Guest Reviews
- Martien (10/5): Aanrader! - Gezellig appartement. Twee badkamers aanwezig wat wel handig is voor 8 personen. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Kopenhagen. Vlakbij Rådhuspladsen waar metro is en voldoende deelfietsen staan.
- Eileen (7/5): The location is excellent and the apartment was spacious and well equipped and having 4 bedrooms was excellent - The location was excellent. Close to City Hall Square and Tivoli. Train and metro stations close by The front bedroom was noisy at night due to a bar directly across from it. One of the showers didn’t drain properly and on one occasion ran all over the floor. The light on the stairs up the apartment blinked all the day which made it rather risky coming down the stairs at night ! The TV had no aeriel so there were no channels to watch.
- Ian (10/5): Great apartment in a central location - Great central location. Fabulous locale. Lovely, spacious apartment. Loved sitting at the window watching the world go by.
Great value. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only one key. May help if more than one provided.
- Sanne Marie (10/5): Over all forventning!
- Helen (9/5): A very enjoyable stay - Keys easy to collect. Everything we needed in the property to make our stay enjoyable N/A
- Bronwyn (9/5): Great location & spacious apartment - Great location & very spacious apartment. So many great restaurants and shops and attractions so close by. Because it was so close to the action the front bedroom did get noisy from the downstairs pubs however the other 3 bedrooms were great.
- John (7/5): Enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. Extra little touches would have made us feel more welcomed. - Location. Two bathrooms. Space Couldn’t control temperature. Noisy very early in morning. Entrance door didn’t lock.
Alley way was a bit dirty. Chips in crockery. No greeting or welcome pack, instructions etc. Not enough towels. Only one set of keys for four adults.
- Natt (8/5): Facilities is good but not flexible as we travel with luggage which we need to drop or keep luggage befor check in time - The location is fine and the rooms are big with two bathrooms. It is complicated to take key and they are not flexible for late check out we need to have late check out till 14:00pm but they offer only to 13 :00pm. Our train time table is 15:00pm .
- Arash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (8/5): Very good - The size of the property and location The bathrooms could do with an upgrade, they were clean but old and tired.
- Christophe (2/5): Beware and downgrade your expectations if you plan to stay there! - Central location and comfortable beds... unfortunately that's all for the positive points! - Add should mention that there are 2 very noisy restaurants/bars right belmow the window.
- Cleaning was very poor and superficial.
- One small bathroom without any window goes for 3 bedrooms while the large bathroom is for 1 bedroom. All were rather dirty and badly equipped.
- Equipment was very poor: no kettle (though we asked and got an old one on the next morning), no ironing board, tv that was not as smart as expected and no instructions on how to use it (we missed the paralympics opening ceremony!), chairs in the kitchen are probably school chairs thus not comfortable for adults, 2 small sofas + 1 armchair can accomodate 5 persons when the apartment is for 8 and we were 6...
- In spite of charging 510 euros per night the owner obviously cannot afford providing tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine!
- I stop here...
- Sze (9/5): Superb - I came to Copenhagen for marriage and travel along with my friends. Honestly, I like this apartment as those clear rooms, comfort space, and the location were very close to city hall and main street. If you have time must try the pizza shop at the ground floor which is very delicious. One thing I hope you may improve which was the shower head at master room. One of those was almost not woking.
- Santiago (7/5): Great location, but loud. For the price, could be cleaner. Kitchen well equiped. - Location is great. Very loud in the evening in the front room from noise from the street. There is a bar right in front.
- Ondřej (5/5): Not great, not terrible - Nice value/money option for staying in Copenhagen and good location… Great and kind support from staff. Non stop noice till 3 am from the bar on the opposite side of the street every day. According to it is appartment rule for no parties bit funny…
- Caitlin (9/5): Superb - Beautiful flat and awesome location
- Vasuki (9/5): Superb - Extra payment for check in is adjusted for our late Check out as we left the facility at 1 P.M. Very adjusting host and location was fantastic. We booked for 6 people in the begining but 2 more joined for a day and we just informed the property and they gladly agreed without any extra Cost is very accomadative host. If the host would have kept basic food items like SALT, Pepper, Sugar, Tea and Coffee packets for initial day it would have been excellent as a welcome kit.
- Joanna (8/5): Great apartment, would recommend - Great apartment, brilliant location, very comfortable beds! The flat was very warm and spacious, we didn't really use the kitchen, but everything seemed to be in working order. There was a very drainy smell coming from the large bathroom which did fade over the 3 days we were there but quite unpleasant to start with. Also, the main doors on the street were closed late in the evening and were very difficult to open, luckily a bar owner from the French place opposite came to help us - just be aware!
