• Curtis (3/5): - Very disappointing experience overall. First, the address provided by the management company was incorrect. We then had to wait around 20 minutes for the cleaner to arrive with the keys, and the property was still being cleaned when we entered. There was a lack of basic information (no Wi-Fi details, no instructions for bins, gym, etc.). The parking situation was also poorly explained and much further from the entrance than expected. Cleanliness and maintenance were not up to standard: stained shower mats, blocked drains causing flooding, stained sofa and pillows, and dirty rooftop seating. The outdoor area is not suitable for 8 people as advertised due to insufficient seating. The pool from the place wasn't clean, but note the building pool it is only open from June 15 to September 15. Overall, the place has potential but clearly lacks proper maintenance and management. If i was the owner of this place I will change management/conciergerie company et reinvest to make this place shiny again ..

• Estelle (8/5): Bon rapport qualité - prix pour un séjour entre amis - Grand appartment, 4 chambres avec 4 salles de bain et WC, 1 WC en plus, bien équipé, bien situé, garage disponible, hôte disponible par message et répond rapidement. Appartement lumineux et spacieux Un peu de poussière, les volets ferment mal, certaines chambres n'ont pas de rideau occultant donc on se fait reveiller par la lumière, les prises se décrochent du mur

Equipement de la cuisine insuffisant : pas de machine à café (seulement une petite cafetière italienne pour 2 personnes), absence de grille-pain, de saladier (pour 5 personnes ou plus) et de torchons à vaiselle. Impossibilité de parquer la voiture sur l'une des trois places annoncées, car occupées par des voisins ou autres locataires. Absence d'accès à internet pendant deux jours sur quatre...

• Sandor (6/5): - Prima plek, ruim appartement Leek niet op de fotos. Is een los appartementen complex. Zwembad was dicht (in oktober). Check in kwamen ze 45 min telaaat, te weinig handdoeken doordat douches lekte met water. Ze waren helaas niet behulpzaam om mee te denken in oplossingen

• Pratishtha (6/5): Good location but average stay, not worth the hype - The property was huge. However out of the 4 rooms, the washroom attached to one room was so tiny that you could barely stand straight or sit on the WC comfortably. The system to open the house was via codes and they would expire very often and made it difficult to enter. We also complained about the pool being very dirty and not having been cleaned, however we were told that if we didn’t like it, we should leave and take refund.
• Jo (9/5): Bright spacious apartment in an amazing locations. Will return! - Amazing location. Very spacious. Lovely apartment, bright and airy with a great balcony. For the price this is a fantastic place. I personally loved the building and the apartment, you can’t go wrong with the space and location. I’d have loved a few more towels and a bit cleaner under the beds. Every surface was clean as were the beds so this is minor. We also needed to buy more loo rolls and dishwasher tablets.
• Lisa (7/5): Beautiful location - cleaning needs improving - Location was amazing 5 minutes from the beachfront and 20 min walk from the old town. The apartment was very spacious with a nice terrace for breakfast and another terrace with little pool for the evening. Estate was lovely too with security at the gate and nice communal pool with plenty of loungers, gym etc The apartment was not well cleaned. Sheets were dirty (hair) and stains on the bed covers. Crumbs in kitchen drawers, frying pans dirty. The dishwasher was full and was done but the dishes were not clean (on day of arrival maybe they forgot to put the tablet). No instructions on how to find WiFi code(had to email to find out) keys on the table we didn’t know what they were for. Leak in the twin room with damage on the ceiling, strong smell of dampness. Water didn’t drain properly (showers were never more than 5min) and I was asked to not use that bathroom by the owner (bad smell in the bathroom too). Private pool was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for a while (dead lizard at the bottom). Owner was always prompt to reply but we had to communicate by email and often. Swimming pool was cleaned the day after we told them it was unusable. Overall we felt that we didn’t receive the service we paid for and requested partial refund or compensation but we never heard back from the owner.

• Katarina (2/5): Very poor - Every bedsheet in the appartment was dirty, there was blood, fluids and full of hair. The owners were unhelpful. We had a problem with parking, it was their fault and they didnt want to fix it. Elevators are disaster, bathroom stink. Its a overcomplicated entrance.

• Heather (8/5): Very spacious apartment, relaxing, nice gardens and close to the beach, old town. - Location, the garden, modern design. Owners were very helpful when messaged. External walls needed some upkeep , it was winter and would be a big job. More communication about wifi, use of garage etc and keys. We got stuck in the garage as we’d left keys in the flat!
• Nancy (9/5): Beautifully maintained apartment complex, nicely positioned, bright and spacious. - The position, the pool area, lovely spaciousl living and kitchen areas. Every room ensuite. No pool towels… Had to buy some. No sun loungers on terrace. Bathrooms need better blinds as there is very little privacy with the ones in situ!

The pool area is lovely but very qui - The property was very spacious and we loved the pool on the terrace The dining table , patio table and terrace furniture was only for 4-6 people but the accommodation is for 8. There was 2 mugs and no kettle. The shower in the small double bedroom floods.
• Blair (8/5): Very good - Handy to the beach. Pool was nice but not enough umbrellas. It was hard to find as Booking.com showed the address as number 7 and it was number 23 which was very annoying but the lady we met was very helpful when we got there. There was no control for one of the bedroom fans so we had to use another bedroom. Iron did not work. If you used one the bathrooms during the night and turned the light on the neighbours could see in.
