• Susie Sarigianni (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE – Unsafe, Broken, and Freezing - The location Stay away from this property! This was an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The apartment was completely misrepresented and, quite frankly, unfit for guests. ​Hazardous Conditions: The floor was broken, and the windows were cracked, allowing the cold air in. There was no heating, leaving the apartment freezing and unbearable to stay in. ​Poor Maintenance: The shower did not work properly, making it impossible to even maintain basic hygiene. ​Accessibility Issues: Be warned—this is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The stairs are extremely narrow and dangerous, especially if you have luggage. ​Zero Communication: We tried to contact the host multiple times about these issues, but they completely ignored our messages. They do not care about their guests' safety or comfort.

• Mario (1/5): Condizioni dell'appartamento disastrose. - Questo il messaggio inviato al SERVIZIO CLIENTI di Booking: "Sono un cliente booking da molti anni, non ho mai perso tempo ad evidenziare lievi carenze nelle strutture prenotate e, nel complesso, non ne ho mai trovato di tanto gravi da inficiare un giudizio generale complessivamente positivo anche se magari non superlativo. Questo sino al soggiorno recente nell'appartamento di Via Agnello 17 di PRESTIGE (!) BOUTIQUE HOMES del 27 novembre ultimo scorso (in cui ho prenotato per effetto della cancellazione della mia prenotazione presso altra struttura). Le idilliache foto che appaiono sul vostro sito sono totalmente incoerenti con lo stato di fatto dell'appartamento. Tralasciando l'insopportabile odore di vernice che ti accoglie all'ingresso la situazione è la seguente: l'appartamento è gelato (temperatura interna 16 gradi misurati), nessuno dei coiler delle stanze principali funzionava (solo quello il bagno), le condizioni igieniche (polveri, muffe, macchie di incerta natura su divani e accessori) più che a voi sono degne di segnalazione all’ASL, pavimenti divelti, prese pencolanti, finestre coi buchi. Ho a vostra disposizione una serie di scatti comprovanti quanto segnalato. Ero già al secondo cambio di appartamento per effetto della cancellazione subita e non ho trovato alternative in zona, diversamente sarei scappato a gambe levate. Sarebbe auspicabile un'integrale rimborso ma lascio a voi il dialogo con la struttura. Non è per il danaro ma per il principio: è vergognoso che lo promuovano come appartamento "prestigioso" in centro a Milano."

• David (8/5): amazing location with great space - amazing location great space very comfortable lots of stairs it’s a big walk up and the AC could use a little bit of an upgrade. However, the weather was fine and we were very comfortable.

• Oznur (3/5): I will not stay in this facility or recommend to my friends - The apartment unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. As we were not aware of the state of the staircase in advance — which was narrow and steep — we experienced great difficulty accessing the unit each day. Also, the overall cleanliness of the unit was lacking — there were only two bath towels and two face towels provided in total for two guests. Most of the power outlets inside the unit were unfunctioning and the heating of the unit was not functioning properly as it was usually cold inside. Several of the power outlets showed visible signs of disrepair (i.e. at times causing sparks when plugged in) which caused concern of a possible electricity fire. The only upside of the unit was the location but this was not sufficient to make up for everything else that was lacking about this accommodation.
• Juan (1/5): Bad - Nothing We was waiting with my family for about 3 hrs in the street waiting for an answer and instructions on how to get into the apartment and never receive it. The works part is we was traveling with 2 kids and the situation was so bad for us finally I get a hotel last minute. But this is the worst experience and never receive apologies even a text or call. Nothing be careful!! People
• Inga (9/5): Superb - Great location right in the city center, fredly and responsive staff, cozy and comfortable, would recommend to others. the kitchen and bathroom faucets were broken and worked partially, The front door was difficult to unlock and lock. Everything else is fine.

With broken windows and generally several damages in the interior. There where no reply from the living when they where notified about the deviations Chose something elese!

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The location cannot be beaten. Easy check in. Perfect appartment for a short term stay. A little box of treats was a lovely addition. Given it's central location it was quite noisy outside and the windows are not designed to keep the noise out.

The price for the quality was totally disproportionate

When we arrived, there were two welcome boxes of biscuits, jam, and tea and coffee supplies. The flat in the 3rd floor and no elevator, The kettle was not working , one of the air condition was not cooling, because I am taking only one night I didn’t call the hotel staff to change or to fix, so no issue with that

Great location in fact fantastic and that’s about it.The whole apartment kept on tripping the fuses exposed wires. No internet or tv . Kept on ringing and messaging the hosts and of course no answer but before we arrived they were saying we are available at your service .

• Yvonne (5/5): Fifty fifty - Great location, however very noisy street at night. Clean. Communication was good. Facilities require attention. Single fold out bed had missing slates, not enough cutlery or chairs for 5 people. No dishwasher or washing machine detergent provided. Some power point and light switches not working. No lift to get up to the third floor was challenging.

