• Claudio (8/5): - Kleines, angenehm gestaltetes Appartement mit gemütlichem Balkon; da der Wohnblock durch eine Häuserzeile geschützt ist, bleibt es tagsüber und nachts trotz belebter Umgebung sehr ruhig. Darum und auch wegen den bequemen Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Unsere Fragen wurden jeweils rasch und unkompliziert beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartementes war für uns optimal. Alles Nötige für einen Ferienaufenthalt ist in der Umgebung erhältlich und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist mit U-Bahn, Bus und Tram ausgezeichnet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien sind somit gut erreichbar. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgerüstet, jedoch etwas unpraktisch eingerichtet (sehr kleines Spülbecken, wenig Ablageflächen). Leider haben einige Grundutensilien gefehlt (Abtropfbecken, Abtrockungstuch, sauber Schwamm/Lappen). Bei unserer Ankunft war die Luft vom Abfluss im Bad oder von der Waschmaschine recht unangenehm.

• JUAN R. CUESTA (8/5): - El apartamento está en un barrio de Viena a varias estaciones de metro del centro histórico. Internamente el apartamento está bien, pero el edificio se ve un poco deteriorado. El anfitrión excelente, nos resolvió un problema de fechas de estancia. El edificio exterior del apartamento. El lugar de recogida de llaves.
• Mariannagovoni (6/5): - Non mi piace particolarmente dare giudizi negativi ma non riesco a non pensare a quelle lenzuola piene di macchie. Una cosa davvero da evitare. Trovo inoltre discutibile lasciare (per 4 notti di soggiorno): - Un pezzo di scottex (uno di numero) - Un rotolo iniziato di cartigienica - Una macchina del Caffè senza cialdine - 3 bustine per il the per 4 colazioni - del Pane per Terra Nella terrazza .. tutte queste cose mi lasciano davvero pensare a una pochissima cura nei dettagli. Tralasciando altre cose di poco conto, risolte con il proprietario che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, non posso che lasciare questi commenti. Spero che queste segnalazioni vengano prese in considerazione per rendere una casa, di base accogliente e con dei buoni servizi, migliore.

• Shaista (7/5): Good - The apartment was cosy and spacious. The location was also good, easy to get into and get on ubpic transport. Could have been more clean. Bathroom mirror was broken and shower cubicle had mould on it. Dishes available were not the cleanest.
• Feyzula (10/5): A relaxing, comfortable stay with all essentials, fast Wi-Fi, and close proximity to the city center, perfect for unwind - I had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was very clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including an umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for staying connected. The balcony had just the right amount of space, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment in the fresh air. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Despite being close to the city center, the surroundings were peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay
