• Maria (1/5): Las asquerosas cucarachas - Sólo puedo decir que lo único que estaban bien eran las vistas al mar desde la terraza por lo demás pésimo Las cucarachas un verdadero asco , recién llegados mi hija se puso en la cama y noto como un insecto le entró en el oído , Tuvimos que llevarla a urgencias y resulta que era una cucaracha, intenté contactar con el dueño del apartamento el cual nunca contestó, lo dijimos en dirección pero ellos no podían hacer nada nos dijeron que teníamos que ponernos en contacto con los dueños hasta ahora eso ha sido imposible Pasamos la noche allí cuando estábamos acostados vi dos cucarachas en mi almohada, un horror un asco nos tuvimos que venir no podíamos estar ni un minuto más allí venimos decepcionados, asqueados nunca nos paso una cosa igual en definitiva se han cargado nuestras vacaciones así que la puntuación más baja para ellos Aaa y las paredes llenas de sangre de haber matado bichos de esos
• Secchi (5/5): muy buen ubicada, poca posibilidad de disfrutar las vistas desde el lugar - ubicacion la limpieza habian cucarachas, la vista no se ve desde los sillones del balcon te tapa
• Nina (1/5): Apartment 414 Benal Beach "WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!! INVESTED WITH BED BUGS - Everything about the apartment was awful. We stayed in the apartment at the beginning of June 2025. The apartment itself was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The apartment was filthy. We had to buy cleaning stuff and clean the apartment ourselves. The apartment had to be scrubbed from top to bottom. There was rubbish left from the previous people staying, including food waste, which were left in the wardrobe. Despite being told, the apartment had not been cleaned 😡😡😡😡 The apartment itself is not a one bedroom apartment as stated on the website. It is a studio apartment, NOT A ONE BED APARTMENT!!. The apartment itself is not what the pictures show on the website. it's falsely advertised!! 😡😡. The apartment is outdated, needs to be modernised, the kitchen area is very outdated, and appliances are all very old and worn. To make things worse, this apartment was infested with bed bugs!! 😡😡, which resulted in us needing medical care when we returned home as we got badly bitten. This just shows the condition of the apartment and it is absolutely disgusting that despite the owner being aware, THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE!!!, 😡😡😡 It is absolutely disgraceful that this has been allowed to happen. Please, for anyone who's booked this apartment, PLEASE UNBOOK!!. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN!!. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND APPAULED.
• J. M. (1/5): Chinches encontradas en las camas y sofa - Ubicación Ayuda a los temas de reubicacion por parte de la agencia, hasta el momento. De la limpieza no hay queja, pero había chinches en la cama. Confirmado y con foto: manchas de sangre de chinches aplastados por la noche y dos bichos vistos. La disposición de la agencia para relocalizarnos y devolver el dinero de los días no pasados en el apartamento, muy bien (por el momento, aunque aún en trámites una semana después ) pero no puedo darle más puntuación por el tema de las chinches. El servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, complica más que ayuda, para luego concluir que es mejor buscarse la vida uno mismo y luego perseguir a Booking/propietaria, sobre todo si tienes niños a las 23:00 queriendo irse a una cama limpia.
• Hazell (1/5): Bed bugs - Pool Bed full of bed bugs reception would not help no cleaner at all for full 10days. Room had not been cleaned before got there filthy bin still had food in it told to buy our own insecticide to kill bed bugs
• Anmol (1/5): I left the apartment after 16 1/2 hours. It was dire. - The location was perfect for beach access This was not a one bedroom apartment. It is a studio. The place had not been cleaned, when I began cleaning a cockroach came out. The bathroom was a mini paddling pool due to a leak. I could not walk around bare foot as the floor tiles were cracked in places. There is no view from the balcony if you are sitting down as the wall is almost 4ft high. I didn't like being bitten through the night repeatedly; a total of 12 bites. Possible bed bugs???? Getting to the actual studio was a nightmare, long corridors, some dark, no directions, goodwill of other occupants got me there. Very difficult to open the lock box due to lack of light.
