• MegKiv (9/5): - The house was a great size! Well maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished bedrooms, lounge and dining area. Good sized and clean bathrooms. Awesome chill out zone down by pool in the shade which was very comfortable and utilised during the hottest parts of the days. Everything was available to use as far as kitchen utensils, crockery, washing machine, etc. Didn't need a thing other than ourselves and luggage! Upstairs was a bit hot in the master bedroom at times. The fan helped and the breeze from the sliding door in lounge helped of an evening.

• Michele (9/5): Superb - The location of the house was good, just a short walk to the beach and only a 20 minute walk to the other end of town where the Golf Club is for dinner. The hosts were easy to communicate with, The house was lovely, four very nicely styled and comfy bedrooms, a huge backyard for our dog and a really nice pool, which was super warm and enjoyable. The top level had a really cosy and comfortable lounge/dining area. There are two lovely decks to sit out on, the top one having water views. We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our family of 5 celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday! We didn't like that we had to leave - we could easily have stayed a week or more

• Brian (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in the house and Mollymook was a nice place to visit. - Very nice house, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent living room. The outside terraces were fine, nice enclosed garden suitable for our small dog. The house was 5 minutes walk from the centre of the beach, 10 minutes from shops, coffee and restaurants. Easy check in and good communication from the hosts.
• Dawn (9/5): Lovely House - Lovely house, spacious, clean, well equipped. Walk to beach. Only comment is dish washing machine a bit temperamental and not washing properly, but other than that, all great.

• Susan (8/5): Quiet comfortable little getaway. - I love that it was pet friendly, had a pool and fenced yard. The bedrooms had block out blinds which was great and new windows on the front of the property. The sliding doors I couldn’t open properly as they didn’t slide on their tracks on both verandahs.
• Eileen (8/5): Nice family weekend away - Location was good. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen / house was well kitted out to accommodate 8 people. Pet friendly is a bonus. Doll house was a plus for the kids in our party. As weather was not the best during our stay, quite cold, it was good that bedding had lots of blankets and little heaters around the place. Front garden was well maintained. Lots of seating options around different levels of the property. Upside down living means a lot of stairs climbing between the kitchen and dining area. Too many cushions on bed. Bed was quite soft.

• Michelle (5/5): Lots of family fun. Just needs attention to cleaning. Particularly clean linen and eating utensils. - Property was potentially great. Unfortunately some things were not disclosed and some things could have been better. See below. The family games stored in the upstairs lounge area were fun and we soent a couple of nights laughing and having lots of fun with those. Part of the pool area was cordoned off. This was not disclosed either by photos or comments. Areas that showed plants in the online photos were just dirt. Also definite attention to cleaning needed as one bed had soiled sheets with sand still in it, the bbq was not clean and the lower bathroom linen hamper had a used cotton bud still in it. Coffee machine had not been cleaned and had used pods within. Other items of note: no exhaust in either bathroom. No cleaning/wiping cloth provided in kitchen. (Only a wet sponge which is not conducive to wiping a bench clean and dry). Utensils had fingermarks all over like they had not been washed throughly.