• Annette (1/5): Don't be fooled - It had a washing machine 68 stairs. We're not told until 10mins before arriving. Very noisy all night, curtains not blockout. Light in bedroom not working. Cooking facilities very ordinary. Screen on bath fell off, which didn't make any difference as water went everywhere anyway. 1 set of towels for 5 days. The word Prestige means reputation for high quality and boutique means sophisticated and fashionable. This place is neither and should not be advertised as such

• Kristen (6/5): Good location, comfy apartment - The location and the comfort of the apartment were great. The lack of communication had me nervous that I would get there and realize I was scammed. I kept asking for check in instructions and they said 2 days before, them when 2 days came, they said day before, then morning of, then promised by 1:00, finally got them at 2:00 right before we were due to check in. Also, it would of been helpful to do all of my pre check in before on our trip rather than day before trying to upload all of our passports etc while trying to sightsee and pack for our next spot. Our other rentals did that before we left for our trip.
• Aycan (3/5): Our Prestige boutique home experience - Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our 3-day Milan trip. The day we arrived, no one greeted us. When we entered the apartment, we learned that there was no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had a hard time carrying our suitcases up the steep stairs. We had difficulty opening and closing the main entrance door of the house. When we entered the house, we tried to solve everything ourselves. TV was not working. The glass was broken. The heater in the living room was not working. While taking a shower in the bathroom, hot water was cut off. The bedroom ceiling light was not working. They offered to come for the renovations. However, since we did not want them to enter our room while we were away, we did not want to waste our time on this during our 3-day holiday.

• Sheila (10/5): A perfect apartment in a great location. - We were very happy with the property location. The apartment was ver my clean and we were very thankful to Francesco who kindly kept in contact when we arrived via train and met us on arrival. It was a lovely warm welcome and he helped us carry our luggage and climb the three flight of steps (hard but great for daily exercise ) to reach our apartment. He was always available to help answer any questions and welcomed us with a lovely cup of Italian coffee and savoury biscuits too. Thank you Francesco for the perfect apartment, hot running water, lovely view and a well designed apartment where all the amenities were working. We was also located in a perfect location to the historic sites to visit. Nothing. The apartment was perfect.
• Ludmilla (7/5): Good - Ivan met us there and helped with the luggage since the property does not have an elevator. the location of the apartment is amazing, very central and close to all the attractions in milan. Ivan was very helpful in recommending restaurants to eat, and also helped us in booking our taxi trip to the airport. no elevator / AC not strong enough for august weather
• Fernando (6/5): Good location and value but with certain shortcomings. - Location was great and staff was very helpful. Ivan even helped us with our luggage to the property. I was very thankful for that because I was with four girls. My mom, wife daughter and SIL. It atop the fourth level of the a building without any elevators. The portable airconditioning unit struggled against the heat and it was uncomfortable to a point. And when washing our clothes, the fuse box frequently tripped as we have to keep the AC units on. We have to choose to stop the washer instead.

• Shahar (9/5): Perfect place for young couples - The property was cleaned and big. It was very close to the Duomo and all the best shopping places. You need to claim 3 floor, there is a noise from the bar across the street and the bad in the living room is not comfortable.
• Nur (10/5): I am happy and satisfied customer - Ivan and Poedro is very nice, warm welcoming, friendly. We are highly appreciated that they allow us to check out late. As we come with 2 kids, early check out will be bits difficult to handle with lots of luggage. Im asking for 30 minutes late check out but surprisingly they offer us for extra stay 2 hours. They are very considerate and generous. The house is cozy, beautiful, smell good and have basic needed for traveller for example washing machine, cooking accessories. Our kids enjoy bath tub very much. Nothing at all. Just for the small improvement in future, maybe the owner can provide a cutting board for cooking, kitchen tissue, extra rubbish plastics. Another thing is maybe we dont understand with the automation heating system in the house. The water heating looks like on off. It is cold to take the shower but sometimes it working and sometime it is not. Also when we try to use the oven, the electric is trip, maybe the owner can check on this in the case the oven is overload or what. Other than this, everything is excellent and perfect.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceed expectations, great location and plenty of room. - The host explained very clearly how to access the room. It was a warm day so it was very nice to be met with a cold water for each of us in the fridge. We were also provided with coffee and tea for the morning. The amenities were great, we were pleased to have access to an iron, ironing board, air conditioning, fridge freezer. We couldn't have asked for much more. The host contacted me via WhatsApp which made us feel like we had quick and easy access to contacting the host which was great. We were four men and we had plenty of space and an unbelievable amount of storage space with plenty of coat hangers and drawers to store our things. Cannot write the review without mentioning the location! We couldn't have been much closer to duomo cathedral without being in the square itself which also meant we had great access to transport. Can't recommend enough! The only negative I can think of is that the air conditioning was slightly loud - but I would still take that over no air conditioning at all.

Bit of a wait around and text to and thro to get the keys, but once sorted good step by step video's for keys etc. Could be some king of parking provision for the local car park
