Ook een top locatie om te voet Kopenhagen te verkennen, maar het ov is dichtbij mocht je dat nodig hebben. Supermarkten in de buurt en heb je geen zin om te koken, dineren bij Dag H, 2 deuren verder is een aanrader. Niets
• Claudia (10/5): This is such a comfortable stay in the heart of the city - Really nice apartment in a fantastic location. It is about a block to the subway and the regional train station. Nice coffee shop, wine bar, and a restaurant were all just downstairs. Grocery was about a 2 block walk. The apartment was quite spacious so we enjoyed breakfast and late night snacks at home. Washer was perfect!! We were able to leave with clean clothes for the remainder of our trip. Be sure to cut behind the building and walk at least once to the subway by going through the park/cemetary. A lovely quiet place. There is a step up to the bathroom and both of us jammed our toes at least once.

We loved the location and the convenience of restaurants, markets and transit. The apartment layout is very comfortable and functional. The huge tv and clothes washer/dryer are nice features too! We liked everything!

• Gareth (10/5): We could live here - Bright, airy rooms. Lots of sunshine from both front and back. Lovely outlook, especially out the back overlooking a calm and restful churchyard complete with red squirrels. We had been concerned that road noise might intrude, but by 10.00pm, there was very little traffic, and the restaurant and wine bar below had closed. Coffee shop is nice though get your bakeries from Meyer's round the corner. They also do good coffee. The restaurant DagH is good with friendly staff. The shower room is cramped.

The apartment was a combination of historical architecture with modern appeal and I loved that it was just outside the city center. I loved the breeze that I encountered most days in the apartment. The bed was magic and I loved having coffee on the balcony most mornings. Pictures on the booking site are accurate and reflect the actual apartment. Weather was perfect during my two week stay (mid-late August). The host cleaned the apartment halfway during my stay and was very responsive throughout my stay. The 55 or 65 in.TV replacement was a great surprise and definitely elevated the amenities of the apartment. Food and drinks throughout Copenhagen were also great. Loved that I could walk everywhere I wanted. Usually got 10,000 steps in on the days I walked throughout the city. Restaurants, grocery, and metro were all with 1min-4 min walking in either direction of the property. So many places to see that I purchased the Copenhagen Card for discounts on transportation, and major attractions. Copenhagen, the apartment, and the host were AWESOME! So much more to see and do that this experience and this property will be a repeat! Thought I wouldn't like that there was no elevator, but after two days I enjoyed the exercise of walking three flights to the apartment. Great cardio and would gladly do it again since I enjoyed some wonderful calories! Also thought I would be annoyed by the squeak in the floor. After walking 10,000 steps on most days- that squeak was no more important than the bicycles that rode past the apartment at night. In fact, I considered it the charm of a historical building. Not too much I can say that I didn't like because I spent most of the time exploring Copenhagen during my two week stay.

Could have done with a lift for our heavy suitcases - or on a lower floor😂 - but that’s a minor issue!
