• Tumi (10/5): Lovely Apartment - Really pleasant stay in this apartment. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Thames . There is also parking in the basement for a very reasonable fee. Key collection was straightforward and felt really safe for family Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect

• Anne (4/5): This was advertised as a luxury apartment and could have been so. In fact it fell way short. - Location by the river. The potential of the accommodation - it could have been very good but was ruined by lack of basic amenities and was not clean. Appalling (I.e. non existent ) communication prior to arrival. A host of emails and telephone calls were not answered until, eventually, on the day of arrival contact was made. On eventual arrival at the apartment it was not clean (the oven in particular was dirty, one bathroom mat was soiled. In the kitchen the cupboard door beneath the sink was simply not there. There was no bin for kitchen rubbish beyond a very small flip top so we had to use a black plastic bag. Just four unironed pillow cases and we found 17 towels including 10 bath in the tumble dryer which was very hot indeed - a fire hazard.

Pudimos hacer el check in antes de tiempo. Rezvey buen anfitrión. Para nuestra sorpresa, había una cama que estaba sucia, había pelos. Almohadas y edredones sin funda. El resto bien
• Julia (9/5): Lovely apartment. Shocking communication - Beautiful apartment. Communication was a serious issue and quite stress inducing. Didn’t get anything from owner until a couple of hours before check in, by which time we had already arrived in London. This was despite booking.com also attempting to contact them.
• Louise (10/5): Skøn lejlighed - Rigtig lækre og trygge omgivelser. Fint område med alt hvad du skal bruge. Virkelig hjælpsom udlejer. God bus- båd- eller togforbindelse lige ind til hjertet af London. Flot flot beliggenhed lige ned til Themsen. Nede i gården var der et meget larmende ventilationsanlæg fra parkeringskælderen gemt under en rist, og pga af sommervarmen blev vi nød til at have altandør/vindue åbent om natten. Når vinduet og døren var lukket var der ingen støj.
• Taylor (6/5): Nice place for a short stay - Location was good and the view was lovely. Great to have two bathrooms and a washing machine. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. No aircon which made it quite uncomfortable at times. There is no communication up until right before check in which made things a little tricky. The cleaning could have been better as my son kept finding every little thing.

• Claire (8/5): Great location. Clean,tidy and secure but better communication needed. - Great location. Easy to get to. Very clean and secure. Clearer communication regarding how to get in/where to park, ahead of time would have made it a little less stressful. Had tried to check this over 4 months by message, text and phonecall and in the end had to organise parking away from property. Didn’t know where we were actually going until on the day. Not ideal.

• Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - Nice waterfront apartment, comms good and key pick up and drop off well managed via block concierge. Suited our purpose of a base for the night whilst attending a conference in London

Only thing I think can be added is a instruction manual if what to do on checkout, where the WiFi is kept for the code, where things are etc, and any more information that is relevant but it is only a small niggle so not a negative comment

• Magmtk (9/5): It’s a fantastic apartment - I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others - It was spacious, bright, immaculately clean. There were great views and it was perfectly situated for the RAD where we were attending workshops. The beds were comfortable, the towels luxurious and the showers were fabulous. There was very little to dislike. These are very minor points: - it would have been very helpful to have wifi info somewhere more obvious. We didn’t find it till just before we left. - it always feels very welcoming to have a few coffee, tea and milk sachets available. - the people in the concierge office were very polite but they took nearly ten minutes to find and pass on the envelope with the key. We also didn’t know whether or not to return the key to them on departure. Perhaps a brief clear instruction sheet with wifi info and details of where to leave the key on departure? As I said, these are just very minor points - they did not spoil our enjoyment and appreciation of this excellent accommodation.

• Sharon (9/5): Very nice apartment! - Nice location. Restaurants were very walkable. There was a nice river walk path very nearby. It was very comfortable. Cleaning fee was kind of high for a one night stay. Nearby road closures made getting in and out slow.

We paid for parking which was located in the basement, our car was safe and the owners were hospitable in every way. They couldn’t do enough for us to have a stress free stay. Thank you so much and would highly recommend this to anyone.
