Fuite à la cabine de douche qui inonde toute la pièce, réparée très sommairement. La fuite est réduite mais existe toujours. Distributeur de gel douche dans la cabine vide.

• Tessa O (8/5): Great Stay, Great location. - The apartments themselves were great, spacious and clean, the 2 pools were lots of fun for the kids. There was no check in office or extra conveniences on site, we had to drive off site to a sister hotel to check in, collect keys, or if we wanted any extra towels etc. We also advised of our arrival time but still had to wait approx 3 hrs for our room to be ready. However staff were very apologetic and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Upon checking with the staff we were informed that there was no fruit basket and that they would give us a bottle of wine. The apartments need to be inspected before guests arrive. There was a dead bird decomposing on the balcony. The toilet brush was broken. Some of the cooking utensils were broken. More kitchen towels and place mats.vx

A lift használata kellemetlen volt a benne árradó furcsa, égett bakelitre emlékezettő szag miatt.

• Artline Moana (10/5): My stay was overall very enjoyable. The apartment exceeded expectations—clean, newly renovated, and excellent value for - The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was clean, modern, and newly renovated. For the price, it was excellent value. While the pool in the photos appears slightly enhanced, it was still beautiful and enjoyable to swim in. The location was also fantastic—close to everything I needed. I’d also like to mention that Lau provided amazing customer service over the phone and through messaging—friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout my stay. Just be aware that there are permanent residents staying at this property, so it’s not entirely a “resort/apartment” experience. There is also a public thoroughfare leading to the pool area, which means you may not have full privacy when using the balcony. Additionally, the staff were less than exceptional during check-in, and I experienced an issue with how a financial promotion was handled.

A check-in hitch, which delayed us getting in to unit. Staff were very apologetic and offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. T.v remotes didn’t work effectively unless standing up near tv. Not a huge concern for me but others found it frustrating.

• Langkilde (8/5): Great Location and easy access to Cairns and or Port Douglas - Location was great, we had all the facilities to enjoy all together instead of being in separate locations or rooms. Parking was great and BBQ facilities always cleaned by the staff. Great. Would stay again No internet or wifi. A choice to have internet to watch streaming services using personal logins would be great!

It’s about a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants - which is totally fine but we were there at a rainy time of year, so a little more challenging.

Quiet location, excellent service and very comfortable beds🤗 Plenty of room for everyone and the wrap around balcony was a huge plus. Plenty of parking space right at your doorstep, the apartment was very clean and the blinds in every room made it so easy to rest and sleep in total comfort. Absolutely loved our stay at the Coral Coast Resort and was met with fantastic service. We will definitely be coming back /Jen & family.

• Elenkov (6/5): Better on the inside than what it looks like on the outside - We liked the bathroom toiletries, coffee and tea satchets were made available, we liked breakfast bar, the kitchen had good crockery and cutlery available. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were all too high. We didn't like that there was no Reception centre on site and we had to travel to a nearby property to collect keys and check-in. We didn't like the look of the external of the building. We didn't like the toilet location behind the door. The TV did allow us to access all stations. The balcony had a spider nest with hatching spiders that were not removed prior to our stay. There were geckos in the apartment.

Light and airy rooms with good air con, nice decor, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Lounge air con just needed to be turned off at night as the anti-condensation pump was right above the main bedroom and made noises through the night! Once we figured it out it was fine though:)

• Jess (4/5): Very Disappointing - won’t be back. - The Pool was warm and easy to access. The surrounding mountains were a nice view. Firstly there was NO mention about the apartment having no wifi. We found the fact that the reception was in a completely different part to where we were actually staying. The shower was TINY and had a steal shelf located inside the shower at head height making this a huge hazard as we hit the back of our heads several times. There was a light in the lounge room that was tripping the main power switch which was also a huge risk especially having a child in room. The maintenance crew came twice during our stay to fix the light - both times we were in bed asleep. This was disruptive to our stay giving the toddler was woken due to them entering (not their fault as they were just doing their job) . I feel we should NOT have been given this room to start with. We realised we were also situated in what appeared to be retirement housing of our surrounding units which they weren’t very kind or happy that “vacationers” were staying there and swimming in “their” pool with children. We paid almost $700 which was not worth the stay at all. We will not return to this property, nor as a travel agent will I suggest my clients to stay here either. While stating it’s “family friendly” the size of the apartment is not very family friendly. The bathroom and balcony is tiny and not family friendly at all.
• Steven (8/5): Very good - The pool was great. The apartment was modern and clean. Sit out on the balcony, very spacious. Kitchen bench and dining table were a great size. Laundry in room. Not enough space for 6 people with having to use the fold out couch. With only one bathroom with the toilet in it made it hard. Had to buy cutlery, baking trays, a chopping board, which we left behind.

