• Nikroon (7/5): Соответствует стоимости жилья, но хотелось бы более комфортных базовых вещей (ванная, матрас) - Мне понравилось 2 балкона с каждой стороны. Мне понравились объёмы жилья. Мне понравилось количество доступных услуг внутри жилья, мы даже воспользовались медицинский-сумкой. Идеальное расположение около метро. Для своей цены очень сносно и удобно по расположению. Неудобный душ для использования, дуршлаг не крепится на стену, вода течёт мимо. В доме очень мало светильников и только часть комнат хорошо освещена. Часть кнопок для света вообще не используется. Одна из кнопок вызывает сирену. Жёсткий матрас на кровати, моей пояснице пришлось нелегко. Район мигрантов и рабочего класса, средней безопасности. Ночью на улицу я бы не выходил.

• Fragkaki (8/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καθαρό διαμέρισμα - Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από την κυρία Μαρία, υπήρχαν όλες οι απαραίτητες οδηγίες και κατευθύνσεις για τη διαμονή μου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ακριβώς στην είσοδο του σταθμού και δίπλα από την πολυκατοικία έχει φούρνο για καφέ και πρωινό. Η διαρρύθμιση είναι λίγο δύσκολη, και χρειάζονται κάποιες βελτιώσεις τις οποίες ανέφερα στην ιδιοκτήτρια.

• Ισαάκ Μπασούκος (10/5): - Όλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα! Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο και σε κάνει να ξεχνάς ότι βρίσκεσαι στην Αθήνα. Η ατμόσφαιρα είναι τόσο όμορφη που βγαίνεις στο μπαλκόνι και αλλάζει τελείως η διάθεσή σου. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, στο κέντρο των Κάτω Πατησίων, και σχεδόν μπροστά από την πολυκατοικία βρίσκεται η στάση του ηλεκτρικού, κάτι που κάνει τις μετακινήσεις πολύ εύκολες. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τελευταίο όροφο, με μεγάλο μπροστινό μπαλκόνι με θέα και ένα δεύτερο μικρό μπαλκονάκι στο υπνοδωμάτιο, που το κάνει ακόμη πιο όμορφο και φωτεινό. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Χρειάστηκε να μιλήσουμε και στο τηλέφωνο και ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καλή και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Από τη διακόσμηση του σπιτιού φαίνεται πόση φροντίδα και αγάπη έχει βάλει στον χώρο. Ειλικρινά 10/10 σε όλα: στο σπίτι, στην τιμή, στο σημείο και στον χώρο. Και το πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Δεν ξέρω αν ξεχνάω κάτι, αλλά πραγματικά άξιζε απόλυτα!

• Ulla (10/5): Very nice apartment with good location - Very good and very clean apartment with very good location. Apartment is on the fifth floor, so the busy Kato Patissia traffic did not disturb. When going into the building I liked how well maintained everything was. Apartment is old but as in pictures one can see it is cozy and very well taken care of. -

Maria the host very sweet and approachable, the apartment spotless clean, decorated in a lovely manner with a big main balcony, in a convenient location close to the metro station just next door. Parking wasn't a big problem for me as if you search for a parking not very late at night you can get a good spot close by. In any case there are paid parking solutions near too in a good daily rate. Yes it is not one of the highest rated neighborhoods, but apparently like any area around the world you do not roam around late at night. I never felt unsafe or scared in any of the days, even during my late night walking with my dog. Overall I think the stay here really worth it and it can accommodate comfortably even 4 people.

• Joseph (6/5): A different experience. - Location. 1 minute from the metro. Very helping host. Allowed us to store our luggage way before check-in time. Although the owner decorated the appartement in a rustique look, which is very nice, it made the furniture not so comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom needs major renovations. Old sinks old bathtub. The shower head kept on falling.

• Cosmin (10/5): AMAZING place in terms of style. Definitely not your standard booking, a very lovely vintage vibe. - Location is near a metro station so it's very useful for tourists or visitors without a mean of transport. The house has a very unique vintage style and has everything that someone would need. The best-of-all-time CD's are a nice detail and definitely add to the whole feeling of the place where we found ourselves just chatting and listening to them. Overall value for money, a fresh breath from the monotony of most places on these type of platforms, definitely worth a visit! It is a less than ideal piece of Athens, just be cautious around the neighbourhood and you will be fine!

• Stefano (8/5): - Incredibile position, very close to the center of athens but also close smto the highway in case you need to reach others areas of athens by car/taxi. The flat is nice with a retro carachter Just some small things that could be improved easily like the pillows or the noisy air conditioning/heat pump in the bedroom
• Anikó (10/5): Spacious, bright, perfect location - Perfect location, the apartment is right in front of the metro station, very spacious, really comfortable. It was the best equipped place I’ve ever stayed, small details are very important! Grocery, bakery, cosmetics, coffe shops, restaurant everything is all around within 3 mins walk, can’t reccomended it enough! Host was very helpful and responsive, I would definitely stay again coming to Athens! -
• Garyfalia (8/5): - Βολεύει παρά πολύ η τοποθεσία του. Είναι δίπλα στον ηλεκτρικό οπότε η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο είναι πανευκολη. Έχει γύρω του τα πάντα, supermarket, φαρμακείο, εστιατόρια, parking, καφετέριες. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική, την βρίσκεις άμεσα.

• Mary (10/5): - Πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, από τα πιο κομψά Airbnb που έχω μείνει.
• YIANNIS8888 (8/5): Νο coffee-No water-No parking. - Η τοποθεσία και το διαμπερες σπίτι με το ωραίο μπαλκόνι του. Αν και υπήρχαν πολλά σκεύη κι οργανωμένη κουζίνα έλειπε το πιο βασικό.Ουτε δείγμα οποιουδήποτε καφε κι ουτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό. Επίσης κατά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη για το θεμα παρκινγκ (συνοδευα Αμεα)με διαβεβαίωσε οτι θα βρούμε εύκολο παρκινγκ.Δυστυχως αφήσαμε το αυτοκίνητο 500 μέτρα μακρια .Ουτε δείγμα παρκινγκ, ουτε με πληρωμη στα 3 ιδιωτικά παρκινγκ της περιοχής.

• Carol (10/5): Cosy apartment and convenient location! - Beautiful apartment with character! A comfortable and quiet bedroom that faces the inner courtyard. Well-equipped kitchen. Convenient location that is less than a minute away from the metro! Wonderful host with clear instructions. Would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality. The lockbox was a little high for me to reach because I'm short - 152cm tall, but still managed by tiptoeing. Everything else was perfect!

Μόνο αρνητικό η "κακόφημη " γειτονιά λόγω μικρό εγκληματικότητας. Κάτι που έχει να κάνει καθαρά με την περιοχή και όχι το διαμέρισμα

• Géza (10/5): The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable throughout our stay. - Excellent location in a safe neighborhood. The metro entrance is no more than 15 meters away. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. We especially liked the street-facing balcony that opened onto a large square – we had all our meals there. We really enjoyed our stay. There was no such thing.
• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is steps off the metro stop, it is super clean and extremely comfortable. There is a supermarket right across the street and plenty of restaurants if that is more preferable. We only stayed one night after a long flight from the US before catching a morning bus to the islands, and it was night to have a place a short walk to the bus station while also an easy metro ride to see the touristy sights (while not sleeping in the heavily touristy area). Even though the street noise was lousy, once we shut the apartment up for the night, it was near silent and the bed was extremely comfortable. I got 12 hours of sleep! It was perfect for us and I plan to book it again if we decide to stay a few nights and be better tourists on our way out of the country. The only reason I gave 1 less star on location is because it isn't right in the middle of the tourist area for walkable access to those sights and I assume that is the preference of most. However, as previously mentioned, the metro is right there and we preferred the quick and easy morning access to the bus station.

Literally on top of the Kato Patisia metro station (Line 1) which makes it very easy to travel within the city, but most importantly, given the business of the region, the apartment itself is really quiet. Would definitely visit again.

Well accessible with public transport and parking for a car. We can’t control but the location is not the best of Greece but no security issues faced by us.

• Satish (10/5): One of the best places in Athens to stay - Apartment is extremely clean, maintained by a friendly owner. Saw a few odd people on the street like every other city but felt very safe here. A couple of neighbours wanted to talk and help but couldn't due to the language barrier. Highly recommend this apartment. Apartment is in the city centre close to top attractions. There are many eat outs around that you do not have to spend time in the kitchen. Will strongly suspect this place to my close friend's.