- Salome (5/5): Passable - Location What I only liked is a location and the beds and now about the things what we did not liked. It was officially written that we can check in at 15:00, but before arriving we were told that it is a mistake and we can go inside at 16:00 oclock. To take the keys from the box was super hard, because you need a power in your hands to open that box, but the instructions how to get inside was clear.
You can here the noise coming from other bedrooms, especially when you are 5-6 people in the appartment.
Also the lights are coming from other bedrooms, because as a decoration their is a small window between bedrooms. Not everybody sleeps at the same time.
Additonally, one bathroom is totally isolated. I mean one bedroom comes with a big bathroom and other two bedrooms are having a small shared bathroom.
Maybe for 4 people the appartment is good, but not for 6-8 people, who are staying more than one day.
- Mergemlaparis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Juergen (3/5): Very bad service. - I’m actually rating a different apartment, because mine was cancelled last minute due to technical reasons. The landlord offered me a different one in the same area. The communication was super difficult. I had to send 10 messages back-and-forth to arrange a late checkout. Then I ask for a second pair of keys because we were four people. Although the new apartment had seven bedrooms, they could only provide one pair of keys and with those you had to open three doors to get into the apartment. It was a pain in the ass.
- Nihan (7/5): Good - The house is centrally located, we could reach everywhere by walking. The towels, sheets and kitchen utensils were sufficient and clean. The dishwasher door did not open fully, but we were able to use it. The bed in the 2 bedrooms was very comfortable.Despite everything, we liked the house, but we did not get what we paid for. Unfortunately, we could not stay in this house. Since there was a problem at home 14 hours before the flight, the passwords of another house were sent. We flew to Copenhagen without any visuals, information, etc. about the house. And unfortunately, when we pushed it to the specified address, the door password did not work because the door was broken. We called the contact phone, but it did not open even though it was at the specified hours. Coincidentally, the door was opened by someone living in the apartment and we were able to enter the building. While the house we chose for accommodation had 4 bedrooms and a terrace, this house was a 3-bedroom house overlooking the courtyard and did not even have a balcony. . There was a dryer and washing machine but we never used them. The biggest problem was that the outer courtyard door was broken and we were left outside. In the evening we disturbed the neighbors and they opened the door for us. This situation saddened us. As I mentioned, we paid for a house with 4 bedrooms and a terrace and we did not get what we paid for. Our plan was to go with 8 people, but we stayed in the house with 4 people. If there were 8 of us, we wouldn't be comfortable at home. The house is very nice and centrally located, but I think we did not get what we paid for. Moreover, when I wrote all this via e-mail during the accommodation period (because the phone was not answered), they only apologized and asked for a video about the door. By the way, we also sent the videos...
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our large group! - Apartment was clean and comfortable and much larger than expected! Traveled with a group of 8 friends and we had plenty of space. Location was unbeatable, able to walk to almost anything we wanted to see and a super quick walk to the metro station if needed. Check in and out were super easy. Would definitely recommend for large groups! As other reviews state bathroom floor will get very wet during a shower but this didn't bother us too much since we were prepared! One or two small maintenance issues with the doors/windows of the apartment but again this didn't detract from the wonderful stay we had!
- Paul (5/5): Copenhagen and location great, property and customer service experience below par - Good location and spacious Smelt of smoke, door handle falling off, poor customer interaction, no place prior to or afterwards to leave luggage, beds not that great. Felt company run, slightly shoddy, little care
- Mary (8/5): Very good - Very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and shops It is a first floor walk up so it was a bit hard to get all of our luggage up. A bit noisy even at night because of the the restaurants. The shower in the second bathroom was extremely inconvenient. The whole bathroom would get wet because of lack of wall/curtain/divider
- Ian (8/5): Very good - Great location fab facilities
- Jennifer (10/5): Our family group of 7 (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 3 kids 10, 12, 14) had an awesome time in CPH and this apartment was o - This apartment was so cool! In the heart of the Latin quarter, close to most cool things in the city. Was spacious and well appointed, comfortable beds, old charm. The *only* thing was that it was a little loud at night due to the bar across the street, but that is the price you pay for being in an awesome, happening location!
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Helen (8/5): Very good - Spacious bright apartment. Mostly well equipped. Good to have clothes washing & drying machines and a dishwasher. Good to have supply of toilet rolls, waste bags, washing up liquid etc. Difficulty gaining access on time - but good communication & resolution by the owner.
No wine glasses. No microwave. Mattress for a headboard in one bedroom unsatisfactory (& not clean). No basin plugs in bathrooms. Door handles fell off lots of times.
