• Victoria (8/5): Good for a short stay in Sandringham! - Good location. Good amount of space for a 2 bedder place. Not suitable for disability access as there are lots of stairs to the property. It didn’t affect us, but I think it might be quite hot in that apartment in summer and no fan or AC in the bedrooms.

• katherine (7/5): Perfect base for Sandringham / Melbourne exploration - Location is fabulous in Sandy, minutes from amenities and beach and the train into the city . Apartment was perfect base for a family of 4 who were out and about most of the time. Bonus of a car parking space too which was super helpful. We stayed for a week and found that that there was limited equipment for catering which meant we had to buy various things to survive the week (ie. No scissors, measuring jug) but that wouldn’t be a problem if you are just requiring it as a base.
• Derek (7/5): The unit was in a great location, convenient to public transport and it was a very comfortable stay. - Location and both the beds were comfortable One aircon for the property during hot periods. For the price that you are paying the two bedrooms should have their own system. We had to set the tv up as it was all disconnected 🤷🏽

• Helga (9/5): Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und erholsam. Die Nachbarn waren fast nicht zu hören. - War Selbstversorger. Alle nötigen Haushaltsgeräte waren vorhanden in der Küche und im Badezimmer. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht war hervorragend. Apartment war großzügig bemessen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren innerhalb wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider gab es keinen Aufzug in den zweiten Stock und man mußte das Gepäck hochschleppen. Die Eingangstür oben war nur zu schließen, wenn man das zweite, bessere Türschloß abschloß, sonst ging die Tür von alleine wieder auf.

• Gary (10/5): Great apartment, have stayed here before, and will do so again. - Love this apartment, this is the second or third time we have stayed here. Nothing I can think of
• Craig (8/5): Very good - Cosy, comfortable and great location. An iron and ironing board would have been beneficial as we were attending a wedding and somethings needed pressing. We did not request one beforehand so I would suggest if you need one contact Airbnb prior to visit. It was an oversight by us.
• Emile (8/5): Would stay again if I come to Melbourne again as it’s near my brother’s place but only if it’s not winter! - Very spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. Location is great. Love that the apartment is bright. Appreciate that a covered parking space to park our car. Shower and bath - water is hot and pressure is great. There was no heating and it was a bit cold at night. I turned the thermostat control high in the hallway but didn’t seem to have any effect. Apartment is on the 2/F and have to walk the stairs. It was manageable for us - I just want to warn those who have lots of luggage or find stairs challenging. Host’s communication was slow. I asked a question and got the answer 24 hours later.

• Bellinda (10/5): Great apartment. Great location. Great outlook. - The property was amazing, served its purpose of a getaway/recovery from surgery. Had everything you needed and extremely comfortable! The only downside was the wifi was not working so unable to use Netflix or stream. The stairs to the top floor was surprising but didn’t have to do that many times, thank you goodness, next time I’ll pack lighter! 😩

• Janet (8/5): Great location, spacious and comfortable - Great location, spacious and very comfortable. Clean towels were provided mid way between 10 night stay. Ample glasses, mugs and plates. I would, and have, recommend to friends and family. No lift and is on the top floor. No change of sheets or clean in the middle of a 10 night stay unless we paid. Sink in bathroom was becoming blocked. Kitchen hadn’t been cleaned too well, especially the hob, but we only used the toaster anyway.
