- Guste (10/5): Highly recommend for short stay, lovely location in Chinatown Milan - The air conditioning in the bedroom was one of the best features whilst staying mid June. Very clean property and beautiful front door view of the plants. Had some trouble regulating the heat in the shower
- Łuczak (8/5): Very good - Very nice and cosy Opening the door with the code was a bit complicated but manageble
- Stan (10/5): Good location. Comfortable apartment. I will recommend. - Good apartment close to metro stations and public transport stations. A 30-minute slow walk to the main points. I would recommend it. It was a few minutes; I hope it will be fixed. ViKey platform should make operations easy, but it was difficult due to faulty functionality.
- Andreea (6/5): The apartment was overpriced - Quick reply from administrator The shower. Only the overhead shower worked.
The water was either too hot or too cold. The hot water was not enough for 2 showers.
The check-in process was very annoying.
- Andrei (9/5): Superb - Very cozy and clean apartment, located close to the city center. The only small inconveniences would be: - the lack of a sponge with detergent in the kitchen and hand wash in the bathroom. As a recommendation, it would be nice to have 2 pairs of single-use slippers.
- Vanesa (9/5): Superb -
- Fadhil (9/5): It was a very nice expriance - It was very cozy and calm The bath room air conditioning system doesn’t not working and it was very cold
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Liza (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed the apartment and recommend you to live in!
- Snyder-phillips (8/5): Abbastanza bene! I’d book it agian - Stylish modern furniture, windows on either side of the apartment, laundry in unit, casa forte, kitchen, modern bathroom Hot water went cold after 5 Minutes.
- Bilal (10/5): Exceptional - It was really comfortable. The host was quick to respond and was very understanding for letting us get into the apartment a bit earlier due to very bad weather.
In the apartment you have all you need. I highly recommend the place Some extra pillows would be great.
Some hand soap is also needed.
- Zbynek (8/5): Very good -
- Usik (4/5): Nice place, great location. Be sure that you are tech savvy to be able to get in. - We really liked the design of the room. The glass "wall" between rooms make it look spacious and light. The chair and sofa make it comfortable for reading in the evening. Overall, the place looks nice and cozy.
The location is amazing, walkable distance to the metro and some attractions. We had even been planning to return there one day soon, but then there were some concerns. First of all - the locking system. It takes too much time to register, and finally get there. BTW, thank you previous reviewers, I was prepared to have some difficulties with the lock and spend some time entering. Once we had problems with getting out of the property, tried calling the number given, nobody answered. (( So, DO read ALL their instructions and watch the videos if you want to stay at this place.
If you are planning to stay for one night - choose another place. If you may come late and tired - avoid this place.
If you are planning to stay for a week or some - it's a good place. After first try you will figure out their locks, and the opening will be easy )
Anyway, keep your phone well charged and internet connected to avoid staying on the street )
The last disappointing point - property tried to blame me for damaging the surface on the kitchen. So, I would recommend future guests two things:
1. make pictures of everything in the flat just on arrival, to be able to prove that you didn't damage anything.
2. Don't use anything in the flat, cos regular wear of the surfaces would be considerate as damage done by you. )))
- Carole (9/5): Superb - Great place, great location, v clean, v nice kitchen v well equipped, we would be happy to come back! This key system on the phone is difficult to handle when your phone is old and runs out of battery frequently. Would be great to had just basic like salt and oil, a tea towel, and a bit more than one paper toilet roll. But other than that, great property!
- Monika (7/5): Cute apartment but I wouldn’t return. - It’s a cosy place with a great location.
Lamps are great! 🤩 Check in method is not really user friendly. Phone with internet access is required (it’s required to click on a link, and then in “open building/ appartment doors “). What If mobile phone discharges during the day or internet isn’t available?
There were no paper towels or kitchen towels of any sort.

- Renate (8/5): Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend. Location is great. - Very easy, normally you open the door via a link but the internet was down so there was a very kind girl who met us. We could get into the apartment early too so that was great! The internet was fixed before we arrived so all good. The apartment has everything you need - a small kitchen, very comfy bed and even a washing machine for longer stays. I worked from there for a few mornings which all worked great too. To be honest I really liked the place - I saw some reviews about water and not having any coffee pods, the hosts definitely listened to that because everything was there. You get a little starter kit to make tea and coffee (but I mean you're in Italy so you better go out to get an espresso somewhere!)
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Po (6/5): limited hot water is not acceptable during winter - close to China town since we are Chinese
cozy room and decent design, clean 1. no one reply your message after ~18:30
2. limited hot water,
it become warm to cool during shower. they claimed that the heater can hold 120L water for shower, it should be ok if it is not a very long shower. then we thought it was because we also used it for washing dishes and other stuffs.
But on second day, one of us go take shower first after a whole day sightseeing (no one use it for whole day), hot water still run out in the end of shower, even I have controlled the usage very carefully!!!!! one of us have to wait 1hr to take shower again.
Can’t imagine when happen if it is in true winter since now is only October.