Wi-Fi was almost non existent, the whole area around there is run down, and looks like the rooms were full of rentals and permanents.

• Camilla (1/5): Dirty ad Rude! - the location was good We arrived at the property late (after informing them, of course) and received instructions for self-check-in. We followed the instructions, got the keys, and upon entering the apartment, we realized that there were only 4 beds ready, even though we had booked for 5 people. I searched the room for sheets or anything to make the sofa bed myself, but there was nothing. While doing this and opening the sofa bed, I noticed the amount of dirt on both the sofa and the floor. I went back to the reception and explained the situation to the lady, who, instead of apologizing, told me that I should have informed them that I needed the sofa bed. I reiterated that if I book for 5 adults, I expect to find 5 beds. Her attitude was rude, especially since it was clearly their mistake. With an unpleasant tone, she put me on hold and then informed me that someone would come to prepare the bed. Another lady arrived with a bag full of sheets, pillows, and towels. I showed her the dirt, and she agreed, apologizing that it was not a good welcome and promised to bring us at least a bottle of prosecco to apologize (which never happened!). Additionally, no one from the reception contacted us to apologize, offer a gift, or give us a discount… oh, and we ended up making the bed ourselves, and no one cleaned the dirt. Such poor staff ruin places that could be beautiful. What a shame! P.S. Throughout all this, I also sent an email to the general manager, who never responded. Clearly, the negligence and poor customer care start at the top

• Robyn (8/5): Very comfortable and easy. - Easy to get to and good location. Clean and had all facilities we needed. We had 5 staying - so sofa bed was booked for and needed. It was made up with a bottom sheet - but we got no explanation of bedding for it and used pillows and a doona with no cover from the bedroom cupboards to make it up. There was no top sheet provided.
• Christa (8/5): Great apartment in beautiful location - Great apartment, in stunning location. Lovely walk to promenade and beach with great restaurants. Disappointed that property did not have Wifi which was difficult with 3 teenagers. This should be made more explicit on booking sites.
• Sally (7/5): Comfortable and quiet - Lovely big apartment with comfortable beds. Nice quiet location. Very minimalist kitchen gear with absolutely no basics…..no detergent, alfoil, glad wrap etc.
• Claire (8/5): Great comfortable apartment. Loved Palm Cove, really laid back. - The apartment had almost everything you need. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Laundry. Parking. Swimming pool. Decent sized living room. We knew about the whole confusion about the check in process from reading reviews so knew what to do. A really easy fix would be to just tell people what to do in a pre departure email. We were given a portable WiFi router at reception. We were told it was wired and you could only plug one device in but in fact it was wireless and up to 30 devices can connect to it and it worked ok. Just make sure you ask for one when you check in! There were a few things that would be great additions. Oven gloves, an extra tea towel, an extra baking tray. The freezer didn’t shut properly so need looking at. It’s a short walk or drive to the restaurants of Palm cove which was fine for us. If you’re doing a supermarket shop the Coles at Clifton Beach is the best for value.

• Jen (8/5): Good value resort close to Palm Cove! - We liked the spacious rooms at the resort. The beds were comfortable & had 2 tvs and good kitchen facilities. There was 2 pools but not heated. It had a nice big balcony overlooking the trees and felt very tranquil. No wifi. Reception wasn’t at the resort. Luckily I checked the reviews and knew to pick up keys at Sebel around the corner about 2 mins away by car. It wasn’t on the beach. Had to walk about 15 mins to beach and no corner shop close by.

No wifi connectivity at all, did not realize this at the time of booking, would have been perfect to have this in the apartment. Location was a little remote from the main part of Palm Cove.

• Sally (7/5): Good - The check in information was useless. You had to go to the neighbouring resort reception to check in but there was nothing to tell us this. We ended up finding out where to go by asking the gardener who wasn't sure but gave us the general area and then going into the gym/pool place near by and they told us to try the other resort. We spent a few hours searching to get our keys etc so this was really disappointing. Just needed to notify us where to go and this would have been avoided as it was easy when we knew where to go.

• Suzee (5/5): Very spacious apartment located 5 minute walk to beach with everything you need to enjoy your stay. - The apartment was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. All you need to bring is you, your clothes and food. Buildings have stairs and elevator access for all floors. Luggage trolley provided. Kitchen has full size fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, and sharp knives. Laundry hidden off kitchen with both washer and dryer and laundry tub. Balcony access from main room, dining area, and lounge room. 1. During the stay on the first night there was a disturbance at an apartment on ground floor, that was both violent and vulgar. It does not appear that there is security that patrol the compound, police called however did not attend. The disturbance lasted over 5 hours into the early hours of the morning. 2. The massive spiders that have taken up residency in gigantic webs, one of which is on the balcony of the apartment and the other near a stair well on the balcony you walk along to gain access to your apartment.
