Zona ottima Stanza un po’ piccola

- Lachlan (8/5): - Hot spring was a little small but still nice, location is very close to plenty of food options and a short walk to the subway entrance. Very busy area, can be noisy at night.
- WingYee Rachel (6/5): Fair and clean - Location, room is clean Only has one elevator so could be waiting for a while. Soundproof isn’t the best, everytime other people close their doors it sound quite loud. The window isn’t glazed, I can’t keep the blinds opened because it was too bright in the morning. No breakfast included.
- Roseherlyne (8/5): The room is not to bad based on Japan standards. If you have check in bags you wont be able to open it. I choose this ho - Close to dotonbori and the JR namba line Small room and lighting in the room
- T (8/5): -
- Vincent (8/5): -
- Chiara (5/5): Passable for 1 night, nothing more - The location in Dotonbori is great. The rooms were incredibly tiny and the bedding awful. Very very hard bed and pillows and were not offered alternative to pillows although it was available.
- Matthew (9/5): - Complimentary bar
- Russell (10/5): An amazing find... - An amazing find of a hotel - the staff were lovely and very helpful.
The breakfast was good and the free snacks and drinks were a real bonus.
The room was a good size, for Japan! And very comfy.
Initially the pillow was awful but they have a great selection of different pillows in reception so that's an added bonus.
It's very near the centre of town and the trains but is still quiet.
Highly recommended. Nothing - all good.

- Paola (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, overall such a nice experience. - Great staff, super helpful, they were super inviting The pillows were a bit uncomfortable
- Lars (10/5): Gjorde våra första dagar i Japan till en riktigt fin upplevelse. - Mycket smidigt och bra boende. Med fin service och varmt bad. Frukosten var riktigt bra.
- Darcy (10/5): Fun location for a convenient hotel! - I liked the location, ammenities (like onsen), breakfast, and kind staff! The price was amazing for a small, but very clean and practical room! You also had everything you needed in the room and a huge bathroom with a set up I loved. The bathroom was set up like the onsens washing stations with a shower and tub combo and I want one for my own house! The room is small, but the bathroom is huge and for the price was exactly what we wanted and needed. The only warning is that that they offered pillows at the front desk and we didnt realize that you need to grab one because there is only one small pillow on the bed. It was really funny when we realized why they were handing out pillows of all different varieties. I didn't hate it, but I just thought it might be good to show it was necessary to grab one.
- Young (10/5): - Great location, nice facilities, attentative staff Room is small but thats expected

- Melina (10/5): -
- Дарья (8/5): - A good, modern hotel with an excellent onsen.
Pros:
✅ Clean, modern, with fresh renovations.
✅ Great location: in the heart of the nightlife district, but on a quiet street.
✅ Convenient keyless entry to the room via a code.
✅ An outstanding onsen! One of the coziest ones we've experienced in Japan.
The room was quite small, with window to the wall, but it was perfectly adequate for our stay. Cons:
· The front desk service was a bit lacking. Some staff had limited English.
· When asked for help with luggage forwarding (takuhaibin), they weren't helpful at all (just pointed to a QR code). A friendlier attitude would be expected. Luckily, the convenience store across the street provided excellent and friendly service for this.
- Daniel (8/5): - Great location, adjacent to nightlife The front desk didn’t let me use their phone to make a local call for a restaurant reservation and there wasn’t a phone in the room

- nicolo (9/5): I want to return! - It was surprisingly easy to get to from the stations. And it’s near a convenience store and some great food options.
The sento was very nice way to relax before or after a whole day of traveling.
The room was cool and clean. And the staff were helpful. Nothing in particular. This is my 3rd time staying at a Super Hotel branch. So I like the service as it is now.

- Michelle (10/5): - The proximity to everything we wished to do in Osaka was within walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people. Nothing comes to mind.
- Igor (10/5): -
- Francisco (6/5): -
- Pek hui (5/5): ok only - not good reception staffs
- JYHHER (9/5): -
- Takahito (8/5): Good stay for the price! - Free wifi and welcome bar in the evening. The rooms were small, which is expected but similar to APA hotel. You can choose pillows for more comfortable sleep. I was able to weigh my luggage at the front desk which helped a lot. No towels in the bath areas and it tended to get a bit messy by the end of the night.
- Tse (8/5): -
- Mikolaj (9/5): - Close to city center, very nice lobby. Happy hour with free drinks each afternoon. Free onsen available - with enough room for around 5 people No view from the window
- Sebastian Mærsk (9/5): Clean and comfortable hotel with easy access to Amerikamura and Dōtonbori. - This hotel is clean, comfortable, located in the nightlife heart of the city, and excellent value for the money. I've seen other reviewers complain about the room sizes, but that's to be expected for a Japanese inner city hotel, and I found it perfectly suitable as a solo traveller. The staff were also nothing but accommodating. I have no criticisms.
- natalie (10/5): - The room was comfortable, hotel amenities are really good.
- Lucile (8/5): -
- Łukasz Czyżewski (7/5): -
- Hayley (8/5): -
- VIKAS (3/5): Very tiny room with staff speaking no English at all. Very poor experience. - Location is good. This hotel if for business people staying overnight. It is not for families coming for leisure. Room is so tiny with no space for suitcase, no cupboard and bathroom is so tiny.
They booked us for 2 people for 5 nights. There is no way 2 people can stay in this accommodation for over 1 night. They shouldn’t be advertising this accommodation for any longer than one day..
- Ciara (8/5): -
- Vikram (6/5): Overall, it felt like the hotel prioritized rigid policies over guest comfort. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t reco - Location While the location of Super Hotel Premier Namba Shinsaibashi is undoubtedly convenient—close to Dotonbori, shopping streets, and great food spots—the overall stay was quite disappointing.
• Check-in was frustratingly rigid. Despite rooms being vacated as early as 10 am (which is already unusually early), the staff refused any flexibility for early check-in.
• Room size was extremely cramped. I understand Japan has compact spaces, but this felt excessively small and impractical—even for short stays. There was hardly any space to open a suitcase properly.
• No complimentary water provided in the room, which is a basic amenity almost everywhere else.
• Check-out time of 10 am is frankly unreasonable for any hotel. It left us feeling rushed and unwelcome on our final morning.

