passeren terwijl we daar zaten te eten of aperitieven. Niet een keer maar meermaals. Dit was niet op voorhand gemeld. Ook de 3 de slaapkamer is in een klein gebouwtje apart ( niet ideaal met kleine kinderen) deze kamer heeft de hele week onfris geroken door de vochtigheid. De aparte slaapkamer was ook niet gemeld. Ook daar passeert de eigenaar om naar boven te gaan terwijl wij bij boeking ( door de fotos) dachten dat wij ook bovenverdieping hadden waar je wel zeezicht hebt. Ze moeten correctere omschrijving geven van het huis
• Nathan (7/5): Great location and layout; underwhelming past first glance. - Amazing location; great value for the area; amazing layout w/ separation of master suite from main house. Master suite had an extremely odd smell that was very off-putting. Main house bathroom had strange odors - likely the result of an improperly mounted toilet. House had ants, mosquitos, and drain flys inside. Owner presence in apartment above made courtyard area feel significantly less private. Property management company was somewhat difficult, did not offer in-person services or meet us there as listed in offering, and attempted to have us cancel and rebook outside of booking.com with an added discount.

• ERIC (5/5): - la partie principale de la maison est agréable et meublée avec gôut. Le parquet en bois et les portes sont très belles, les lits confortables. Cependant, on sent un manque d'entretien général . Dommage ! la troisième chambre (à part de l'habitation principale) sentait très mauvais (égoût, humidité) , l'eau de la douche ne s'écoulait pas... la barre du rideau était instable et le mur de la salle de bain s'effritait. La terrasses est plutôt laide, le sol carrelé et le tapis de fausse-herbe en plastique ne sont pas réjouissants.
• Wilma (8/5): A perfect location, well equipped and clean, very helpful customer service staff - Perfectly located for everywhere and for our mother who need to be close to amenities. Lots of room for all of us and had everything we needed for our stay. The washing machine was difficult to work, had to unplug it to re set the control panel every time we used it, we had to Google the model for help with resolving the issue as the instruction video didn’t have any solutions. The bathroom sink in the main house had a leak under the sink. Didn’t really affect us at all but someone was supposed to come and replace the sink because they couldn’t get the spare part so we left the keys in the lock box but to our knowledge no one attended.
• Marlén (5/5): Es ist eine Wohnung, kein Haus. - Ich kann nicht viel sagen, da wir noch am gleichen Tag die Unterkunft gewechselt haben. Ich hatte mich auf das Haus sehr gefreut, weil mir der Stil gefallen hat und es einen guten Vibe von den Fotos rüberbringt. War aber tatsächlich nicht ganz so, es sind Schlafzimmer abgebildet, die sich nicht im Haus befinden. Das vermeintliche Haus ist eine Wohnung. Nicht besonders großzügig und nur eine Etage mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer. Ein weiteres Zimmer liegt nebenan mit extra Eingang. Hier roch es schimmlig. Der Außenbereich war auch lieblos und nicht sauber bzw. nicht gefegt. Es war alles in allem nicht was ich erwartet hatte und wir haben uns weder willkommen noch wohl gefühlt. Die Hausverwaltung hat sich dann aber super um uns gekümmert. Die Beschreibung muss angepasst werden. Das ist nicht korrekt gelaufen.

• Anthony (6/5): A great central location but has limitations. - Great location near the beach and in the town centre. There is no sea view. The ground floor annex smells of damp. I would be unhappy if l was sleeping in that part of the property. Six people would struggle to cope with the amount and type of glassware available. The property felt dark inside and enclosed outside with no sea views.

• Wijnand (9/5): Fantastic house near the beach! - Nice house 25m from the beach Multiple shady and sunny locations around 2 bathrooms, separate room for parents Big fridge, full kitchen equipment Diner table needs some levelling Road near house is not advices for rental cars due to sand and big rocks, better park at big car park (300 to 400m)
• Tomas (9/5): Superb - The location is absolutely beautiful. The morning coffee or a dinner at the beach was just few steps away. The house was perfectly clean. The amenities were in good condition. Even though the location is close to the beach and some bars it was surprisingly quiet during day and night. There was enough space inside although it was little bit smaller than it looks at the photos. The communication with the host was smooth. We felt very welcomed. Parking around the house was rather difficult.

• John (10/5): A lovely stay, that was not long enough! we hope to return for longer in the future - Perfect stay, great house in the most perfect location a few steps and you're on the beach and in easy reach of everything. Katerina was fantastic meeting us with the keys even though we were delayed. She answered all of our queries promptly throughout our stay. 3 seating/dining/lounging outside area's made it perfect for getting some sun when relaxing and we loved the overall style and feel of the house.
• Katherine (10/5): Was more expensive than we’re we usually stay but for good reason. Private villa on the beach. Simply beautiful accomada - Location was perfect, had everything you needed inside and out . Full kitchen, including washer. Beautiful furniture. Smart tv. First class beds and bedding. Outside sun loungers table and chair. Everything as described. Agency contact was brilliant, great communication and very attentive to our stay. Over and above from Katrina . Was not a problem for us but if owners are there they stay on top level. Would have to come in/out through your garden.
• Ben (9/5): Perfect for water sport, 1 min to wingfoil spot. - 1min to the entry of the best wingfoil spot in Corralejo and excellent Service (missing kitchen utilities were provided, had a problem with the washing machine and a service men was there within 30mins)
• Steven (4/5): Nothing private or personal about this “villa”. This should be advertised as an air bnb. - Location was perfect. The 2 bedrooms in the house were clean and comfortable with air con. The major problem was someone above us and the third bedroom that was riddled with dampness with no air con. The no privacy whatsoever was a major concern Advertised as a villa with the privacy of a garden. The owner was upstairs we did not have any privacy. We had her friend with a dog, the owner and delivery drivers coming through the garden when we were sunbathing. This was not what we signed up for. The 3rd bedroom was riddled with dampness and no air con. You had to enter this room via the garden. It also had an insect problem. The smell of the room was vile. We have constantly chased up booking.com regarding this but we are still awaiting a response from booking.com!
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location by the shore and close - 2 minutes walking - to the city center. The house is well furnished with Aircon,TV, and 3 bedrooms with a very nice patio. The manager was very helpful and provided us support and advices
• Javier (10/5): Brand new villa on the beach - Perfect location just some steps from Las Clavellinas Beach, it's a villa with a nice garden with furniture, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was so clean and sorted out, the host Katy is always looking after you. It has air conditioning and all modern facilities and services, very good value, we'll be back for sure
