• Alessandra (8/5): - bon emplacement entre 2 stations de métro à environ 10 minutes à pied, commerces à proximité, quartier assez calme et agréable, place de stationnement privative, appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, globalement très agréable à vivre le logement n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée à l'heure prévue, et nous n'avons pas été informés; le canapé lit de l'étage étant cassé, nous avons dû dormir en bas à côté de la porte d'entrée qui donne sur la rue donc c'était bruyant; fuite au niveau de lavabo au rez de chaussé et de la douche
• Mária (1/5): - Lokalita Na ubytovaní sme mali ploštice, ktoré nás poštípali. Hrôza. Majiteľ nám vrátil polovicu ceny ubytovania, ale ten stres a strach, či si ich nedonesieme v batožine domov sa odškodniť nedá... Doma nás čakali veľké opatrenia, ktoré nám spôsobili veľké finančné straty....
• ΚΥΡΙΑΖΗ (10/5): - Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το loft είναι πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και με πολύ ιδιαίτερο στυλ. Το μεγάλο του πλεονέκτημα είναι τα δύο μπάνια, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας απίστευτα άνετη και μας γλίτωσε πολύ χρόνο το πρωί. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικός και η επικοινωνία άμεση. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους!

• Ana (9/5): - Lokacija in oprema stanovanja. Če si v Atenah z avtom je sploh super, saj je na voljo garaža. Kavč na katerem sta spala otroka ni bil komot. Če si pre visok(185 in več) je strop v spalnici prenizek

Foarte mare zgomot la 6 dimineață din cauza unui compresor de la parcarea alăturată (se uda asfaltul). Canapelele nu au fost confortabile pentru dormit.

• KONSTANTINOS (10/5): - Είχαμε μια εξαιρετικά ευχάριστη εμπειρία! Το κλειστο πάρκινγκ είναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό άνετο και ο οικοδεσπότης απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι ρωτήσαμε! Από τις καλύτερες διαμονές που είχαμε στην Αθήνα!

• Konstantinos (7/5): - Καθαρό, βολική τοποθέσια και πάρκινγκ . Ο χώρος του υπνοδωματίου μόνο είναι χαμηλός στο 1.85 αλλά αν και 1.95 δεν είχα κάποιο προβλημα στην διαμονή. Χαλασμένο το ένα ντους από τα 2. Κακή ασφάλεια διότι είναι ισόγειο και η πόρτα είναι πολύ απλή χωρίς καμία κλειδαριά από την μέσα πλευρά ούτε υπάρχει το κλειδί διότι κλείνει με κωδικό. Οπότε νιώθαμε μια ανασφάλεια το βράδι .

• Dimitris (8/5): - Αριστη τοποθεσία Πολύ χαμηλό εσωτερικό ύψος , αν είσαι πάνω από 1,85 βρίσκεις στην οροφή . Το parking έχει μήκος 4,25 και δεν χωράει ένα μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο με αποτέλεσμα να το αφήνεις έξω στο δρόμο μπροστά από το parking με κίνδυνο να εισπράξεις κλήση (παθών)

• ROSHANAK (10/5): - The location was safe, quiet and very easy access to metro or amenities. Every thing was clean and good. Just doesn’t have dishwasher was a bit hard also the downstairs bathroom water came out of the cabinet and made bathroom floor quite wet.
• Andrea Valkanidis (9/5): Sommer in Athen - Eine schöne Ferienwohnung welche in zentraler Lage von Athen liegt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sogar Dinge wie Toiletten- und Küchenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, Waschpulver usw. sind vorhanden. In jedem Raum befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, welche sehr ruhig laufen. Fußläufig erreicht man die Metro innerhalb weniger Minuten und von dort aus ist alles erreichbar. Supermärkte wie Lidl, Bazaar, MyMarket usw. sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants, Tavernen, Bäcker und Coffeeshops sind reichlich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Shoppen kann man in der Umgebung, falls man nicht ins Centrum möchte. Alles in allem ein guter Ort ein paar schöne Tage in Athen zu verbringen. Leider ist die Dusche im Obergeschoss defekt. Dies hätte in die Beschreibung gehört. Ein Balkon wäre toll, war jedoch bekannt, dass keiner vorhanden ist.

Zona servitissima, farmacia , bar , ristoranti e market . Proprietari gentilissimi , sempre disponibili e ospitali . Top Tutto perfetto
• marta (10/5): Really good - The house was really clean recently renovated, with a garage (only for small cars) closeby to the center and to all the main attractions. It was really nice to spend time there. My mother has difficulty to walk so she wanted me to write on the rewiew that she really loved the place but she would have appreciate an handrail on the stairs to go on the 1st floor.

We had to leave the air condotioner on all tbe time and if you love the sunlight, it may be somehow difficult. It has a private garage but our car didnt fit in, but parking in front of the house is awesome

It has all the necessary supplies and appliances, and the coffee was super energizing for an intense day in Athens. 😍🤩We were fascinated by the easy communication with the owners. They were very kind to assist us with information and explanations about the area, your accommodation and even check-out. It was a small jewel near the Acropolis in Athens. We traveled on a motorcycle and the fact that there was a garage was a great relief for us. Since 3 days were not enough for us, we will visit you again.))) We recommend everyone who wants a peaceful stay and vacation in Athens to stay here, at this place. 😍😍😍Everything was fine)))

We didn't see it while booking. But the place is transformed from a shop to an apartment. So, every space is indoor. Keep in mind while booking.

TVs ( smart tvs ) and AC in every room Clean and with taste apartment The apartment is pretty close to center only 3 subway station away , safe streets (the good part of the city) . The communication was incredibly good , very nice people and helpful with everything we need . The garage it’s only for small cars like a hatchback…but don’t worry you have a parking place in front of the garage that fits I think any car.(if you have a big car and don’t want to park it in front of the house (safe place ) you have a underground parking at 20-30 meters from the apartment)

The room exceeded our expectations, it has a parking spot inside the house where you can safely park your car. The house is modern and way bigger than we thought it would be. Really cool place to stay in Athens. We'll definitely stay there again.
