• Carter (5/5): Passable - Great location. No air-conditioning! Extremely small apartment with very tight spaces and small rooms and common spaces.
• Graham (1/5): Very disappointing stay – not as advertised The property was in poor condition and didn’t reflect the photos or price. O - Location was good, that’s it! 1. Early arrival arrangement and unacceptable condition on arrival: The property owner agreed to let us drop off our bags at 12pm, ahead of the 3pm check-in time. However, when we arrived, previous guests were still occupying the apartment. One of the individuals present admitted to hosting a large party the night before. The apartment was in a complete mess — it looked like a bomb site — and this was particularly distressing as I was travelling with my young daughter. 2. Cleanliness and condition post-cleaning: When we returned later in the day, although the apartment had been cleaned to some extent, it still did not meet acceptable standards: • Mould and damp on the bedroom ceiling. • Unsafe fixtures and fittings, including loose boxing around the boiler pipes, which actually fell and struck my elderly father on the arm while he was making tea. • Noise issues due to corrugated plastic installed above the front basement bedroom window, which made sleeping difficult during rain due to the excessive noise. 3. Misleading listing: The apartment as advertised on Booking.com did not reflect its true condition. It gave the impression of a clean, well-maintained, and safe property — which it certainly was not during our stay.
• Lisa (7/5): Fantastic location. - Excellent location, great communication. The window in the smallest room wouldn't shut fully so got quite cold and noisy from the street. No bins in the bathrooms.
• Iris (8/5): It was super sweet and we had a nice stay although we needed some help and missed a few things to make the accommodation - The location, the comfortable beds and nice bedrooms, Marco replied super quickly and was open to collaborate if something was off or missing, everything was clean and cute looking, close to the train stations The WiFi didn’t work and the windows were broken so you couldn’t open or close them to get fresh air in, there are no power outlets in the bathroom nor trash bins or toilet brush and a few things in the kitchen would have helped like tea towels