- Chuma (9/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Corinna (9/5): Superb -
- Lydia (7/5): Good - Good hotel, with the best AC out of all hotels we visited! Nice common bath. You could choose you own pillows in the lobby which was nice. The pjs was in a polyester scratchy material. You have to check out at 10 am, it's usually 11 am at other places.
- Kimonbc (10/5): Clean. Good location. Nice and Clean public bath. - Everything. The bathroom was a little small but still good enough and clean.
- Zhuofeng (10/5): A great place for short stay in Osaka - Walkable distance from the metro and train station. Great location regarding shopping and eating in Osaka. No.
- Melania (10/5): Perfect stay experience - Nice amenities, welcome bar, hot spring and friendly staff. Location also perfect in between shinsabashi and dotonburi streets.
- Vladyslav (9/5): It was comfortable, accommodating, and overall excellent. I highly recommend the onsen. - I liked the onsen and the welcome bar. The room was very small but that was expected.
- Hugues (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is great, they did their best to help me in English since I don't speak Japanese. Friendly, respectful and cheerful. A special thank you to Haruka and Sakai for their professional work.
It's a great location for shopping galore, restaurants of every kind and short walks to various transportation hubs.
The Onsen was perfect which was a daily routine and the evening free cocktails were much appreciated.
When I go back to Osaka/Dotonbori area, I'm staying here again.
- Stefanie (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (9/5): Superb - The location was really convenient and there were lots of little touches that were extra and not expected, like the cocktail bar experience and choosing your own pillow Rooms felt a bit small, but it's expected. The full table might have been too big for the size of the room, half size might have made it feel like it had more space
- Nicole (9/5): Efficient, small and perfectly proportioned for a solo traveler hotel - A PERFECTLY designed little room that was exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable bed with a small couch (that could convert into an additional futon I believe?) and a little side table that was perfectly proportional. A microwave, fridge and a typical Japanese shower tub completed the picture. The public bath was a selling point for me and I took full advantage of it's small but lovely setup. Really enjoyed the updated entertainment system that allowed me to log in to Netflix to relax (this was the last night of my trip and I was worn out and not interested in maximizing my time out of the room beyond grabbing dinner and doing a little shopping in nearby Dontonburi). Drinks and snacks in the lobby each evening were a lovely touch. They also offered a breakfast for an additional fee - I didn't take advantage of it but it looked great from what I saw. This is a pretty large chain of hotels and for short solo stays this would easily win over the few other similar styled ones I stayed at during my trip. Contactless checkout and friendly staff. Nothing!
- Fabio (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (9/5): Close to the action - Central location. Can walk to Dotonbori food precinct Right next to a freeway, so a bit noisy at night.
- Rosslyn (8/5): Good location. Relaxing onsen - Location, onsen, you can choose your own pillow & toiletries Small room but we already expected this based on previous reviews & room description
- Justin (7/5): Good location, close to most attractions - The Super Hotel Premier Namba Shinsaibashi Natural Hot Spring offers an excellent blend of location, comfort, and unique amenities, making it a great option for travelers visiting Osaka. Situated close to major attractions, it allows guests to explore the bustling streets of Namba and Shinsaibashi with ease.
The room size is typical of Japanese city hotels — compact but functional. While space may feel limited, the thoughtful design ensures that essential needs are met. For those used to larger hotel rooms, it might feel a bit tight, but it aligns with expectations for city stays in Japan.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the onsen (natural hot spring) available to guests. This is a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The experience adds a touch of relaxation and traditional Japanese culture to the stay, making it a memorable highlight.
Another notable perk is the complimentary drinks available to hotel guests from 6-8 pm daily. This thoughtful touch adds extra value to the stay and provides a perfect opportunity to relax before heading out for dinner or nightlife.
Overall, the Super Hotel Premier Namba Shinsaibashi Natural Hot Spring stands out for its prime location, soothing onsen experience, and thoughtful guest perks. While the distance from the metro may require some extra effort, the overall value, comfort, and convenience make it a worthwhile choice for those visiting Osaka. Its worth noting that the hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station. For those carrying large luggage, the distance might be slightly inconvenient but manageable.
- Jorge (8/5): Very good - Nice staff with great location and amennities Room was somewhat small
- Katrin (8/5): Very good - Good option for a one night stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an opportunity to use luggage delivery. They don’t let people with tattoos use onsen.
- Tanya (8/5): Great location! Friendly staff. The rooms are small but have everything that you need! - Good location.
Free cocktail bar every evening from 5-8 pm
The onsen to soak in after a day of touring and shopping! Tried to get a coffee in the restaurant in the morning and was told that I could not because I did not sign up for breakfast. I didn’t want to eat. Pretty poor when a hotel cannot offer a guest a coffee in the morning from a machine nonetheless!
- Aye (7/5): Good - A bit far from train station.
- Ryan (9/5): Superb - The friendly staff
The natural hot spring Nothing
- Paola (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, but we loved the open bar and the hot spring
- Ka (8/5): Very good -
- Stekhoven (10/5): Enjoyed the warm and helpful staff, the facilities provided, especially the welcome drinks provided in the eating and dr - The hotel was close to transport and cafes and restaurants. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Got to choose pillows and provided with pajamas. Loved they had an eating, drinks area and their welcome drinks provided in that area. The room was tiny and had to place suitcase on the bed to pack and unpack. But could live with that.
- Stephanie (7/5): Overall loved the onsen and the feature of seeing the congestion from tv screen! - Open bar and the ammenities that were offered! Dusty rooms
- Nicolas (7/5): Good -
- Jamez (8/5): An efficient and convenient stay, but onsen and stuffy corridors don't mix - Location of the hotel is close enough to be convenient but far enough to not be a nuisance or raising the price. Equipment in the room was sufficient and everything was in order. Being environmentally friendly is a great thing, but when it's high summer and your corridors are not air-conditioned, not even fan ventilated, then that's a bit of excess for someone hoping to travel for leisure.
- Eduard (9/5): Would go back! - Very good hotel! Near Dotonbori and many foodplaces, but further from Osaka centre. The metro is near, so that wasn’t a big problem. Even a familymart across the street. Friendly staff and possibility to store our luggage as well at the end. The hotelroom is cosy, like most hotels with the basic facilities. You can choose your own pillow downstairs (first come, first served though) and complementary beauty samples. The onsen was a nice feature. Our toilet was leaking a bit on the floor and they moved us to another hotelroom without a problem.
From 17-20u there is possiblity to get a free drink from their bar downstairs, we only used it once though since the time frame was not in our favour. A standard room is good for a couple, but might be tight in space if you are not used to be close with each other. There are bigger rooms available though!
- Vilde (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yong (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good - Loved the onsen, was great having that to return to in the evening to soak away the day's fatigue. Staff were very nice and helpful, and the ability to borrow a better (possibly) pillow for the stay was nice. During booking Free Hotel WiFi was not listed, however pleasantly surprised to see the hotel did in fact have free WiFi. Welcome Bar was awesome. Not much I'd complain about for a business hotel. Location was pretty great for Dotombori or if you'd like to visit Americatown. However, I would warn families with curious children that there were multiple adult entertainment establishments nearby and it did feel a tad seedy, might wish to be careful or vigilant. Was pretty funny explaining the signboards to my travelling companion though.
- Lauren (9/5): enjoyed our stay at this hotel. - the family liked the breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks.
laundry facility was great for us to use.
great location.
friendly and helpful staff. room were quite small.
wish had a lobby where we all can congregate and relax after day exploring since our rooms are too small.
- Yuxii (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (7/5): Good -
- Marcela (9/5): Good place to stay for a couple of days - Good location, amenities were great. Hot bath is a plus! Room a bit small for 2 people with one suitcase, but I guess that’s the standard.
- Debbie (7/5): Good - Location is great lots off family marts /7/11 stores and eating place around and not far walk to main shopping street The beds and pillow very uncomfortable , the room was smaller than any other hotel we had on our stay and made things uncomfortable in our room with large cases
