Thin walls. - On the good side: the location is clean, Room 1 has acces to a garden, check in was easy with clear instructions. Three rooms share a bathroom and kitchen. Very friendly cleaners. Bed is ok. Room 1 is spacious, has a fridge inside. Kitchen has gas to cook on. Loved that. Price is normal. Room 1 has a powerful wifi router for the house right next to the head end of the bed. Heating is very hot even at night, can not switch off heating in the individual room, no window to open (unless you leave the door to the garden open, which in an area with junkies, rats is not a good feeling to have the door open at night). It is my profession to create healthy houses and offices. Measuring EMF is part of my profession. In the room I measure above maximum value, it is even of scale of my meter! Which means it is harmful for health and above the international guidelines. The further you are to a router, the better, sleeping with one directly at the head end of a bed is health hazard. Of course everywhere is wifi, there are a bunch of antennas very near by in this street. But having a router literally right next to the bed is a very different story - it is too strong. I tried after seeing the room to cancel, as I find the situation unbearable with headaches, ringing ears and I need oxygen at night time, I feel suffocating in the warm room. I expect a healthy, clean place to sleep and a window to open, that is a minimum requirement for me. The owners would not refund my booking (for 6 nights) so for financial rasons I had to stay. I travel frequently to London, several times a year for almost 20 years. Never had a router right next to the bed inside the room. The area has gone down since the pandemic, many shops are closing, much more homeless, alcoholism's, drug addicts than before. I got mugged on the street in daylight. Like in most victorian houses, the walls are thin, you hear the neighbors snoring, talking, people walking above you. The old victorian houses I have seen all have some mold in the bathrooms. Do not expect continental standards. I wish one could see a room before booking, but the owners usually do not live in the house, you can only see the room after booking - or choose a hotel with reception and rooms to choose from.

• Tom (10/5): Great location, friendly hostess, great price. - Not in the crazy area of central London but a short convenient walk to the underground to get there. Hostess is very friendly and willing to help out and give ideas of what to do and see during the stay. I didn’t spend much time in the room but it was comfortable to stay in and very clean. Couldn’t recommend it more. Can house multiple guests so you have to share a bathroom, but as I did not spend much time in the room I had no issues.

• Reka (7/5): Good - The host girl was really flexible and kind! The house was really well equipped, and well located with both metro and bus stops near. We are both really tall (over 180 cm) so the bed was a bit small for us. It is not a huge negative but its good to know! Also, as mentioned i don't think the common areas (bathroom and kitchen) were cleaned every day.

• Wong (4/5): Disappointing - Kitchen. Got oven and you can cook your favorite vegetables. Got washing machine. Bed is comfortable Heater not working in my room. Waited for a few hours for portable heater with extension wire..Almost tripped over extension wire. Location is 15 mins walk from Willesdon Station. Not suitable if you have big luggage. Tolet not easy to flush. I do not think the cleaners come to do housekeeping every day. Unkempt garden.
